Absolutely unprofessional. Do not use thier grooming services as the groomer is to afraid to cut or shave a dogs hair. If you cant cut a dogs hair you shouldnt call yourself a groomer and the company shouldnt advertise you as one. When the groomer I booked my appointment with quit someone should have called to advise me so I could make other arrangements or know my options. Very rude and disrespectful of my time and my dog.

I have been bringing my dog here for about three years. My dog is always happy when he shows up and is docile and pleased when daycare is over. I think my dog picked up good habits from the staff and it made me a more thoughtful dog owner because my dog is treated well there and it gave me a model for how to train him.

Our dog loves it here so much. That when we drop her off she goes with the owner and doesnt even look back at us. Polite, friendly, and very professional.

Our dog is a huge fan, so we are also huge fans. Our very energetic pup is excited to go there and exhausted when he comes home. We did try a few other local daycares that weren’t for us (more obedience focused with crating) - this center lets dogs be dogs!

I brought my boxer in the get his nails cut because he was an older dog and couldnt do much running!! Well after I walked him in I waited in my car and they called me back in to pay so I did just that. When I got hone I seen that they cut my poor dogs veined open on his paws and they where bleeding for months. I am warning all pet lovers to never take there dog here they treat your dog with no love or care. He was in so much pain afterwards for about a month! U should be ashamed to even call yourself a dog salon!!

We were SO nervous about taking our Shih Tzu mix, Dolly, for her first grooming. But Beth did a PHENOMENAL job, her cut looks great, and Dolly was still her happy self at pick-up. Friendly staff, great price. Thank you!!

My puppy cannot wait to go to Canine and Company Daycare. When I bring her, she licks the staff and wiggles all over because she is so happy. She runs inside to play.The owner and staff are so kind, attentive and loving to my puppy and their care is wonderful. I always feel safe leaving my precious girl there for the day.After I pick her up, Ashley always sends photos of my puppy and her happy time there.I would give them five stars and recommend them highly.

Was looking for a permanent groomer and Beth did an exceptional job on my 11 month old long haired GSD. My pup is not used to the whole grooming process yet and I forewarned Beth about this and she was ready. Patient and great with my big baby. I found my go to now.

My husband was treated very poorly by the owner, upon pick up of our dog he was screamed at and told our dog was “terrible”. The owner’s relative behind the desk said we would be contacted to apologize, they never bothered. Our dog was continuously anxious and having separation issues and they never let us know. Our dog also came home with injuries on two occasions... save yourself the headache and Make sure your dog is safe. Take them elsewhere

My friends referred me as my dog hates having his nails cut. So I went there today and they took my dog immediately back. They were fast and gentle. I had them muzzle my dog for precaution and he has always been fine with it. They were so good and so quick. My dog didnt even flinch! And usually it take 3 or so people to keep him still. He was so good I couldnt even believe it. Now they have another life long customer. Extremely happy!! And the price is great!!

A great place for dog grooming, nail cuts, as well as day care. Very friendly staff! Highly recommend!

I can not say enough how much my puppy and I absolutely love them here! They are so nice, watchful over the dogs, and you can tell how much they love the dogs that come for puppy daycare. My puppy has so much fun and comes home exhausted after a day of playing with his friends.

Want your dog yelled at all day? Take them here. The screaming and swearing goes on all day from open to close. They occasionally use an AIR HORN burst at the dogs.

Im reviewing their walk-in nail trimming service only as it is the only service Ive used so far. The staff is very friendly and great with dogs. Theyre able to take my dog as soon as we walk in. My dog gets very agitated when trying to clip his nails, and the staff are always gentle and soothing. Theyre very efficient and professional as well. The facilities are well-maintained and as clean as expected for a busy grooming business. Although I havent needed them for anything more thus far, I will certainly think of them first when I do.

My dogs are so happy I found Canine and Company! In June we rescued a dog with behavioral issues - the catchall phrase people use when surrendering a dog. I was so thankful to find Debbie and her entire staff. They are kind, knowledgeable and clearly love dogs. Our rescue was timid, fearful and simply needed to be understood. We now take both our dogs there for daycare and they LOVE it. They come home happy and exhausted. I am very picky about who interacts with my dogs, I screen vets, groomers, kennels with such a critical eye and Canine and Company gets my hearty endorsement! Ive been to other places and walked out. Take a tour, meet with Debbie and her team, you wont be disappointed.

Without provocation, the gentleman I assume to be the owner has (twice!) been confrontational / rude as we were minding our own business walking down the street past his (dog!!) business. I had thought of switching my dogs services here, but I deeply question how my dog would be treated if no one were around. I chalked up the first time to him having a bad day, but this is clearly a pattern.

Canine and Company has been a regular stop for my dog, Lily, and me since I moved here 12 years ago. Lily regularly goes to daycare (she goes to a group just for little dogs). We have taken obedience classes together, and Lily is a Therapy Dog now. She boards here and is groomed here, too.I have always found Debbie, Mike and their staff to be kind, caring, knowledgeable professionals and animal advocates.You might be able to find a cheaper facility, but you wont find any better than Canine and Company.

My Yorkshire Terrier, Sapphire has a great time playing with other dogs of all ages on Thursday nights at puppy socialization and playtime. He is also groomed by Lori and he always looks adorable. Being a 9 month old puppy he needs both and Im so happy to have that at Canine & Company.

Just started taking our 6 month old frenchton Raydar and it has been great. Staff is friendly, always helpful, and lets us know how he was during the day. It may seem expensive to buy the 10 pack of day care but its worth it.

My baby stayed with Canine & Co. for 6 days. I was a little anxious as I rarely leave Chauncey with others. When I returned, I asked if Chauncey had a nervous breakdown. I was told that he did fine and that the staff mostly carried him around. I was so happy that they treated him like I treat him-a baby.

This was the worse groomer Ive ever been too! Took my Tibetan terrier in for a trim , and bath , and they shaved him down. When i took him in the groomer felt for matts and said nothing about having matts. I brushed him before taking him in , and he had one matt on the chest. Called to see if he was ready to be picked up and asked how much the cost was , and she didnt know. When I got there , he still wasnt ready and the groomer asked me to wait outside! When I saw him, I couldnt believe this was my dog. They shaved him down and said they had to charge me an extra $31.00 because it took so long brushing him out! What brushing out , they shaved him down! No where on line do they mention additional charge for matts and never said a word to me . If this were a good business they should called me up first told me they found matts and would have to shave him , at additional charge . Come on , shaving down cost 76.00 ? My dog s reaction to this so -called groomer was very strange too. He kept running and jumping around like he wanted to get out of there so fast. Do not recommend this groomer to anyone. My dog now looks like a puppy mill dog . very disgusted! Petsmart did a much better job than this place!

My Yvonne just loves it there, the handlers seems to be truly involved in the love and care of my Yvonne..also doesnt hurt that I can actually walk there instead of driving miles away were I used to go...so thx C&C....CIAO.

They took great care of my dog. Very caring employees. Would recommend Canine and Co.to anyone who needs pet daycare or boarding.

We love Canine and Co. the facility is clean, the dogs have plenty of time to run around and play and the staff is friendly and attentive.They know each dog and their preferences and quirks!! We have been clients for several years and as long as we have dogs they will be at Canine and Co.

Owner is extremely rude. I dont feel like my dog was cared for while there. Horrible communication and customer service. Will never be taking my dog back!

Bring the dog in every couple months for nail clipping. Very fast an experienced workers. Great for grooming too.

Was told they sold it and moved on broadway in Lancaster next to mc Donalds took dog there did terriblejob never went back go to all gussied up there staff is fantastic so now I see they reopened to old place

Beth is an absolutely AMAZING groomer! She is very fur baby friendly, takes time with timid pets, and adds a special touch to go the extra mile. Her attention to detail is unmatched.

Take care of my dog like a angel never complained how hyper my dog is or he jumps a lot but they always love him.
