I went to them back in February when my own vet couldn’t get me in. They were amazing! Super friendly and the vet was very caring and compassionate when I had to put my 13 year old Pit to sleep after falling very sick so quickly.

Small atmospher, but techs have a good heart, they were very gentle with my fur babies

I wouldnt recommend this clinic. My appointment time was at 140,we didnt get into an exam room until 240.Once in the exam room(which was dirty),the Dr did a quick exam(leaving the room several times).Suggested bloodwork and a biopsy.Before I had a chance to ask any questions,I was asked to take Logan to my Jeep and wait. My dog was already stressed out, I was not going to wait in my Jeep. I asked for a total for the appointment, paid and told the Vet Tech I would find another clinic. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The vet is very knowledgeable and the staff are all very friendly. Glad i made the switch over from my previous vet.

Had some red bumps show up on my dog. We’re from michigan visiting family and they were able to get us in the same day. They were so friendly and nice, the small-town sweetness really shines here! And for being same day visit the day before the Fourth of July and prescribing some anti biotics and ear clear the price was AMAZING!! Wish this could be our hometown vet.

They took us last minute, but very costly. 258.00 for antibiotic and ear flush. Oh one Bravceto.

I would definitely recommend this veterinary service and their staff. I walked in without an appointment but was treated warmly and was seen after a very short wait. The vet was knowledgeable and discussed with me various options for referral and treatment. She answered my questions and concerns about euthanasia which was one of the options. It was heartbreaking but I knew that the time had come as there was no treatment with a satisfactory outcome. She gave me an appointment to come back at the end of schedule so we wouldnt be rushed. The entire staff was very kind and compassionate. The procedure was over very quickly and painlessly for my little girl.

Nice people however really only care about money. not your animals. charged a huge amount of money and didnt fix the issue. they wanted a two week check up for same issue and wanted to charge another office visit per animal. will not go back. They just dont care about my pets,just money. by the way, the issue was itchie skin. still itch 600$ later for 3 dogs.

Excellent service... when i couldnt find any clinic to take my dog in to get a rabies vaccine because of the covid 19 stuff. These guys took the time to get me in and out with in 10 min. I will be taking her back from now on and i highly recommend them. Thanks again for helping me out now Dixie dont have to sit the camping trip out.

I didnt have very luck with these people. always seemed to be something that sent me home in a bad mood. finally i just gave up on them. i will say before DR. John retired it was a lot different. he always tried to give my dog the best care possible. now im looking for another Vet,

My review is actually zero stars. I came home and my cat didn’t come when I called him. I went looking and found him limp on the cellar floor by his litterbox, barely breathing. I called the office (supposedly HIS vet) and they said they wouldn’t take him bc they’re not an emergency vet, nor would their other office in Rome. I could try the emergency vet in E Syr. Meanwhile, he’s barely alive in my arms, and I am absolutely hysterical! I told my husband bull, go to his vet, I’ll make them see him. I carried him in, and said they HAD to see him. He had a total urinary blockage and was dying on the table. He had to be put down. The vet was neither compassionate nor kind! I ONLY used this office bc it was close in case of emergency. They don’t do emergency? Take it off your list of services. You are a disgrace!

Bad experience there. Charged a bunch of money for my 2 cats then a week later when one took deathly sick they refused to see him!

Great staff. Hours are a bit unusual.

They almost killed my dog. I have a Pomeranian who is sensitive to some shots and is known to have reactions so when we asked the vet to give him one each visit instead of all on the same day so we could isolate which one was giving him problems, the vet ignored us and gave all of his shots to him causing him to go into anaphylactic shock a few hours after. When we called to ask what to do the office didn’t answer and my family and I were terrified driving to the animal hospital watching my poor puppy gasping for breath. If I could give 0 stars I would I 100% DO NOT recommend going here.
