Have been using this place for boarding our puppy. Every time he comes back happy and healthy. They keep the pets separate and do not socialize among themselves, this works best as my puppy never get bullied around here.

Over 14 years my sweet Bo boarded at Creature Comforts many times and participated in doggy daycare hundreds of times. He has always been perfect after a visit. I have always found the team to be reliable and caring. Emily is a qualified professional and I highly recommend Creature Comforts.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. First picture is what my dog looked like before we boarded her, second picture is how she came home. My husband and I take our dog there for daycare every once and a while and they’ve always said everything was great so we took her there for boarding this past week and this is how she came home. I can count every one of her ribs and her hip bones are sticking out. I understand dogs can have anxiety when they’re owners drop them off but I called and asked about her frequently and was always told she was eating great and everything was going really well for her. For a very costly boarding stay, my dog should not be coming home looking like this. I was either being lied to about her condition or they didn’t even notice in the time she was there that she was losing a significant amount of weight. She was only there 6 days.In response to the owners response to my original review, I was never “given suggestions over the phone”. I was only called after my review saying that there was documentation on paper that my dog was fed. This organization does not know how much energy my dog lets out at home and shame on them for thinking she doesn’t get enough so when she was in daycare during the day, she should have been fed more. Maybe if the staff paid a bit more attention to each of their dogs, they would’ve noticed my dogs ribs showing and called me to inform me while she was in their care. That did not happen and again, like I said before, I was told she was completely fine the entire time. We took her to the vet and she had lost 7 pounds in those 6 days and I was told nothing while she was there. Absolutely horrible company. Horrible people and staff members who only want to cover themselves rather than owning up to their own mistakes. A dog should never come home from a boarding place looking the way my dog did. Be mindful if you bring your dog here. Save yourself the money.

The staff have taken great care for our dog from the time we gotten him over a year ago. Just my opinion they have done a outstanding job helping our boy become a fantastic dog. Thanks crew !!

Staff has always taken very good care of my fur baby. My Brandywine never wants to leave! The staff also noticed that my dog had an issue with her ears and not only notified me but delt with it accordingly. Thank you!

I had an issue with the Angola location almost 2 years back. They locked my dog in the room when he first got there and i watched him go into a panic on the camera and start ripping siding off the door they did nothing. I had to call the front desk and tell them to go please check on my dog as they were already told he had separation anxiety. They later proceeded to tell my my loving gentle dog could not attend doggy day care as he was aggressive , they moved him to a concrete room because he cause damage with no camera (their fault for just leaving him right when he got there knowing he has separation anxiety ) and in addition he had never been able to be groomed again since leaving there. We never had an issue until he stayed there and now it takes 5 vets to hold him down to get his nails cut. I have no proof of what happened during his grooming but based on how my dog had changed i can tell you it was nothing good.

I’d give a zero if I could. I brought my 2 dogs to the Tonawanda location over Thanksgiving holiday for 2.5 days. I signed each of them up for 2 full days of daycare. When I went to pick them up, they informed me that they weren’t charging me for daycare because my dogs never went to day care. I said….what??? The girl at the front desk frantically goes in the back to get another staff member. That staff member comes out to the lobby to inform me he’s the “animal behaviorist” and that my dogs seemed anxious so he pulled them out of daycare and they were in their rooms for 23+ hours a day and I NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL informing me of this, EVEN THOUGH it’s their policy that if a dog being boarded gets pulled from daycare, the parent must be informed via phone. I asked to speak to the manager. I explain to her that her employees are completely incompetent and had I gotten a phone call that they were pulled from daycare, I actually would’ve spent MORE money and signed my dogs up for extra walks, play time, one on one time with the staff, etc. The manager agreed with what I said and said she doesn’t know why the employees didn’t follow the policy and notify me. She THEN went through the notes and the employees didn’t even log that my dogs were pulled from daycare and she was training a new employee and said, “See… this is why you’re supposed to log notes.” As I was going off in the lobby, they locked out the dog parents that were trying to enter to pick their dogs up. Clearly they didn’t want their other customers heading what had happened. This place is beyond unprofessional and should be closed down.

Absolutely perfect, dogs stayed at the beginning of may . I have two dogs I had stay for 5 days. They took great care of them two pits 85lbs and 65lbs. Dogs loved it and came home fine and happy. They even put up with me being a worried pet mom and I called in to check my pups to make sure they were okay . Definitely would recommend and will be sending my dogs back soon !

Our dog Jack stays here whenever we travel. The staff is friendly, and they take very good care of him.

Creature Comforts is a wonderful facility. We have boarded our furbaby there for years. We were on vacation last week when the massive snow storm hit. Our Flash was cared for and in the best place that he could have been. Their manager , Taylor,stayed and took care of all of the animals left in there care. She worked for 28 hours straight until someone else could get in. This is the best pet resort in our area. It truly is a resort, not a kennel.

Very friendly staff. You can tell they love their job and dogs. Option for web cam viewing of your dogs while theyre in their room. Our pets get taken out 5 times a day! Our former boarding place only did two times. Their doggy day care is also nicely run and our new puppy comes home all tired out and is more easily trained plus bonus socializing. The prices are very reasonable compared to all the perks you get. Highly recommended!

I boarded my one year old dog that has separation anxiety issues. I loved that the facility has someone on staff 24 hours, many other boarding facilities I contacted did not offer this and given my dogs separation anxiety, this was helpful. The boarding suites were clean and webcam access was a neat feature. Ill definitely be back in the future!

Wonderful place for boarding dogs. Our English Springer Spaniel has stayed there many times over the past three years and each stay has gone extremely well. The housing is exceptionally appealing, immaculately clean, bright with suites having beds that look very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and attentive to the animals needs. Our dog gets very happily excited everytime we approach the road leading to this pet resort.

1000% would not leave any of my animals here ever.Keep your dog safe and out of here.This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!Our 3yr old puppy went in 100% healthy and he passed away in their care due to their negligence and the filth they left him in.

No one loves Creature Comforts more than Denny and I, except for our dog, Lilly! Lilly knows where she is when we get close, and she perks right up, tail just a going, she is so happy to be there. She loves playing with the other dogs, and sometimes we leave her for doggy daycare just because we know she loves going there. We love the people who work there, they are so good with our girl. Its really important to us that someone is there all the time, and I would have a hard time going away if I didnt know she is in excellent hands, and loving every minute!

I have taken my cat, Merlin, to Creature Comforts twice so far. I love this boarding kennel! The facilities are very clean and the foyer is open and bright. Since my cat is prone to getting urinary tract infections, and early indication of any issues is the most important thing for his health, I love that the owner is a veterinarian technician. I can relax knowing that my cat is getting excellent care. My cat loves the cat tree and there is a window and screen door in the cat room so that he can watch all the action. They text pictures of him to me almost daily; I love getting updates to see what he is up to. Also, it is great that they have hours on Saturday and Sunday. I am very happy that I found Creature Comforts!

Facility looked clean and Location was convenient. One major selling point for us in choosing this place was that they offered rooms with web camera viewing as it was the first time we had to board my dog. Unfortunately, we were never able to bring up the web camera. We called about it, the staff member working didnt know how to resolve the issue we were told they would contact the owner on how to fix it and get back to us. Never heard back from anyone and were never able to login to the web cam.

Took my rescue dog (breed unknown) to Creature Comforts for grooming. She has long fluffy hair that gets matted. The first time I took Belle there back in September the groomer did a super job. Our return visit in March, apparently a different groomer, was a disaster. The dog was less matted then in September but was found to have brush burns from the clippers and the hair on the hind end and legs was choppy. I am not pleased with this place. Also you pay before they bring the dog out from the back. If I would have seen the state of the dog first, I dont know if I would have tipped or even have paid the total cost.

They do a fantastic job and love my Nova! Every person Ive dealt with is great. I feel so good about leaving my dog there and when I pick her up I can tell she was cared for very well.

Staff are amazing but management is god awful. Management harassing/bullying staff on top of how they treat clients/dogs. Just not a good place. Liz is who I spoke to and she will make up any lies to make the company look good. Such a sad business.

From the second I walked in, the staff was very friendly and was more than willing to show me around the place. There was multiple types of rooms for boarding to choose from.Also great that its staffed 24/7.I got set up with training and its been so much help! The trainer makes it fun and very easy. Id refer them to any of my friends or family. Plus its very modern, updated, and bright. Its a must see.

Great place to take your pets for short or long term visits. The staff is courteous and professional. Our siberian loves to go there for spa days. Shampoo, conditioning, nails trimmed. He comes home looking great. I highly recommend them.

Very clean and I like that it is staffed 24 hours. However, two of the reasons that I chose this kennel were for the web-cam and the complimentary bath and we were unable to use either one to our advantage. I didnt like that the instructions for the android phone were incorrect and we were not able to view our dog while we were gone. Ever after we called to inquire, we were never given a solution. Also, because we returned from our trip 2 days early, and it was a holiday week, we had to pay for those 2 days - which, in their defense, was clearly stated in the contract. However, because we returned early, and 4 hours wasnt enough notice, we were unable to take advantage of the complimentary bath, even though we spent almost $600. We wont use this kennel again.

Just boarded our two dogs over the weekend have been there before have not had any issues when we pick our dogs up they are clean everythings we brought is returned clean and the dogs seem fine would use creature comforts again

Well I have been taking my dog there for 4 yrs now and I loved it there and my boy loves it BUT ! The past 2 times I have bored him and believe me he is a regular there he has had accident in his kennel at night ! That never happened before even as a pup . Was told maybe because there are new night people . ??? Then took him for day care last tues again new people every time we go in and gave him to worker and his lunch bowl . I went back 4-5 hrs and was handed the same bowl same amt of food and the snacks in it and was told “oh looks like someone wasn’t hungry !!!” I said no looks like he wasn’t fed all day because my dog never walks away from food yet alone his treats ! And I have never in the yrs there given a bowl with food still in it back when I picked him up ! Idk with all the different people is everyone doing what there jobs are . He really like creature comforts and I hate to go else where but if these things happen I’m not sure .

I love the dog suite! All my 3 of my dogs can stay together. (laying in bed and watching tv just like home) Really great place and great staff. My dogs come home thoroughly exhausted in a good way. I come from Lockport which is over an hour away but this place is so worth it.

I dont write too many reviews, but after my cat, Antonios stay at Creature Comforts in Angola, I feel I must. Staff were great from beginning to end. I loved being able to see Antonio throughout the day by having access to the webcam in his room (only offered in suites). I also felt wonderful when all the staff passing us when we picked up Antonio kept on saying how great and how sweet he was. Everyone was so friendly and if I need to board Antonio again in the future, I know that I will bring him back to Creature Comforts! Thank you to all who took such great care of my pride and joy, Antonio!!

Fantastic place. We take our cat their for grooming every so often and they take great care of her. They have a very nice facility and great staff. Will certainly continue to support them.

Wonderful experience. Love that someone is there 24 hours. The staff were wonderful and my little Maggie came home freshly bathed and I couldnt have asked for better care for my Maggie while I was away. Will definitely us Creature Comforts again.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else to save yourself money and frustration due to poor management. I have been a loyal customer for 2-1/2 years. I have used their daycare weekly, boarding and grooming services and purchased items from their boutique store items. On more than one occasion my fur baby has come home sick. I tried to be understanding knowing that just like people, animals can catch a cold or virus. Of course when my dog got sick twice after daycare - once with kennel cough even though she had the Bordetella shot and second time dog pink eye it meant a trip to the vet, ,an extra expense. It occurred to me after the 2nd time that this place was not as clean and well run as I originally thought.Recently I had 8 nights of boarding booked. I was headed out on a very long awaited and planned cruise vacation. Unfortunately, Hurricane Dorian and Jetblue had other plans. Jetblues plane was broke down when I arrived at Buffalo Airport at 4:00 AM for a 6:00 AM flight. There were no other available options to get to my destination. The cruise left port early due to the hurricane to make matters worse. I was unable to take my flight or my cruise. Thankfully the airline and the cruise company refunded my money and Jetblue wrote me a letter before I left the airport to use in case there were other unexpected costs that needed to be refunded due to the hurricane. I was extremely disappointed to miss out on my vacation. After spending 8 hours at the airport only to have everything canceled, I sadly called Creature Comfort and explained my situation and that I was coming to pick up my fur baby after only 1 night boarding, the desk clerk advised me that Creature Comfort would still charge for 10 days boarding since it was Labor day week even though she was only booked for 8 nights! The clerk told me since I had to pay I should leave my dog at boarding and enjoy myself at home alone!!! I love my dog and would never enjoy myself at home without her. I told her I was coming to get my dog. When I arrived to pick her up, the clerk advised that after some back and forth conversation with the owner, they agreed to only charge me for 5 night of boarding that I had no desire or intention to use.As a business owner myself for the past 25 years I understand the importance of company policy. I also understand there is a time to listen to my loyal customers need especially when there are unfortunate circumstances. Af if missing my vacation wasnt disappointing enough I still got stuck paying for 4 extra nights of dog boarding I was not going to use.After being a loyal customer with weekly visits for 2.5 years I will never go back. I had a letter from the airlines and a business relationship that one would think an exception could be made. I will find a new place, one that hopefully my dog will not come home sick from, save myself extra trips to the vet and owners who obviously put greed over loyal customers and their pets.

We are so happy that we found this kennel. We have three dogs, ages 5,13, and 15. We have boarded them in the past and they always came home stressed.Then we found Creature Comforts. We leave them in a Luxury Suite where they can all stay together. It is a large room with a bed, tv, and a web cam that enables us to watch our dogs whenever we want from our smart phones, It gives us such peace of mind to be able to see what they are doing at any time. The place is staffed 24 hours a day by veternary technitions. If there was a medical emergency they would be able to take care of it.We also take our youngest dog to doggie day care and he loves going there. Their dog grooming services are second to none..

It appears they took care of our 2 dogs, no proof either way. They claim to have web cams to observe your dog not true. We couldnt get access to the video anywhere to include inside there store and they dont offer any assistance and Im good with technical devices. Went to pick up my dogs and asked for there bowls and the owner denied that we left them. Her only respose was we wouldnt accept metal bowls we would turn them away. Basically she just said i was lying and offered no resolution.

My wife and I (along with our weimaraner) love Creature Comforts. We use them for overnight boarding as well as daycare on a regular basis and recommend it to all of our friends.My dog loves going to daycare there and always comes home a tired and happy.We were apprehensive about boarding overnight because we hadnt done it before, but being able to watch our dog in her suite on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S III) via webcam helped tremendously.

Creature comforts pet resort is a business that was created by a owner that loves animals and wants your animal to have a great experience . Poor dogs that get drop off at other prisons. This is the country club for animals. I think she should raise all her rates. She has NO competition. I consider it a monopoly lol

I have a high energy Sheppard huskie, and he can be a handful. But the folks a creature comforts have always been good with him. There are by no means the cheapest around but the facility is clean and they have quite a few activities for you best friend. Five star witheld due to hours there just weird.

Mini had a great time. She was there for ten days and was well cared for.

I am a regular customer and felt I was very mistreated, when I walked into the place I felt like I was a child being scolded. When they looked up my dogs name they said I didnt have an apt. I know I made an appointment for the day and time I was there.I try to support our local business but with this kind of treatment I will never go back.

I left my two dogs there, in good health and fully vaxed, for 5 days vacation and when I returned to pick them up, my older dog (9 years) was coughing apparently for days. No one told me until pick up. $6,000 later in vet visits and invasive procedures, he had a very severe case of Kennel Cough that turned into Pneumonia. I called to let them know about it and was brushed completely off. I was told by someone at the front desk they would tell the owner and they would call me. Never even got a call to see how he was doing, not to mention any kind of reimbursement. I will NEVER be going to either location again. Stay away. This place is obviously unsafe.

Brought my puppy in for a 20 minute evaluation.. they called me 5 minutes later and said it wasnt gonna work... 5 minutes. Waste of time.

We wholly appreciate how well they care for our dog. We are glad he gets to play outside and he loves the water park days. As much as we try to set up daycare in advance, they are always willing to take him in last minute. They have great service and availability. Our dog loves being with them and each member of their staff seems to love him right back.

I have had a hard time finding a groomer for my Norwegian Forest Cat. She has very long fine hair that becomes extremely matted over the winter. My veterinarian office does a good job, but requires anesthesia. I did not want to put her under as she has had too much of it, and is so small.Creature Comforts was amazing! They were so professional, friendly and helpful. The facilities were immaculate. I observed two dogs being dropped off for doggie daycare, and the dogs were so excited to be there they were dragging the worker to the back!!! It was adorable.Jasmine was very calm and happy when I picked her up, and I loved the cute scarf they tied around her neck! I highly recommend this pet resort for any and all of your pet needs!

I used their service for 2 years without incident. My dog is big and powerful , but generally easy going . I always tipped the staff and appreciated doing business. My dog became a diabetic and needed 2 shots per day. They took care of him. They furnished needles when I didn’t give them enough and charged me later which I thought was convenient and nice. They said my dog was being aggressive and charged me like 30 dollars extra for extra staff along with $3 dollars per shot x’s 3 days. I couldn’t understand where he was aggressive towards them?? He has never been a problem with staff for over 2 years and now he is ? They denied taking him when I had depended on them stating he’s aggressive which left me hanging. I was shocked. WELL . Here it goes….I absolutely have seen a difference in staff. They are assigning staff that should work at Tim Hortons not a dog kennel on my dog. They are scared to death which dogs like mine , you can’t be afraid of. If they had simply put experienced staff on my dog he would love them like he does EVERYONE that he comes in contact. That !!! Is the job of the kennel. Creatures of Comfort charged me extra because some of their staff can’t do their job . Late one night at my house. My dog wondered out in the road which an old employee of Creatures recognizes my dog. She weighs less than him. She walked right up to him as I was coming out to get him. She was NEVER AFRAID OF HIM,EVER!!! The dog loved her and was happy to see her. That’s the difference in experience. I write this as a disappointment that didn’t have to be. I have no complaints about the facility. I think it was a terrible use of staff . It wound up an inconvenience to me who was dedicated and always took care of staff with a tip. Disappointing…

Never do business! They have no clue how to train dogs and said a rescue could not be a service dog. How WRONG! They just want your money! Dont wasre your time. There are better places around with experience.
