Burnt Hills Boarding Kennel and Dog Training Facility

I have boarded my older golden here several times and recently she and my 4 1/2 month mini goldendoodle spent 10 days there. Kevin and Jeannette take such good care of them. They go above and beyond and I couldnt be more confident that my pups are safe and loved. Summer camp for the pups!

I was nervous about finding a kennel like the one we used on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, a kennel where I could leave my dog and relax knowing he was well cared for no matter how long I was away. After visiting a few here near Albany , I found Burnt Hills Boarding Kennels. Kevin and Jeanine could not be more kind and pleasant! They have been wonderful to our 14 yr old rescue pup. He loves it there and we could not be happier !!!

This is a great place to bring your dog if you are always nervous about leaving youre dog at all! Kevin and his wife do a wonderful job taking care of your pet! I use to worry about my dog until I found this place! I no longer worry and can relax on vacation now!

A family run operation, Kevin cares for my dogs like I would. I feel comfortable and confident dropping my 2 Goldens off first thing in the morning, knowing they will get a day of fun and play. Doggie day care rates are more than reasonable at $20 per day per dog plus tax. Kevin also spent extra time on our first day, meeting my guys and listening to our story AND he spent extra time with us on obedience. I love that BHK is local and friendly and I highly recommend boarding your pup here.

The owners are wonderful. Very accommodating with drop off and pick up times. kennel was very clean and prices are the best Ive seen around. They dont charge you hidden fees like the other kennels in the area. I highly recommend.

Scheduled a walk-through so I could check out the accommodations and when the day came, nobody was there when I arrived. Before leaving disappointed, I called to see if anyone would answer and I heard the phone ring and ring inside. Place was a ghost town.

My dog loves it here. She usually has a hard time and stresses out when boarded at our vet so a few years ago we switched to boarding here. The owners are great and you can call to check on on how your pup is doing. Highly recommend if your looking for a place to board your pet.

We have been searching for a reliable kennel for years - and we couldn’t be luckier to have found these guys in our new neighborhood. We travel internationally frequently, and take numerous last minute weekend trips - it is so reassuring to know our dogs are in the best hands, and they somehow always manage to find a space for them even for our late requests. The icing on the cake was when we had a baby this past December, they told us not to worry about a specific date or time, they would accommodate the dogs. And they did!Their rates are very reasonable, they are friendly and responsive, they clearly know and adore dogs, and the place feels like you’re dropping your dog off at summer-camp rather than boarding them! I sent an email that I got from their contact page on their website several days ago and sent a follow-up one and havent received a response.

Had my 2 Boarder Collies stay here and it was great. They were both very happy to be there and came home tired from playing.

Burnt Hills Boarding and Kennel is awesome, haven’t even met them yet and they’re more than happy to answer my questions about my new pup over the phone. Look forward to working with them as she gets older and ready to be trained!!

Excellent care taken for our little boy Yoshi. Very friendly staff and Yoshi is always excited to go there. Sometimes a little too excited lol.

Kevin and Jeannette have been so accommodating, patient, and professional throughout our entire experience with their business. Not to mention my dog would rather stay there than come home when we pick him up.
