Recently moved here from NYC and in 5 years have never met someone who was as gentle and sweet with cutting my anxious dogs nails as Sam was. She reassured me ten times over he would be okay - and he was never as calm for this before as he was this time around with her. She probably baby talked him more than I did which is rate! So incredibly grateful to have found this place. Not to mention how reasonable the prices are!!

Not only do they do a great job - they also absolutely love dogs here. My dog isn’t scared to come here, he’s wagging his tail!

This place was horrible!!!!....my wife and I were recommended to this place by a relative of ours and the results were horrendous!!!!..they chopped my dogs hair all over the place..hes ears were asked to be cut, however they did nothing to them...and The groomer couldnt cut his nails because she claimed he was moving alot...unprofessional!!!!!...never again!!!!

Sheila did a great job on my labradoodle and I am picky when it comes to my baby. She was gentle, thorough, and made both of us feel at home in this small, clean, downstairs shop. I look forward to bringing Ruby back ... She had such a good time!

I have a rescue dog who is extremely anxious around water. Other groomers I’d taken her to just powered through which I feared made my dog more afraid. At Croton’s Pampered Pets, I could hear the groomers talking my dog through the process and comforting and praising her the entire time. By the time my dog came out and got comfortable, she refused to leave the salon!! I’m so grateful to have found a place that respects and works with a fearful dog and will help her overcome the fear instead of just ignoring it, as other groomers had done.Everyone was wonderful and I also learned great tips including which brush to use at home. We have found our new groomer and I can’t recommend them enough!!!

They were great with my pups, on time and did a great job!

Great Place! I take my very skittish dog here to get his nails clipped. They are so patient with him (not an easy 🐕!). We have been 4 times and he is significantly less nervous.

Did an amazing job with my Irish Doodle, who had to be shaved down. Also felt very comfortable with the way they are doing business during this time of social distancing.

Leroy, my 2 year old cocker spaniel hates water so I cant say he is too enthusiastic about groomimg but I love the results and they could not be more caring and accomodating.
