Petco Grooming

GROOMING is closed today, JUN 30, 2024.. fyi- online shows OPENSTORY TIME:Arrived at 8 am, waited for 9 am opening to inquire about SHAMPOOING a clients dog. At 9 am, I met a groomer drinking coffee outside the locked entrance and was advised that TODAY (SUNDAY 6/30) the store opens at 10 am.I waited. At 10 am, I returned. I saw the groomer from earlier walking by me in the store. While going through the isles, i came across the opening employee and was told, ONLY TODAY grooming is CLOSED. As you can see, the lights are off... . I was told to call HAMPTON BAYS location, they might be able to squeeze you in. I asked if he could call to check, he replied, you are welcome to call yourself, and youll be prompted to GROOMING. I left CONFUSED, but not....FYI

Groomer was very professional; was patient with my anxious dog; had good suggestions about next grooming appointment hair cut and making it positive experience for my dog; friendly.Reservation process was smooth and reminders were helpful.

Cynthia is the best! She exudes love for all her 4 legged friends and is a pleasure to talk to about grooming questions. She is personable and likable. Cynthia went out of her way to call me with any cancellations so that I could get my pup in earlier than the 3 week wait time. Will never go anywhere else.

My dog and I had an amazing experience here. The end result was beautiful but what mattered most was the professional caring atmosphere that they provide. Our groomer jodi Took such loving care of our pet. We are so thankful to find such an amazing groomer!

Great customer service. My dog lease came in damaged all I did was call customer service and with out and hesitation they replace it for free with not me sending it back. just throw the damaged lease in the garage service
