We went out of town for our wedding and were panicking at the thought of leaving our two miniature bull terriers, 4 months and 14 months old. Barbara was exceptional. I could tell at pickup they loved her, I got updates on them. Couldn’t be happier to have found a reliable, kind, local boarding facility. Thanks again for taking such good care of our pups.

Long Island’s Finest Pet Care did a great job in taking care of our dog for an extended period of time over the pandemic months. Barbara was great and cared for our dog, Dre, like he was her own. Everyone at Long Island’s Finest is totally professional and obviously love and care deeply for the pets they groom and board. I cant say enough about our experience boarding our fickle Great Dane. We were leaving the country on a short vacation and our dog walker was unable to board him for the time we were gone. We were recommended Barbaras establishment and decided we would do a meet and greet after a thorough phone conversation. Immediately at the meet we knew we were leaving our big boy in the right hands. Throughout our trip she would send us updates, photos and videos, it was just what we needed to put us at ease. Planning family trips, where his is unable to come with us, is going to be much less stressful knowing our big guy will be in good hands.

Had my 1 year old Australian Shepard groomed by Remi, she is fabulous!! Barbara took the time to LISTEN to me, was professional & caring. They treat the dogs in their care with kindness & take time with them so they have a positive experience.Highly recommend !

Remi and Barbara are amazing. I have been struggling to find a groomer for my mini Australian shepherd. I brought him to Remi and she made him feel comfortable/loved and made him look so handsome. Barbara followed up with a phone call to make sure everything went well and I was satisfied, after hearing how much trouble I had with other groomers. Truly the best!!

Im so happy I found this place. I have 4 dogs and Barbara & Remy treat them with kindness and groom them to perfection. They are so knowledgeable about the breed standard and how the dog should look. Remy is a true artist. I get so many compliments on how beautifully my dogs are groomed. My dogs love going there and actually pull me in the door excited to get groomed.

I’ve never had my dogs groomed before.They treated them as soon as I walked in with such kindness and love.They both looked so handsome after being groomed!Were going back because of how loving and kind they were to 2 -70 pound mixed breed rescue dogs!Thank you both!

Remi & Barbara are so kind, so special, I’ve been searching for 3 years for a kind, gentle, caring groomer. My Honey, a dog was a rescue. She wouldn’t let me bathe her, I couldn’t touch her feet or rear left leg. Someone abused her badly. All the VETS drugged her. It was so sad. I cried yesterday. Literally hugged these two woman. Plus, Honey went back and kissed them after a nail trim- no drugs - and a bath. If you are in need of a loving, kind, understanding groomer for a large Dog , go to Remi and Barbara. My eternal gratitude. Thank you so vary much for helping my Honey. SHE LOVES YOU AND I DO TOO!!!

This was my second time using this groomer. The first time was a good experience. The second time I told the groomer that scented powders or shampoos should not be used. We have taken the dog outside numerous times, but the smell is still extremely strong.. very disappointed.
