We were apprehensive sending our pup to the boarders at first, but we were quickly made to feel very at ease after taking a pre-boarding tour and having a quick meet and great. Chloe had the BEST time visiting Grand View for the weekend and made anew best friend, Indiana! Special thanks to Jen, Shannon and Meliea for making us feel at ease!!

Grand view canine care did a great job! I was nervous at first about boarding my rescue that is reactive to dogs and large men but had no option since the place we were going didn’t allow pets. As soon as we arrived to drop her off my nerves were soothed and she was very welcoming and greeted Lilly very comfortably. Lilly was great and loved her, wanting to explore the scents right away. Throughout the trip I was at peace knowing she was being taken care of and was updated with pictures and informed of how she was doing and eating. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely bring her again if I need to go out of town in the future!

Great experience. Felt super comfortable leaving our dog with them, the transition was easy & quick, he was there all day. The price was super affordable, and he came home tired (this is good, a tired dog is a good dog) and calm & went right to sleep. Definitely will use them again, strongly recommend.

There is not enough space to express how wonderful this place is. When we needed them most Cassandra was there. She treats our two pups like family and therefore she is a part of our family.

Just took my 85lb cane corso mix to get his nails clipped. The two technicians and owner were in there to assist since it was his first time. They were quick, affordable and provided a safe environment to my pet as well as them. I will be coming back because they know how to handle my dog correctly and safely.

Both of my dogs have been going to daycare at Grandview Canine Care for nearly a year. GVCC is the only place I trust with my girls. The staff communicates with us every day, sending pictures and updates. I also know they are all well-versed and trained in dog behavior and wellness ensuring a safe and enriched time each day they go. I highly recommend GVCC. The quality of care is unmatched!

The team at Grand View Canine Care is extremely professional, knowledge, and they go above and beyond to care for and love on your fur babies. I have a golden doodle that Ive had both boarded and groomed by them, and let me tell you they do an outstanding job. He is so excited to come back each time. I wouldnt trust my pup with anyone else. Grandview was a great find for us. Our previous doggy daycare was closing and we needed to find a location that was the right fit for our shy puppy. Everyone at Grandview immediately got to know her and continues to work to get her to come out of her shell. We have since added a rescue pup to our pack and they opened their doors for him to attend daycare as well. The ability for Grandview to have dogs inside, outside, and to take them for walks in their country setting is good for our pups. We also use their boarding services which are top notch.

I highly recommend grand view canine care! They are always very accommodating and always take great care of our dogs! They provide one-on-one attention and have greatly helped our puppies adjust to not only other dogs but other people as well!

Grand View is the only place I’ll take my dogs! As a crazy obsessed dog mom, I get extreme anxiety leaving my babies. Grand View always takes great care of them and loves them and sends me pictures to let me know they’re having a blast! And the pups always come home happy and exhausted. The Grand View crew is always up to date on health, grooming, and general care knowledge for all dogs which makes me trust them even more!

We have been using Grand View Canine Care for nearly 2 years. All of our dogs were puppies when they began attending daycare. GVCC was very attentive to their stages of development, ensuing that they were enriched and engaged in appropriate experiences and interactions with staff and other dogs. One of our dogs is timid and fearful of new people and doggie friends. GVCC has always gone above and beyond to ensure she is comfortable and feels safe. They have been actively involved in reinforcing the training we have been doing with her at home, so she can better cope with fearful situations. When we added a third puppy to our family, GVCC was very attentive to the changing dynamics of our pack and made adjustments accordingly to support the health, growth, development and socialization of all my dogs. GVCC always communicates any changes they observe with our dogs whether it is behavioral or health related. We receive pictures and updates every day they are in their care. GVCC, also, genuinely cares about their customers and will regularly offer flexibility to accommodate changing schedules, weather or illness. Thank you and celebratory discounts are always happening throughout the year as they extend their appreciation to their clients. Our dogs will only go to GVCC. It is more than just a daycare/boarding service for us (and also for them!). They treat our dogs as they were their own and I know they receive the best care and attention when they are there. I cannot recommend them enough!!

I love Grand View Canine Care. Cassandra has been so wonderful to work with and really has been so accommodating to my crazy work schedule when it comes to doggie daycare. I never have to worry about my Luna because I know she is in great hands. Cassandra sends me texts with updates and lots of pictures of my Luna playing and having fun. Luna loves her daycare days and gets so excited on the days we head to daycare in the morning. I would 10/10 recommended GVCC!

I have an “energetic” Aussie, and I’m always so happy when he is with the Grand View team. They appreciate his spunky, funny personality, and when I pick him up, he’s relaxed and relatively mellow. I know he’s in good hands with them. One more thing comes to mind...my dog is pretty bad on a leash, but Cassandra walks him and works on his leash manners. This is a wonderful business, and a permanent part of my dog’s care team.

Grand View Kennel was wonderful in every way possible! We are very happy with their services and my two dogs loved Grand View Kennels too, which is the most important thing! The staff are knowledgeable and professional; open to answering questions about your dog. Excellent grooming services. Well maintained facilities in a beautiful setting. It is clear that they love dogs and they provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend them for grooming, daycare and boarding.

Love getting the updates complete with photos while the dogs are there. Nice to know they get multiple walks a day. Also really convenient that they can get groomed during their stay, too!

The staff are so kind and caring and really take their time to give your pup just the attention that is needed to make sure their stay is the best it can be. We dropped off our dog this week while we went on vacation. First time he had to be boarded and we were nervous! They made sure to update us every day and send us pictures. When we picked him up, his nails were clipped, he was given a bath and he seemed so happy! Will definitely be going back next time we go away!

Grand View Canine Care does it all! Most caring owner who treats all dogs as her own. She pampers, takes them on great trail walks, will bathe/groom and offers safe and exciting playtime. Very professional and affordable!

GVCC works hard to make sure every pet has the most positive experience possible whether theyre there for boarding, daycare or grooming. I love that they do so much for the local shelter and community as well. Its also really great to see that Pat & Cassandra are always learning more about how best to care for their clients. I highly recommend them!

If I could give more than 5 stars I totally would! These people are great! Prices are incredibly reasonable and absolutely top notch service! I utilize the grooming and daycare services both and won’t change that! My dog doesn’t have to stay home alone and she comes home tired! It’s a win win! Paws up for Grandview!

I couldnt be happier with my Whiskey boys experience here!! I have a very spoiled very high maintenance boxer/plott hound mix and even though he is the most friendly lovable boy in the world I was so so worried about leaving him for 9 days at all let alone someone I didnt personally know! However, they did absolutely amazing with him and with me texting every 5 minutes lol! I was sent photos and updated daily and they even made sure he had extra blankets to cuddle with because they are his favorite thing! If I could I would give a million stars! Thank you SO much for treating my boy like a member of your family and going the extra mile to make him and myself comfortable. He came home so happy and well taken care of. We absolutely will be back!

We are so grateful our 2 pups were in the best of hands with Cassandra & Grand View Canine Care. If anyone needs to board their pups, please check them out. They are not your typical kennel whatsoever. They are so much more! We drove an hour out of our way each direction, and will do it again for sure!

We were out of town later than expected due to a storm and they kept him for 3 extra days with no problem. They even gave him a healthier food that we have since changed him to and his skin issues are so much better. We got picture updates of him having a good time that definitely put me at ease knowing he is such a shy dog. I cant say enough good things about Grand View.... We love Grand View! Our little shih tzu has been staying with them since she was a few months old! She is very excited when she arrives to see the staff and loves all the walks and attention! She is a shih tzu so she can have super long hair. Theyve been grooming her since she was a puppy too and she always looks fabulous! Thanks for always taking such great care of her and for the constant updates when shes there!!

My dog and I love Grand View Canine Care! Klink gets excited when I tell him its time for school, time to see his friends. I name them one by one and he looks at me with excitement when I say their names. He loves his walks with Pat and Brian. As well as his pup and guy time relaxing with Brian on the couch after a walk. Hey, we just love both Pat and Cassandra, have a very pet friendly shop for boarding, grooming. ..plus loads more.Very down to earth. Always put pets needs as #1 !!The shop has heated floors,very up to date bedding. Even an out door area they can check stuff out when they arw out for their 1-3 walks of the day!!!Our pets had a few issues with other grooming. But with Pat and Cassie they are relaxed and looked amazing when we picked them up !!

I have been bringing my furbaby to Grand View for a few years. I will actually drive the 1+ hour to take him there rather than any of the many places in Rochester. They are amazing to all of the pups in their care.

My husband and I have been using Grandview ever since we got our first dog over 3 years ago. The way they care for them and make sure they are exercised and socialized is amazing. We will continue to use them in the future every time we go out of town.

Grandview watched my baby girl Luna while we went on a vacation that included over 12 hours of driving each way (she doesnt do well for that long in the car). Grandview has great pricing and took great care of my girl. I could have asked friends to care for her, but no one would be able to provide the attention that I give her throughout the day (I work from home) like Grandview does. Lots of walks, play time, and even pictures! Couldnt be happier with her stay 😁

Such an amazing place! Cass is fantastic! She cares for each and every fur baby as if they are her own! We have used Grand View to board our dog a couple of times while we go on vacation. He always has the best time and comes back with a bath and exhausted :). We will continue to board him there when we need to as we know he is safe and happy.

Though you drive through a long (though scenic route) to get here, the facilities are very new and up to date, and the staff couldnt be more friendly. Mt scardy cat dog actually falls asleep after her grooming, which is saying something!

They are terrific, on one of my pups visits she became sick just after arrival and they went over and above what they had to do. I feel my pet is safe with them. They are true pet people.

Pick up my dog and she was sick and running a fever she is yorkie 8 yrs old just came back from vets wit a $77. Bill for tonsillitis from barking when I told them she was not use to being outside and she slept with me so now she sick Im out of money of $115. For boarding and $77.vet bill never again

Love love love this place! I have a very nervous German Shepherd who needs a little extra love and patience. They are wonderful with her and give her a save and happy environment for day care and extended stays while we are away. They are a family run business and it truly shows. The family was very supportive when my other dog passed away. Grand view is way more than a kennel and groomer. It is obvious they love what they do and treat everyone, two and four legged, with care and love! The only place I trust to take my special girl!

I can not find the words that express how happy and blessed we are with the people and care at Grandview. We have 3 dogs...Bailey a laid back lab...Rose the controlling mother hen Maltese...and Arnold the oversized energetic needy Bloodhound. As soon as we approach the drive they cant wait to get out. There has never been a problem when they stay overnight and the ladies always send pictures. You can see that patience is taken with the grooming as well. They are always there for you and I would recommend them for all your needs. Great group!!!

It was our first time boarding our dog and we could not be happier! He had a great time and was very well cared for. We even got a few pictures and updates throughout the week! You can tell Grand View loves what they do and they loved our dog!

We cannot express how happy we have been with Grandview Grooming. We have 2 full size collies and 120# of hair between the two of them. We have always been happy after picking up our fur babies. They look so clean and beautiful after the grooming. Collar bandannas and all. I would recommend them to all. Thank you 👍👍👌👌👌

Grand View Canine Care is Sabis home away from home! Hes in daycare throughout the week and he often doesnt want to go home when I pick him up because hes having so much fun!
