Clean As A Whisker Feline Spa & Suites

Just brought our rescue cat, Blanche DuBois to Clean as a Whisker in Cohoes. I was extremely impressed with the staff and salon. Blanche received a luxurious spa treatment in a very serene setting. The owner truly loves and understands cats, and went over and beyond by giving me a complimentary photo and some yummy treats for my beloved Blanche. Already booked Blanche’s next spa appointment.

We boarded our cats Gunnar and Autumn 9/16/24-9/20/24. What an outstanding job the staff of Clean as a Whisker did. They played with them, combed them everyday and even did their nails. We bring them in monthly for grooming and felt very comfortable boarding them there. Cant say enough how happy we are!!!

My 19yr old cat (Houdah)has been going to this spa for almost 2ys years, and I cant recommend enough! They are knowledgeable of her age restrictions, and the additional time she needs during her appointment. I cant thank them enough!

Brought my girl in for a lion cut. Results did not disappoint! The owner went above and beyond reassuring me and took the time to explain the process. Everyone was so kind and friendly and welcoming! Even received a magnet and some treats to take home! Amazing service and even better results. Will definitely be returning!

My cat, Cleo had really bad matting that was getting out of my control and after calling around to numerous groomers in the area, Clean as a Whisker was the only one who gave me a prompt response. I could not be happier with how Cleo’s groom came out and I can tell she’s a lot happier, and far more comfortable than she was! I would recommend this to any and all cat parents!

My senior cat had stopped grooming himself and desperately needed a bath, Clean as a Whisker bathed him, cleaned his ears, and trimmed his nails, and did such a great job! The owner is so nice and it was very easy to tell that my cat felt so much more comfortable after his bath, and it helped reduce the shedding immensely. We also got an adorable picture of him after his bath in the form of a magnet, which we will always treasure! Im very particular about where I take my cats, and I would absolutely recommend Clean as a Whisker.

I have brought my cat here 3x so far and have been so happy with her services. She comes back so clean, soft, and smelling so fresh and clean. Bringing her here has cut down a great deal on shedding throughout my house and her fur feels amazing. Deb and Steve care about cats and it is shown in how they take care of other peoples cats while grooming them. They are knowledgable and know what is best for your cat. I will continue to bring my cat here every 3-4 months. I highly recommened coming here for anyone who wants to have their cat professionally groomed.

Wonderful cat spa and excellent staff. Ellie’s looks beautiful with soft and fluffy fur. She smells great. They did an excellent job with her nails. Highly recommend Whiskers Spa. Thank you so much. The photo at the end of her session is adorable.

This was our first time bringing Koda and Mischief here after seeing great things about this place. I now know why so many people really like it! They did a very nice job with our two cats, were very friendly throughout the whole process, and even gave us/the kitties a super thoughtful holiday gift bag and provided us with a post groom picture of each of them. We will certainly be back and highly recommend Clean as a Whisker!

I have never had my baby boy Woody groomed before and I heard great things about this place and decided to give it a shot and get him nice and shaped up!! The staff was extremely nice and professional, they took great care of him and even gave us a little Christmas gift bag AND card with a photo of him- so thoughtful and adorable!! Anyone that needs their cat groomed- 10000/10 recommend this fabulous feline salon!

Very affordable and quick for a nail trim for my cat. Just $15+ tip, and was in-and-out in less than 10 minutes! Lovely little business and glad they are around. Looking forward to bringing my cat back in a few weeks for a full grooming.

This is a great full service experience for cats! Beautiful facility. My long hair cat looks great with her lion cuts, and she is so much more comfortable afterwards. I can barely brush my cat, but Deb is such an expert that my cat loves her spa treatments.

We have a cat with greasy thick hair that sheds. We are happy we found cat groomers Clean as a Whisker! Our guy has been four times now and actually seems to enjoy going. He walks right into the cat carrier! We can tell he feels so good and seems pleased with himself when he comes home after his spa day with his fur so soft and clean, some shaving around key places, his eye boogers removed and his nails trimmed. They treat him very sweetly and best of all they take and print his photograph and make it into a magnet. The cat spa photos amuse us greatly, with a different seasonal background every visit. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Debra took amazing care of my cat, who is now so extra soft and with cute colored claw covers. My cat even had her photo taken. Great attention to detail and the spa is beautiful too. Highly recommend this feline only spa for your cat!

I will never take my cat anywhere else! Debra and Steve are so gentle and patient. My cat has never been happier and softer! Nail clipping and nails caps took no time at all! She has a variety of caps that are so cute and sparkly. Your cat will definitely get pampered here!

Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff! Deb made booking an appointment for my two girls very easy. I picked up 2 fluffy, well trimmed little girls that smelled amazingly clean. I would HIGHLY recommend giving your little ones a spa day here!

Brought my long haired cat in for the first time to be groomed after discovering this place, I don’t know of any other cat groomers in the area! Chloe is very difficult and timid of almost everything but they managed to do the full treatment just fine. She came out looking absolutely beautiful. They’re incredibly patient and understanding, which goes a long way when working with cats. You can tell they know what they’re doing here and love what they do. You also get a free photo and treat for the cat which is a really nice touch.Highly recommend it here, I’ve already got my next appointment booked and will also be bringing my short haired cat at some point!
