Great service every time! We have used their grooming and boarding services for our dogs, and they never disappoint!

Friendly employees. Reasonably priced.They offer nail trimming, grooming, boarding and even dog training.They offer a variety of dog toys, leashes, outfits and tons of treats. The dogs that are kept in the kennels there can be loud when you pull in. We recently went and got our photo taken with Santa ♥️

This is a great place for dog related items. The grooming is top notch. They provide a personal touch and are always the highest caliber of service. We have been using this location for the last 17 years and we have never had a bad experience.

We have taken our dog there many times for daytime boarding. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They also offer dog grooming and have a supplied small store. The facility is very spacious and kept clean.

The Dogge Inn has affordable prices and watched over our senior pet for a couple of days. When we picked up our dog after a 2 day stay, she was returned soaked in her own pee. I understand that accidents happen, but it was still pretty upsetting to see your pet in such a state (especially when lifting her into your backseat). The owner did call and check in with us afterwards which I appreciate. All in all a good value.

At first I didnt like the policy about the dogs not playing together. But when Sugar Bear became deaf it was the best place. All of the employees loved her and always told me she was easy to care for.

I found the lupine harness I was looking for. Upon check out it scanned differently than the price tag, so the older gentleman working asked for help from the younger gentleman to see as to why. The younger guy definitely seemed annoyed and has some attitude problems. Talking to a fellow employee the way he did, especially in front of a customer, is uncalled for and rude. Dont plan on going back anytime soon.

The staff was friendly and did an excellent job! We have an older rescue dog who was terrified everytime weve tried to get her nails trimmed. I was referred here by a friend, and was beyond impressed. They did an excellent job and our dog left with her tail wagging and for the first time ever seemed to enjoy the grooming experience.

Knowledgeable and very friendly staff; stocks quality pet foods and other items at reasonable prices. Great hours too- even sunday! Groomer/owners did a fantastic job grooming my long-haired cat who was full of mats.

Ginger was groomed here and she looks beautiful!! Dogge Inn is very flexible about the time they allow you to leave your dog there, they always put a cute bow on her collar too! Reasonable prices and easy to get to. Great staff there as well!

This was our first experience here and were very comfortable with all aspects of their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Price was within reasonable range. And very professional. 👍🏻🐶👍🏻. Johnny looks amazing. And we will definitely be back for future visits.

We have a good time with Eye of Odin K9 training. As well the store had some pretty good deals on pour over foods for the pup.

I cannot say enough good things about Olde Dogge Inn! The staff is wonderful, they are always helpful, and genuinely caring towards all the animals. Thier groomers are awesome! My dog loves going there whether it is for a toy, grooming or an over night stay! Prices are fantastic too!

We always bring our dogs here for boarding and grooming. The owner Jennifer is wonderful and the groomer Sarah is excellent with our big dogs. Jennifer also rescues dogs from Puerto Rico. They are caring, animal lovers and work hard to keep the store and kennels clean and organized.

The owner is very passionate about animals and their care. She does rescues and finding forever homes for these animals. They always do an amazing job when they groom my fur babies. They are stocked with toys, food and other animal related items.

The groomer did a wonderful job keeping my pup calm and comfortable for his first nail trimming! Very cute clothes and good bones and toys that steer clear of rawhide available!

I take my dog as a walk in for nail clip service. Very rarely wait more than 5 minutes for a tech to take care of my girl! Grooming appointments are about 2 weeks out but worth the wait!

I had my beautiful long haired cat Alice groomed & shaved because she had mats and they did a fantastic job! I was nervous she wouldn’t cooperate but she was fine- they are very professional and kind.

They are always absolutely amazing with my German shepherd. He comes home all brushed out and smelling good

I am a volunteer with National Great Pyrenees Rescue, and the wonderful owner and great staff at the Olde Dogge Inn helped us greatly when we rescued 6 Great Pyrenees from a hoarding situation. The dogs were in very bad shape, both physically and mentally. The people at the Olde Dogge Inn gave them wonderful attention and loving care. Julie groomed them all, which included shaving some right down to the skin, their coats were so badly matted, and they all looked beautiful and felt so very much better!!!! We continue to work with this kennel, and their sister kennel, Lakewind Kennel on Ridgeway Ave., Rochester, NY. First experience here was not great, the staff was friendly but I boarded my two dogs here for the first time and when I picked them up they were covered I mean covered from head to toe in pee and poop, even there leashes were covered in it! I will not be going back.

First time we boarded our five dogs so we were really nervous but we checked in with the staff every day and they did a wonderful job with our dogs.

Always an enjoyable experience when we board our dogs here. We notice that they are lying attention to our dogs by mentioning the small little details or habits they have.

My favorite place to get items for my pets. The staff is very helpful and informative they have everything you could basically need for your pets reptiles birds cats dogs hamsters etc they have an amazing small town feel and grace when they are speaking to you and make you feel like you fit right in. They even do walk in nail clippings as long as the technician is there its literally mine and my pets favorite place to go and they even have homemade treats that are healthy for your dogs. And offer obedience classes for your pups both public and private. I literally cant say enough good things about the olde dogge inn if you havent checked it out i would highly highly reccomended it.
