Little Land Kennels is simply the best. Starting with the owners, they are very friendly and very knowledgeable, not even mentioning helpful. We put our money down on a puppy that wasnt even born yet. Tho the time may bug you like crazy its well worth the wait. From the time your puppy is born, up until you pick your pup up, they keep you informed every step of the way. They do this on the phone as well as their web site. Plenty of photos.. Which makes the time seem like its standing still.. Lol 😂. Then the day comes you get your pup, its like Christmas morning. Your pup is all ready to go, first shots, paperwork and a care package for your pup, its first blanket, treats and puppy food. They dont miss anything. If your thinking of getting a dachshund I highly recommend Little Land Kennels. Top Notch. 5 Stars plus all day long.. This is our Paisley, shes amazing.

Dachshunds! I waited a little longer than I wanted to for my puppy, but she was worth the wait. Miss Paisley is beautiful. Roxanne goes to great lengths to accommodate and ensure all of her customers are happy. Highly recommend. Very pleasant to work with this breeder.

Roxanne was wonderful to me, she was so caring when I suddenly lost my 14 year old Coco. And my other dauchshund went into deep depression, she was able to get me another housemate for him. Her name is Rosie and she is fantastic, we love her and she is a pistol! LOL

We were lucky enough to come across Little Land Kennels and our new fur baby, Oliver. We’ve had him in our lives for 3 weeks now and we wonder how we went so long without him. He is healthy, smart and so sweet. Roxanne was great and she and her family have exceptional dogs. Highly recommend Little Land!

Absolutely amazing people to work with and dogs. We got our Stella from Roxanne and she was everything we could hope for and more. Roxanne was so responsive and helpful throughout the process and provided us with a lot of information regarding the specifics of caring for dachshunds. My wife and I had dogs in the past but had never owned dachshunds before so we werent 100% sure what to expect and Roxanne was great about answering questions the entire time. Stella is now 1 year old and we could not have been happier with our decision. We would recommend Little Land Kennels to anyone!

Not exactly my experience but a close friend and elderly couple. They lost their dog to old age. So searched high and low for what they wanted and would enjoy to have as a new family member. Found this wonderful place so we thought . Long story short the momma dog had a litter great joy, unfortunately momma and all pups died except one. That one was so loved in his time on earth, which was not long. After picking pup up from this breeder they had first vet visit and he was perfect then boom instant he passed with kidney failure. Couple had only had pup exactly 12 days from initial pick up. Couple informed breeder completely and totally at a loss. In my opinion breeder was extremely inconsiderate of their feelings and it felt as if she almost blamed them that he passed. Why in my opinion wouldnt the breeder offer them at least another pup. Nothing of the sort took place. People just think before you pick a breeder get to know them and their policies. I mean theyll take a puppy back if it doesnt work out but wont help when a puppy passes especially so close to its original pick up date. What happened to compassion.

We got our puppy in October 2021. While responses were a bit slow, Roxanne was very knowledgeable about dachshunds and very upfront about the fact that she isn’t tech savvy. You can tell she knows what she’s doing. Puppy comes with proper paperwork as well as goodies and a blanket. Our puppy is great, very smart, and very healthy. Only complaint was that when we went to pay our remaining balance when picking the puppy up, she seemed upset that we intended to pay with PayPal, even though that’s how we put our deposit down. She also wouldn’t take a check and seemed to think we would bring cash, although we weren’t told to and I wouldn’t have done so anyway. Regardless, I would recommend them.

Great people to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They take excellent care of the dogs because they really love them. Highly recommended.

June of 22 we lost our long haired dachshund of 18 years... There was such a huge void.. I have heard of this Kennel for years and that Aug I made the call.. just to be placed a a wait list or to see what the process was. Oh my gosh, Roxanne was amazing. Caring, loving and dedicated to her craft raising they pups. We were about to purchase our little Cleopatra and bring her home last week. The love and emotions our family has... There just is not enough words to express.

We first became aware of Little Land more than 20 years ago, when our son found them after he lost his best friend (Doogie-Dog]. Doxie number 1 (Zao -don’t ask, our son chose the name and we have no idea how or why) was the first born and largest of the litter and became our son’s new best friend. Less than a week later we were back and brought his brother home. Zak was the youngest and runt of the litter…a puppy needs a buddy, right? 10 years later, we welcomed our 3rd LL doxie into our home, Chewie (short for Chewbacca). He kept the older 2 on their toes and helped temper the sadness we felt after losing them at 11 and 12 years old. We recently lost our 14 year old, Bella (a rescue) and Chewie is lost without his “mama”. We contacted Roxanne and will be bringing home our 4th LL doxie (from the newest litter) in Sept/Oct.I know this is long, but we have nothing but positive things to say about LittleLand Kennels, Roxanne and the care and love they give to both their adult dogs and puppies. Roxanne is such a caring lady. Always willing to talk on the phone about a future puppy and is very dedicated to the dachshund breed. Highly recommend Little Land Kennels!

If I could give zero stars I would. Our ordeal started back in April of 2021 when we reached out to littleland to purchase a dachshund puppy. We had been searching high and low to find one and Littleland had great reviews on google. My wife spoke with a Roxanne via email a few times and we thought our prayers were answered. We paid a $200.00 deposit via PayPal and were placed on their waiting list. We specified that we wanted a short haired male but they offered a long haired which we didnt want. After that they jerked us around for about 7 months and meanwhile they were posting litter after litter. We gave up and found another breeder Who just happened to have a litter coming. So we purchased from them. My wife requested our deposit back in Nov of 2021 and Roxanne stated that she would have her accountant who works on a 30 day schedule???? refund our money. We havent heard from any accountant or Roxanne after several emails. So basically she ripped us off. So here we are in Jan of 2022 out of $200.00. Theres a lesson to be learned here. If you pay with PayPal make sure you get protection so you can get your money refunded. Pay in a way you have legal recourse so you dont get ripped off. Roxanne or whoever did eventually refund our money but only after seeing this review.

The owners are wonderful caring people. The puppies are healthy and they and the parents are treated with love.
