Worst experience ever!!!!!Today I took my dog to this groomer for the first time and trust me it would be the last. I had explicitly requested a simple trim for my dog, emphasizing that I did not want him shaved. However, when I picked him up after six hours, I was utterly shocked by what I saw.Instead of the trim I requested, my dogs legs were shaved and the rest of his coat was barely touched, which was not at all what I had asked for. It looked uneven and awkward. It was honestly heartbreaking. I couldn’t believe it. I swear I felt like I could have done a better job with a pair of childrens scissors.This experience was not only frustrating but also distressing. I would not recommend this place!“This girl’s” response: Oh, Karen, “this girl”? Let’s not pretend that condescending attitude is doing you any favors. First off, if you have been doing this for 30 years, you should have known immediately that the trim I requested wasn’t possible. Instead of being honest and upfront, you AGREED to my terms, gave me a false sense of confidence, and then butchered my dog’s coat in the most careless way possible.You had every opportunity to decline if you thought shaving was the only option! You could have picked up the phone, explained the situation like a PROFESSIONAL, and spared us both this mess. But no, instead, you shaved his legs, didn’t bother to do anything else properly, and then had the audacity to charge me for this disaster.For someone bragging about 30 years of experience, maybe it’s time to admit you’ve lost your touch. If this is the best you can do after those decades, maybe it is time to RETIRE, Karen. I wouldn’t trust you to trim a hedge, let alone touch another dog again.Peace? No thanks- keep it and get out of the grooming game. ✌🏼

It was a wonderful experience for our baby Spencer. Such a nice lady and did an awesome job!

Very nice and professional owners however I am unhappy with the outcome: my dog came home quite damp ( more than just a “spot on her back”) with fur flying everywhere. When I made the appointment I specifically told them that she was blowing her coat and no mention was made that after grooming it would continue to blow as a natural process: I had expected the bulk of her undercoat to be removed and large patches of fur were coming off even in the car ride home. I understand they worked on her to the best of their ability, perhaps a warning of the after affect would have been helpful beforehand. They did offer to give her another bath free of charge.

Absolutley LOVE Bark and Wag for grooming our sheltie Amber who was quite full of hair. Karen groomed our sheltie, just in time for Thanksgiving family gathering. Karen & crew did an awesome job thinning her out and looking great. Its no wonder why weve been bringing our dogs to her for the past 15 years.

My Bichon passed at 15 , but she always looked beautiful because of her groomers! Now I have a Yorkshire Terrier, and we will making his appointment soon! Best care for your fur babies!!💕

. I got a free groom from her because i adopted stella. She asked me if i adopted her i said yes she said well i do a free first groom for adopted pets!! She was so nice she could of not told me and i would have paid. But to go out of your way to tell me i can get a free grooming is great!! She was soo good with her too. So i tipped her $20 and bought the sweater from her.

Just had my dog groomed here after previous groomer didnt re-open do to Covid. I was blown away on the quality of the grooming and the fair price. Owner and assistant are very nice.

These women are wonderful! I couldnt find anyone to clip my rabbits nails. But they lovingly take care of her. I am so glad i found them!

If this says your open till 5 then you should be open to 5. Sorry but thats poor bisniss. I shouldnt have to call and ask if your open. Holidays are a understanding. But I wont be going back

They are VERY unprofessional. I was just flipped off and screamed at by one of their drivers. I wouldnt want my dog anywhere near someone with that short of a temper. STAY AWAY.

I took both of my dogs to this salon. I loved the work. I definitely will recommend this salon.

Updated: 02-01-19 - Did a super job, still pleased. Karen and Deb are truly animal ppl first. I will not take my dog to any other groomer. Any groom big or small I 100% trust Karen to do whats best for my dog and I always leave happy. Thank you Karen and Deb!Always does and excellent job and goes above and beyond to make sure Im happy. Karen and Debra are very caring animal lovers and I know my dog is in good hands when I drop her off.

Had a lovely experience! Dropped my dog off and they had him ready in just over an hour! They did an amazing job, and the price was good as well!
