Primp My Paws

I love and trust Kim and her team. She gave our puppy his first haircut, as you can see, the second haircut, and the third haircut. We are delighted with Primp My Paws. Kim listens to my concerns and is perfect with Cody. I love that they have an open-concept design so you can see inside while theyre getting primped. Also, everything is impeccable, and our fur babies safety is their first concern. Thank you. 🙂

We took our puppy, Basil, for her first grooming appointment and I was a mess but they assured me she’d be in good hands. They were totally right, she came out looking and smelling so good and they were so sweet. Kim took time to talk about her grooming and what upkeep would look like in the future. Would definitely recommend!

I couldnt be more pleased with the service. Kim was very thorough and patient when I explained my concerns from the prior groomer. They are timely, and the place is so tidy. I was very nervous because my dog had struggled with grooming, but Im one happy customer. It was nice knowing that my appointment really was a true appointment, and my dog wasnt just sitting there waiting for hours to be groomed. You have gained a new customer 😁

A loving and caring experience for the dog. A fantastic job by Kim on our very matter long hair Retriever/Samoyed mix. She took great care and had endless patience to accomplish the task. Highly recommend Kim and her crew.

When I got my dog Athena from Pet Rescue a year ago, she had a mess of a haircut - uneven everywhere and some matted fur too ( the one thing that was fabulous was her pink hair though!) and luckily I found Primp My Paws nearby to help even her out.Since then, Kim and her team always does a wonderful job taking care of my baby. Shes not the best with water and gets a little shaken but theres never been an accident and her haircut always comes out amazing.Its hard to get an appointment though so try to book in advance when you can! The staff is super busy yet accommodating, and they are great about cancellations and reaching out when a sudden opening pops up. The prices are super affordable as well for all that they do - teeth and nails too for the full package.Thanks for always being such a great groomer!

Kim is great! I was nervous when trying to find a salon for my new puppy. After multiple recommendations to go to Primp my paws I’m glad I did! My doodle looked so handsome after his first hair cut and Kim was spot on with what I wanted! Would recommend to everyone!

Kim & her sister Olivia are the best! .. Our dog is very nervous sometimes & they are absolutely amazing with him! .. We take our anxious little poodle mix in for a bath and haircut regularly. Theyre very patient with him. He always comes back looking fresh, smelling clean, and much more comfortable in his fur. We had tried several other places and never had as good an experience anywhere else as we have here!

Kim did a wonderful job grooming my Yorkie the first time...the second time, she had to de-skunk him. I cannot adequately describe my gratitude for the de-skunking and the beautiful haircut she gave him. She is Owens new groomer.

I have been going to this place for now about four years. I live in the Bronx, and I make the trip to come to this place because when they give my dog back to me, he comes back looking so great and happy.
