My dog was a mess because of our crazy busy schedules and Happy tails was fast and super accommodating big plus look how cute my baby is now ❤️❤️❤️

The Paws and Hooves Animal Rescue team is incredibly grateful for the care,  kindness, love and understanding of our dogs from the staff at Happy Tails. You guys are a big part of their journey from rehab to new homes. They come out feeling great and ready for their photo shoots. Knowing they are in great hands allows us to get a good assessment of their handling at the groomers and helps us place them in properly fit forever homes. After a negative experience at PetSmart I was looking for another grooming salon for my 2 Terrier mix 7 year olds. I saw the good reviews on Yelp so thought I would try it. They are tucked away in a small plaza on Main which I have driven by at least 50 times without realizing it was back there.I was a little early, but they took my dogs in right away, went over details of what I wanted for grooming haircuts, baths and nails. The salon is clean and you can see right inside the grooming area which I like. Staff is friendly and professional and the called within about 3 hours to pick them up. Their haircuts were perfect! They also did NOT spray some kind of perfume on them which I greatly appreciate.A great experience. We will be back!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE. I have been getting my dog groomed since she was a puppy and she is now 6. When I went to drop her off the staff made me feel as if I was a bad animal caregiver, when the truth is, I love my dog more than anything and take better care of her than myself. I went to pick her up and I noticed that she had the BIGGEST, REDISH, MARK BETWEEN HER NOSE AND EYE. When I confronted their so called groomers they tried to blame me and say that it was my fault because I didnt keep up with her eye cleaning, when there was clearly fresh blood visible. ( A fresh cut) So unless you want cuts all over your dog or cat DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!! The staff is rude and clearly do not know how to cut dogs hair! or admit when they are wrong!

They do great work. And the dogs all look so happy. Be aware they almost never pick up the phone but they do call back quickly so be prepared to leave a message.

My dog has been getting groomed here for several years and I would not go anywhere else. Prices are reasonable and everyone therenis super nice.

Very happy with them, my dog is snarky and never had a problem. He is a rather large poodle and they have always done a great job.

Best place EVER!!! Rare to find a place where the groomers genuinely care for animals. My dog always looks great.

Do to the pandemic my dog groomer was overwhelmed so I decided to try Happy Tails it was a great decision my dogs look great best haircut they ever had. Definitely going to Happy Tails from now on.

Had my Lucy groomed about 2 months ago. They did a beautiful job. This was Lucys second grooming but first time at Happy Tails. Her first one was a disaster.
