My dog deserves the very best, I took shih-poo Toto to Sue at the pet salon and I am floored with how great he looks! I will not be going any where else!! The place is so clean and Sue was very sweet taking her time with my baby. They were so accommodating and took him all day until I got out of work to pick him up!! Thanks!!

Today was my toy poodle puppy’s first grooming. The groomers were so genuinely happy to see her. They were gentle with her and did a beautiful wash and cut. She is a squirmy little girl, they handled her very professionally and she came home looking so cute. I am very pleased.

Best grooming salon EVER!! No one gets my mini schnauzers haircut right but Gretchen. All the staff there is great too. Definitely recommend The Pet Salon and West Hills East!

Ive been using The Pet Salon for several years. At the time, Id originally chosen to use them because the grooming shop Id been using for my dog (who needs special handling due to spinal issues) was a half hour ride from home. Pet Salon had just opened within my Vets office that was only 5 minutes away from my house. However, distance aside, my concern was ensuring that the place I brought my then 4yr old dog to had someone who knew how to handle a dog in need of spinal support during grooming. Sam, the Pet Salon groomer I use today, had assured me that my dog would receive the special care needed when brought to her and in fact, would call in one of the Vet Techs from the Vet office to assist her during each of my dogs grooming sessions. Sam would also take a few moments of her very busy time to teach her newer assistants the method employed to lift or hold my dog to keep my dog safe from harm. Top that wonderful care off with giving my dog a fabulous grooming, with bow and scarf to make her sparkle, and it wasnt very long before I was bringing my second dog to Sam too. Its been about 5 years since those early days and Im still thrilled with Pet Salon and Sams work. Both of my dogs love Sam. They get excited when I tell them theyre going to see her, though they hate care rides. After their grooming, they come out looking gorgeous and happy as can be. The Pet Salon is well worth trying for your dogs grooming needs.

DON’T GO HERE! They come out and take your dog in the back room. You cannot see anything. When the receptionist wants to asks question from groomer a question she opens the mirror sliding window only an inch so no one can see in the back.Gretchen who is not friendly at all cut my dogs hair. When she handed him back to me, his paw was bleeding. She acted as if she didn’t know. SHE CUT MY POOR DOGS PAW PAD. MY DOG COULD’NT PUT PRESSURE ON IT. I cringe when I think of the pain he experienced when she cut it.

Took Lola there for the first time, shes never looked so pretty. Sue did a fantastic job. The cut was perfect.

Gretchen has been grooming my dogs for the past 8 years. She is absolutely the best. The other groomers in this salon are all great also.They really care about the animals, and it shows.

Amazing place to take your pet for a fantastic groom! Clean setting and loving groomers 💙💗😊They take great care of my pup! He is happy to go there and I feel safe leaving him, knowing they will treat him like family! Five stars all around!!!

Gretchen is the best! Ive been bringing my cats Lloyd and Harry to her since her days at Petco. She is so talented and so great with my cats I would never let anyone else groom them! I highly recommend!!

Griffin was nervous when he first arrived at The Pet Salon. Gretchen took her time to make Griffin feel calm and welcome before I left. She was kind enough to even send me a picture of Griffin while getting groomed to show me that he had calmed down and was doing fine. I will definitely be bringing Griffin back to Gretchen. Griffin looks handsome, thanks so much!!

I took my Shih Tzu for his first grooming today , it was great I was scare at first, but then talking to the receiptionist I felt better. When I picked up my Bruno I just smiled and he looked fantastic. Love the salon and the personal, the work is amazing, prices are great too.

Sue Kerney took care of my Lola with a bath and cut. My dog is such a scaredy cat and she loved Sue! She also did such an outstanding job with her nails and breath and deshedding, the only groomer Id use!

Best place around . 2 years in a row they won best grooming salon on long island, and theyve only been open about that. i know all the groomers and they all rock. i voted for them and will year after year. they all do fantastic work and should be recognized for that!

Sam went above and beyond for my dog, Cody. She was able to get him in for a much needed haircut and did an excellent job on him. Cant thank her enough for what she did!

These groomers are Lifesavers. We have a skittish Golden Retriever and they worked with her to make her first visit a success. Definitely going back.

Cat grooming services are listed throughout their website. After 2 weeks of inquiring about nail trimming and bathing for our kitten, someone finally emailed me back claiming they don’t offer any type of cat grooming services. Services advertised are not accurate.

After two years and numerous trials I finally found a place to cut my Cavalier correctly. Thrilled. Awesome place. Already booked a follow up.

Went there to see if they would take my dogs as new clients. Waited while person behind desk finished sending texts just to be told they dont take big dogs or old dogs and they dont have appointment for 2 months.
