I love bringing Sadie here. The staff are very professional. They treat my Sadie with love and respect. They clip her nails perfectly and she is shampooed so well that I still smell her cleanness for days after her grooming. The staff is great with her and I can feel that they really do care about my dog 🐾

Jan does both of my fur babies and she is really good with them. I have a dude with an attitude and he just love her and Missy prissy just suck up all the attention Jan gives her.

Brought in Ragdoll cat with some really serious matting. Jan and her helpers did not bat an eye. She is clean, smooth shaven body, cute “lion cut”. Highly recommend.

I just picked up our dog Nina from Jan Lees. Jan has been grooming Nina for the past 5 years. She and her staff are wonderful! Nina is a miniature Australian Shepherd. She is very attached to us and Jan has a special quality of making her feel very comfortable with her and her surroundings. She goes above and beyond to make Nina feel at ease! She and her staff do such an amazing job with Nina!!! I cant thank them enough!!!

Have brought my dog Piper in about 3x now. Jan does a great job getting me in even last minute. My dog is very anxious around the noises of other dogs and dryers but she makes it work. Piper comes out so soft and shiny every time. She’s able to clip her nails which as a lifelong dog owner I can’t bring myself to do. Her prices are beyond reasonable and her work is a million times better than any chain you could bring your dog to. Friendly and welcoming. Always good to support local business!

She does a great job on my dog.. She has a natural way with dogs & can keep almost any dog calm. She loves all the dogs like theyre hers. Shes the best groomer Ive found in Madison county.Bring your for babies in.. You will NOT be disappointed!

First time was ok but got sick and forgot about second appt and was told we would have to pay a no show fee on top of cost of grooming witch was higher than most already I love my animals so I would of payed it but not after the treatment one and done no referrals from us

Wonderful job on the first visit

Clipped TWO of my dog’s nails too short, made them bleed a lot. Very kind woman, was apologetic, but didn’t offer any kind of discount for hurting her. Won’t be going back here.
