We have been using this company for over 5 years for three of our dogs. They have amazing availability and they are extremely understanding and flexible with our family’s constantly changing schedule. Our dog Journey got very sick with cancer and was on chemotherapy for about a year. Knowing that she had walkers who loved and cared for her was such a relief during these difficult times. I cannot recommend their services more!

In home pet service came highly recommended by my neighbors. Robyn and Taylor are always quick with their responses. The walkers that weve had are Rianne and Donna. They are puntual, reliable and truly cares for my dogs well-being. I love that they created a notebook to fill with updates of each walk. Theyve also been incredibly accomodating to our short notice requests, which has been a lifesaver on busy days. It gives me a peace of mind knowing my dog is in such good hands.

I’ve been using Robyn and her dog walking service for many years. They are always reliable, friendly and flexible when I need to make changes in the schedule even at the last minute. One of my dogs is a rescue and wary of strangers. He was easily won over. I appreciate the walkers a lot. They are kind, professional and their experience w animals shines through in the work they do.

Robin and company are 5 star service. I have been with them for over 10 years, and they have done a great job caring for my dog and occasionally Clyde our cat. Last year our elderly dog had gone blind and they take great care. I have great confidence if you choose their service you will not be disappointed. I cannot say enough of in home pet services.

We’ve been using In Home Pet Services for several months. We have two dogs: chocolate lab and jack Russell terrier mix. The chocolate lab was not a problem at all walker was able to take him out on a first visit. The jack russell girl took several visits and a lot of patience. Now we are getting help from pet walker even on feeding of both dogs:) while we are in hospital.For short getaways where we cannot take the dogs we will use In Home Pet Services to day sit two our dogs.Lastly the service is very flexible and reliable. Glad we’ve found this gem in our neighbourhood.

In Home Pet services is amazing.I have used them for maybe close to 10 years. I love the way they write a small note of the walk for the day. My dog is always excited and ready to go. They are also super accommodating and responsive when you send them a mail. I have only had a positive experience.

After three days and two nights away, I returned home to my wonderful, happy dogs. It is great to know I can now have a little vacay without the worry of finding quality, caring dog care. Thank you In Home!

We have used In Home Pet Services since our dog was a puppy, and have had a great experience with them. Robyn is very responsive and flexible, and has always fit us into the schedule - even for last minute visits. After our visits we always get a detailed report of how our dog did & we look forward to coming home from work and reading them! Robyn also will share photos of our dog with us, it’s great to see how she’s doing with our walker! We would definitely recommend Robyn and her team, our dog loves her walker so much it relives any stress we have about leaving her home while we go to work.

Because of you my family is able to go on vacation again!On our weeklong vacation this past month, we were able to leave our senior dog, Pennylu, at home alone. Donna and Rianne visited four times daily. They fed Pennylu twice a day and walked her four times a day which is the maximum number of walks. Our senior dog is incontinent and had several accidents in our house in between walks. They kindly cleaned up after her accidents with paper towels we provided. They keep a notebook of all the care they provide and our dog’s activities. They even brought in the mail! They go above and beyond to provide a reliable service.We are already planning our next trip away and we know that Pennylu can stay in the comfort of our home being cared for by a dependable team. We no longer have to bother our extended family to care for our incontinent senior dog. I am so glad we found this amazing service!

Excellent service. They have become my go-to this year and I havent used any other dog walking service since then. Robyn and her team are very friendly, responsive, and professional. The walkers always come on time as scheduled to walk my pup. They are reliable and very flexible. I highly recommend!

Robyn, the owner, was very helpful and understanding of our specific needs and sent a mature, responsible and highly experienced walker for our adorable standard schnauzer, Sally. She understood our needs and especially Sallys and the assignment grew from once a day to twice a day. A clear bond quickly grew between walker and dog and the walker always left notes about the days experiences, which were helpful to us as owners. Sally was excited whenever she arrived. I have been using In Home Pet Services, Inc. for the past 3 months at the recommendation of a neighbor and it was a great decision. Robyn is extremely responsive and accommodating when it comes to last minute changes in the schedule. The two (2) dog walkers are great and my dog likes them a lot. They are respectful upon entering my home and check to make sure my dog didnt get into something she shouldnt have.

I was very anxious when considering options for short term pet care. My family got our first dog last October from North Shore Animal League - a rescue puppy that was understandably nervous with separation anxiety. It was heartbreaking to think about leaving our dog for a weekend, but also felt that she would be most comfortable in her own environment, our home (we live in Floral Park). In Home Pet Services has been fantastic. The owner Robyn is very responsive and accessible. After a short meeting with our Bella, she arranged for a local sitter to come and take care of her while we were away. Our sitter not only takes her for a walk and feeds her, she spends time with her and gives her love and attention. The sitter also leaves us notes about what they did, and how Bella responded while we were gone. We have used the service twice now, and have been so happy. Rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Used their cat sitting services and was very happy. The owner and sitter met with us before and I was very comfortable leaving on my 11 day trip. They are very thorough, efficient and professional. And they did not disappoint. My cats and home were great when I came home. I would and have recommended them to my friends.Update: I have been using InHomePetServices for two years. They are wonderful. My pets are always well taken care of. Taylor usually comes and she is great. She brings in my mail and any packages and the house is perfect when I return. I highly recommend InHomePetServices as well as Taylor!

Robyn and her team are great, trustworthy & flexible with your schedule! Not only is Robyn super responsive and organized, her team goes above and beyond for our pups. I love how they give recaps in a notebook of their visit. I know one of my dogs is extremely difficult to deal with but they are able to control her and with a smile. We have been using Robyn and In Home Pet Services since we adopted Macie and Bella 8 years ago, and I cant say enough good things about them. Both of my dogs are rescues, and are anxious, but the walkers are always kind and sensitive to their needs. They are incredibly reliable also, which I require, b/c we both work full time. We have had a very good experience over many months with Robyn and her team who have cared for our three cats over many many daily visits. The team working with our pets are on-time for meals, keep things tidy and are responsive to whatever notes we leave and concerns we might have about our pets. The overall customer service provided by In Home Pet is very good, if one of the cats is not well we get an email immediately, when we need to schedule dates we get a quick response as well as when we need to make changes to the schedule it’s easy to do. The In Home Pet team all seem very willing to do what they can to make things as smooth as possible.

We started using In Home Pet Services a few months ago for our new rescue pup, Oliver, and we cannot be happier with Robyn, Jamie, Rachel and the rest of the team. Its a relief to know that walks for Oliver are taken care of, and scheduling with Robyn is super easy! We get a summary of the walk when we get home, and it sounds like Oliver absolutely loves his walkers. He takes time to warm up to strangers, but I feel confident that the walkers put him at ease and know how to handle him and his energy. We will continue to use her team for years to come.

Robyn and her team have taken care of my two furbabies for over a year now, and theyve been absolutely wonderful! Theyre prompt and always go above and beyond to fit us in their schedule whenever we need them most. The walkers are very thorough in noting every walk and communicating any concerns in a journal we have for our pups.

Robyn, Taylor and the rest of the crew @ In Home Pet Services are trustworthy, reliable, caring, helpful and understanding. We have had Taylor walk our 2 (or 3) dogs, feed our fish and take care of our bunny for years. Always responsive to emails, Robyn is really helpful, we’ve even used the service to drop our dog off at the local vet when we were unable to do so.

I was recommended to Robyn by my previous landlord to help take care of my pup. I have to be honest, I don’t trust many people in my house and even more so taking care of my dog. My dog is the sweetest boy but EXTREMELY energetic! Robyn and Regina did a consultation at my house and immediately all my worries were gone. They both respond so well to my pup and you can tell he instantly loves them. I can always count on Robyn and staff. They have helped me numerous times in several emergencies and responds to all emails within the hour! I am soPleased with this company ☺️

I have nothing but great things to say about In Home Pet Services. We have 2 big dogs one dog can somewhat anxious/misinterpreted the other dog is very friendly. Robyn and Taylor came by to do an evaluation and see how Taylor and the dogs would interact. They all got along and instead of walking the dogs together we decided that walking them different times would be better. They are very flexible and easy to contact. Professional and most of all they were great with the dogs. I couldn’t be happier with their service.

Ive used In Home Pet Services to watch my cat three times in the past few months, and will continue to use them. Theyre great! Robyn is quick to respond to emails, and they set up a free consultation to meet me and my cat at my home prior to the first time they watched her. I have come home to a clean litter box, fresh food and water in my cats bowls, and a cat who has been played with and pet. I highly recommend them.

I am so grateful to In Home Pet Services for providing me with a pet sitter for my recently adopted kitten while I went out of town. I was a bit worried as this was the first time my kitten was left alone since I adopted her, but I soon found out I had nothing to worry about. Robyn is very friendly, professional, and organized with her notes. Diane, the pet sitter, took good care of my kitten and left me notes during her visits. I would definitely recommend In Home Pet Services and hope to use them again soon. :)

In Home Pet Services is a great dog walking service! Weve only been using their services since July 2012, but we were so happy the first week and weve been more than satisfied with their abilities.We had never worked outside of the house and were concerned that our dog would not be happy being alone all day. We set up an hour walk every day via In Home Pet Services and fortunately, we can tell that our dog is happy, safe and well taken care of each day. His walkers leave us notes about what they did. Not only did they refill his water dish during the hot summer, but they also brought in packages and were careful about drying him off after rainy day walks.All in all they would get a 10 out of 10 if that were the rating system, but I can unreservedly give them an EXCELLENT on their service and rates.Thanks for taking such great care of our baby!

I cannot say enough positive things about In Home Pet Services. After relocating to Queens I went on a search for my sometimes temperamental Shiba Inu. After going through two dog walkers that could not properly wrangle my dog, I found In Home Pet Services after a friend in my building recommended them. Everyone in this company is extremely professional, and my dog walker, Kristen, is absolutely wonderful with my dog, and most importantly, my dog LOVES her! The prices are awesome, and I know I can always count on Robyn, the owner, to get back to me as soon as shes able to, and she also always tries her best to accommodate me. Im so happy to have In Home Pet Services providing me with walking and boarding services for my pug!!! I work long hours so I need someone else to give her some TLC. She LOVES her walker Kristen. Sometimes she waits for her by the door when Im home with her. Robyn and her crew are very professional, great communications, and they really cater to my needs with my crazy work schedules. I have used this daycare services twice and I must say I truly trust them with my fur baby. Ms. Robyn and the staff have been so wonderful to my fur baby Maverick. During our drop off Maverick jumped in joy. Seeing that lets me know he’s in good hands. The prices are affordable and staff is very caring and understanding. I highly recommend!

I am a new client of In Home Pet Service and I have to say that they are an amazing service. I recently got a new puppy Cooper and needed a place for him to go while I am at work or on vacation. My dog loves going there, whether its during the day or for overnights. He is well cared for, it is affordable and they treat him as if he was their own. They have a great mix of dogs and Cooper loves the play time with them. I recommend their service whole heartily.

The walkers at In Home Pet Services are super dependable, sweet, patient and loving with my dog. She gets so excited to see them when they arrive and comes back happy and energized. Its such a huge help to have them in our girls life!

We found IHPS recommended in a local Facebook group when we needed a cat sitter a couple years ago. The rates were quite a bit lower than the other people recommended so I reached out. I was so impressed with how professional they are for such a reasonable rate. The owner and sitter both came over to learn our routines and discuss their services, and gave me a very official packet of info I wasn’t expecting. It’s been seamless ever since. They have a copy of my key so I can just email when I have dates I need a sitter, and I’ve even had to email while away to ask for an extra day, and it’s never an issue. It’s so nice to be able to trust my cat is being well cared for without having to remind someone or micromanage!

Cant say enough about Robyn and her team. Ed in particular is spot on and dependable. Robyns prices are fair and they do high quality work for fantastic prices. They take care of my Sofrito regularly and they even took care of my foster cat while we were away as well! Love them! Highly recommend!

I been working with Robyn and her Staff for a little over 9 years. This relationship included two walks Monday thru Friday and weekends occasionally. I can honestly say not once did we have an issue with the many dog walkers that crossed our path. As a matter of fact, we became very friendly, although on paper only, with a few of our dog walkers. The care and love they bestowed on our Smith was heartwarming to us. I also want to thank Robyn and her Staff for the flexibility throughout the years in making changes to our schedule, caring for our Smith when he was ill, and always keeping us informed with any health issue. Our Smith is now embarking on another journey and that journey is to spend time with his true Master in Colorado! IHPS has been great. They are very flexible and reliable and have gone above and beyond (calling me at work when they discovered my dog had been sick one day in my absence, dropping my dog off at the groomer for me, and doing last minute weekend walks when Ive needed it). But the official stamp of approval comes from my playful golden retriever who, the few times Ive been home to witness when she gets her walk, has rolled on to her back , legs in the air, demanding belly rubs as soon as she hears the door unlock. So cute. I highly recommend this company. Another bonus is the notebook they fill out for you each day, so you know for a fact that someone has been there.

In Home Pet Services is a life saver of a company. When I moved to NY I lost all of my cat sitting regulars and didnt know what to do with my feline friend. When I first met with Robyn and her team it was immediately clear that they were professional, caring, and accommodating. Every time Ive gone out of town I have been so happy with the care that my cat receives (and its clear that he thinks everyone is purr-fect as well). I dont know what I would have done this year without Robyn and Kathy, who leaves such nice notes about how everything went while I was away. These folks care about the animals in their charge and they are nice enough to deal with the onslaught of questions and emails that come from the pet owners. :) Passionate and professional, this is a stellar pet service team!

Im new to In Home Pet Services, but let me tell you, they are a GODSEND! For years, I have never left my Westie with anyone except my mom; so to trust my precious baby to someone new had me panic-stricken. But our everyday sitter/walker Kim is AMAZING! She and my Emma love each other. Kim leaves me detailed notes about their time together during the day (which includes lots of games and walks) and it gives me such peace knowing that Emma is not only being taken care but loved as well.

My wife and I used In Home Pet Services (IHPS) for one year. Robyn and her team were absolutely wonderful; I would give 10 stars if I could. They (specifically her wonderful walkers) made it possible for me to raise a golden retriever puppy on my own at first, and then helped us manage to insanely busy schedules towards the end of our time in New York. My wife, the dog, and I recently moved to DC and I am very worried knowing that we wont be able to replace IHPS or their walkers.Where to start? IHPS walkers were like second parents to our dog Bruce. Bruce has been known to misbehave occasionally, has a lot of energy, and when he was a puppy required more than a few frequent vet visits. All of the walkers were wonderful but Catherine in particular would care for Bruce as if he were her own; she even drove him to the vet once for us after hours (unscheduled) and sat with him until we got home. IHPS was incredibly flexible with me (I forgot to send my weekly schedules by the Saturday goal on a regular basis) and was always able to accommodate schedule changes or last minute requests. As an example, in February I had to have emergency hand surgery; not only were we able to call the walker to come and help us with unplanned walks that evening, but the walker also hung out with me while my wife ran to pick up some pain killers at CVS. While I was there she fed Bruce, played with him to get some energy out, and brought in all of our packages.I can honestly say at no point in time was I ever unhappy with the level or quality of service provided by IHPS. I really wish I could have brought them with me to DC (Robyn, please open a franchise here). If you have the opportunity to use this company for dog walks, I strongly encourage you to give Robyn a call.- chris

Finding this company was the best thing ever! This was our first time using *any* pet service and we will absolutely continue to use them again! In Home Pet Services was such a positive experience for us and for our pet birds (a conure and a cockatiel).If youre anything like me, you feel a bit guilty about leaving your pets and want them to be cared for with love and attention while you are away, plus recognize the significance of trusting your house keys to someone else! I can easily say that we are 100% satisfied and happy.They made the whole process incredibly easy, keeping us updated with emails and photos while we were away. We felt confident that our birds were getting the best care and attention possible. They even took in our mail, watered our plants, and made sure the temperature at home was comfortable.Thank you!!

Im so happy I found In Home Pet Services, they cover all our needs! They walk our dog daily and leave such thoughtful notes every day. Ive also boarded him with them and he came home so tired and happy. They share pictures too which is such a nice touch.

Inferior service They forgot to come to my home for 3 days to take care of my pets, no food or water filthy litter box due to a computer error , When I called to find out what happened the person told me that it was keyed in incorrectly and said oops!! , then I had a volley back and forth with the owner Robyn who personally attacked me and was so rude. If you want your pets well cared for do not use them.

I also used In Home Pet Services to watch my 2 cats many times in the past and always come to expect good things when I come home and they do what is necessary to ensure happy cats. I am confident when i leave home they will be taken good care of by Robyn and her team.

In home pet services are the best personal service companies I have ever worked with. They are unbelievably understanding to changes and will accommodate anything if they can. I have an 8 month old shar pei and he absolutely ADORES his walker Laurie (so do we)... She loves him like he is hers. She always makes sure he is ok, not too wet in the rain by putting on his raincoat. He is truly excited to see her and I can honestly say... i think she is just as excited to see him. When you have someone in your home, you want to trust them, not have to worry about anything, and with Laurie, I never worry about Spencer (our pup) or anything. She is amazing and I love her.... :)

In Home Pet Services provided wonderful service. They were always reliable and they really loved our dog, taking time to give her treats and play with her a little after each walk. Every day they left a note on how the walk was and what they did. We only had to stop using INPS because we moved out of the area. I would highly recommend INPS and found them very trustworthy.
