Our dogs are always excited to get there! We are relatively new to using Canine Kennels of Clarence - our last place stopped offering boarding and this place came highly recommended from our vet. We have boarded our dogs here a few times within the last 5 months or so. The staff is wonderful and knows myself and our 2 dogs by name. They make drop-offs and pick-ups quick and easy. Best of all is how clean the bedding is when we bring our dogs home. Our dogs dont shed and our items never come home covered with fur like they used to at other boarding facilities. Our fur babies are well cared for here whenever we are out of town. 🐾💙🐾

My dogs came back and were tired but very happy. The staff was very nice and answered when I called asking about my pups. Would recommend them highly and will go back again.

The staff here always treat my dogs with great care, and I love that I am able to see them with 24-hour cameras. It eases my mind while I am away that I can see them at any time, and my boys seem to love the staff too and never seem timid when dropping off or picking up.

The whole team made my dogs feel welcome and made me feel comfortable!! Professional staff and very clean facilties. Highly recommend!!!

Dog came back with red eyes, green gunk on both eyes, swollen and chunks of matted down hair. $175 for after hours vet bill

Our two dogs love going here. The staff are wonderful.Over a year after we started taking our pups here they are still excited when they know that is where we are heading. One of them has had a long recovery period after surgery and returned for the first time since the beginning of the year, he was crying and trying to climb over me to get out of the car before I had even turned onto the road leading into the kennels. Was out and pulling me and his brother along to the door with a lot of excitement.I love the team here and would and do recommend them to anyone looking for great daycare or boarding.

My dog loves going to Canine Kennels of Clarence. Hes always so excited when we arrive and hes always happy when we pick him up. Ive tried other doggie daycares in the past but my dog didnt seem like himself when I picked him up. After boarding it always took him a few days to act like himself again. However, at Canine Kennels, hes always so happy when I pick him up. I know hes well taken care of and has a great time there. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

They are truly amazing. I wont board my dog anywhere else.

I am confident that my dog, Nova, is so well cared for when I board her. The staff are extremely friendly and caring, they are organized, and they sincerely care about each pet that visits them. I know what when I am away, Nova is being cared for, playing safely with other dogs, and having fun when I leave her at Canine Kennels of Clarence!

Between my daughter and I we have been using CKC for a couple years for our Golden Retrievers. We have used them for daycare as well as overnight boarding. The staff is wonderful and truly cares about your pets. I always have the confidence that they will be well taken care of and have a good time while they’re there.

It isnt an accident that most of the reviews are 5 stars. Ever walked into a doggy boarding area and felt like you were in a pound or an outdated hospital? I have. But when I walk into this place it feels good. Everything is clean, new, and modern. The rubberized floors look inviting (as opposed to sterile white tile or something) and the staff is so friendly and remembers you and your dog. My dog Bennett absolutely loves this place. My wife works from home and a couple times a month she drops Bennett off for day care so she can get some stuff done. We also will board him occasionally when we are heading out of town. This place doesnt force us to have appointments and has no problem with us just dropping him off for day care. The live video feature during boarding is nice for checking in couple times a day. It is super obvious that Jim and Maria love dogs and take such good care of them. We were lucky to find this place and as long as we are in the area we will be bringing Bennett back. I would recommend this place to anyone without any hesitation.

We have had our furbaby at CKC for daycare, and now for a week of boarding. We cannot say enough great things about all things CKC!! They are the kindest people, and I have full confidence in them, and the care they give!! After all of our dogs daycare days, and now a full week, he comes home the happiest boy every time! He was shy at first to go in, but after a couple of times he quickly realized that this is where he goes to have a great time! They go above and beyond, as all of our dogs things including him, came home clean after his weeks stay!! We are incredibly thankful to have CKC in our lives!! They are truly wonderful!!

We boarded our two dogs for the first time and chose Canine Kennels of Clarence because they are near our home and they were recommended by a friend from a local dog rescue group. Were extremely happy with the care our dogs had during their stay, though they were both excited to come home! The staff is responsive and easy to reach, and you can tell that they enjoy what they do and working with dogs. Would definitely recommend and will be boarding with them again in the future.

Love the groomer Kathy. She does a great cut at a fair price. She has great customer service skills and treats my dog so loving.

I love this place for both boarding and daycare for my two dogs. The facility is always clean and the staff greet them by name. They both come home tired so I know theyve had a full day of play they wouldnt have had otherwise. My husky is always visibly excited whenever we pull in the parking lot, which gives me peace of mind about leaving them in their care!

Great staff! They understand my dog Jimi and his needs. They are so knowledgeable and friendly.Jimi looks forward to going to school and that speaks volumes to me!

I have been taking my pup here for over a year, and she loves it. I have never seen my dog so excited to hang out and play. I like that the facilities are clean, you can board the dog, or send them for doggy day care to run off some crazy energy. I have also had her nails cut and a bath while I was away. Things she won’t fight with them:). It’s worth the tea 10 minutes drive from where I love.

Cannot say enough about this wonderful kennel. The owners are very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to our dogs. I feel extremely comfortable boarding our dogs here. The facility itself is brand new! it is quiet and our dogs are not at all anxious upon drop off because of this. All in all a fantastic place!

My 2 goldena love coming for day care and overnight stays! They are so excited and law at the window when we pull in the parking lot!! Couldn’t ask for a better place for my dogs to go!

Our dog loves this place. He starts going nuts when we turn on county road he is so excited. We usually do daycare and a bath and when we pick him up he is tired and smells great. He loves the staff there and they love him you can tell

Boarded my 8 month old puppy from Thursday - Monday. I picked her up on Monday and she was sick, which I later found out was a respiratory infection. I understand that you cant help dogs getting sick HOWEVER, I went to wash the sheets and bedding that I left for my dog to sleep on and they were totally saturated in urine. I called and expressed my displeasure and the owner didnt have much to say. I wouldnt trust this place with my dog ever again.

Clean, efficient, caring staff. Owner operated! My two boys were there for 10 days. They came out happy, tails wagging and full of energy! Highly recommend.

I never enjoy being away from my dogs but when we travel this is our go to place ......the first time we walked into this place we felt comfortable and were surprised how open they were to allowing us to see the entire facility ( other kennels never allowed us to see the entire facility - including the boarding kennels ) . They have been more than helpful and I recommend them .

Left our dog Dublin there from Friday - Tuesday whileOn vacation. Nice, clean, pleasant place. They said Dublin had 2 accidents in his room and that they cleaned him up and washed the bed we left with him. Ate all the meals we packed for him. Will use again.

I feel very comfortable leaving my dogs with them! Clean location, awesome play yard, friendly staff, heated floors, and a grooming service in the building :D i like that i know my dogs are able to run around and play while Im gone, instead of just sitting in a cage.

Very clean establishment with plenty of room for your pets. The floors are heated and there are nice suites with televisions and video monitoring from anywhere. A must use when you are heading out of town and need boarding

Good care. Nice people. Being able to use phone app to view pup from afar is great. Our dog always returns to us happy, clean & healthy. All good.

Sammy stayed at Canine Kennels of Clarence for 5 days recently and when i picked him up he was happy, clean and relaxed! Jim and his staff are so hands on with each and every animal that is left in their care. Sammy will definitely have return visits. Thanx again to Jim and his staff, u rock!!

Loved it, people there are awesome, when I picked my dogs up after vacation, they came home and where very tired puppies, thinking about taking them back for doggie daycare, so they can interact with other dogs more often and burn off some of the energy they have!

My dog never had so much fun. She is a people person but this was great. She got to play with other dogs and go for walks. Shes exhausted

Fantastic, clean kennel! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. My dog did daycare here as a puppy to get that extra energy out and we continue to use it all the time for boarding.

They are wonderful with the dogs, care for each one as if they were their own!! Anytime my dogs are there I feel confident they are getting the best care provided!! Highly recommend this place!!

This is a new Kennel. The owners are on premise 24/7. They do some dog rescue also. Very clean facility.

I dont often write reviews, but they so deserve a glowing one. The owners are great people and take great care of our dog. Weve had him there for daycare and boarding, and he always seems happy and well taken care of. Our dog has become wonderfully socialized by being there. The owners treat our dog like one of their family. The facility is clean and well run. Pick-up and drop-off hours are most reasonable, even on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Did ‘observation hours’. Literally could NOT of worked with nicer and comassionate owners for the animals AND humans..

Needs a little help with the staff to give first time people like myself a little more confidence in that our dogs will be okay when boarding. A little thing like a dress code might be nice so you dont feel like youre leaving your pets with just some guy.
