Comfort Kennel Pet Care

My boyfriend and I would use this kennel every time we went out of town, for his older, special needs dog. Smoky would drag us into the kennels, he loved going there! We’d show up to take him home and he was always clean and happy! Price was always great and wonderful care for our special needs dog!!! Highly recommend! Unfortunately Smoky and John both passed, but I plan on taking my Great Dane there in October!!! Love the place and the owners!!!

Comfort Kennels is a LIFESAVER! Karen is so good to my dog. He always knows when we arrive there. Karen is kind, courteous, professional, & polite. She has taken me at a moments notice if I really needed boarding. Karen is very flexible and definitely goes the extra mile for her customers and their pets!!I’m so grateful for Karen, Jim & Comfort Kennels!! ; )

We were taking our two dogs with us on an extended weekend trip. We wanted to do some sightseeing in Buffalo and Niagara without the dogs. They had never been boarded before. Karen took them for seven hours on a Saturday, so we could do our activities. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable with leaving them. She even put my fears at ease by calling me the week before our trip. If we are ever in the area again, I definitely would leave them here again.

Karen was amazing. It was my dogs first time staying in a kennel and had a great time at the kennel. Karen even gave me a tour of the kennel before I decided to take him there. I will take my dog there from now on! She is also great at letting you know how your dog is doing during there stay. I highly recommend.

Excellent care for our 3-year old beagle. Karen sent texts to keep us updated as to how Callie was doing. It was the first time our pet was in a kennel and the first time she was away from us. All went very well. I am impressed by Karen and all the information she shares about Comfort Kennel. It will be our choice from now on when we need the services.

It was my first time using a kennel for my dogs. Karen was absolutely lovely and kept me up to date on how my dogs were doing. We will definitely be using them for all of our future kennel needs. Highly recommend.

Comfort Kennel is fantastic! My 2 doxies can’t wait to get out of the car and run to the owner, Karen. Dogs can go in and out on their own, the facility is clean, and it is in a convenient location. Our dogs are loved and well taken care of while we’re gone.

Five Stars is not enough. Karen is one of the sweetest ladies I have met. She took care of.our 2 dogs like they were her own. Since we are from out of State and looking for a kennel to watch our dogs while spending the day at Darien Lake Amusement Park and a concert afterwards, it was great we found Comfort Kennel. Karen first took the time to speak with me.om the phone to get to know me and my babies.Her flexible schedule schedule is amazing. Im sure.id.you said you needed to drop.your dog off at 3am, she would arrange for that to happen. Dont worry, we dropped ours off at 8am.You walk into the outer kennel area and it was clean and fresh smelling.I would and will definitely use Comfort Kennel.Pet Care when in this area again.

There is no one I would trust with my dogs above Karen at Comfort Care Kennel. She doesnt just make sure they are taken care of, she makes sure they feel loved! I used to worry when I had to leave my babies but now I know that they are happy and in good hands.Thank you Comfort Care Kennel!

Karen the owner, is very passionate about all fur babies that come to visit or stay over. She is exceptionally kind, sincere, trustworthy and takes fantastic care of my little girl. The kennel is clean inside and out. I highly recommend this kennel for all your boarding and grooming needs.

Karen at comfort kennel was super sweet and very helpful! Shes located right next to Darien Lake amusement park and state park and is the perfect place to drop off you pup for the day or night while at the park or camping. You can really tell she cares about all the animals that come to stay with her and the indoor/outdoor kennel set up is nice for the dogs too.

My 1st time boarding my dogs went very well. They were very friendly and they washed the dogs! They were also reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend comfort kennels.

After looking,and visiting several kennels I found. Comfort. Kennels the. Best. The owners are very friendly and understanding of your need. The only place we kennel our buddy when we leave town. The owners are such nice people. I drive 40 minutes to get here and its worth it every time.

It was very nice to go there and see the animals that were there but at the same time it was very sad due to the fact that nobody was there to adopt Foster or any other help that they could do were the only ones that can help these guys

Karen & Jim have done a wonderful job taking care of my best buddy Charlie .They are so nice and accommodating to deal with and they make everything easy.They really care about your pet and treat them like family that’s hard to find in dog kennel and their prices are very reasonable.
