Can’t say enough good things about Nelson’s! Not only were they great people to work with and always sending updates, but the dogs they produce are amazing. They may have a long waitlist, but it is with good reason. The dogs are beautiful, but the temperament is even better. Louie is a little over 6 months old now and whenever I take him anywhere, people are always complimenting me on how beautiful he is and laughing about how independent he is. He truly is so confident and has such a fun personality. Did a lot of research before committing to a breeder, and I’m so glad I chose Nelson’s!

Jen Nelson is amazing! So friendly throughout the waiting period, makes things very convenient for those who are traveling out of state. My boyfriend and I drove 16 hours in one day just to pick up our loveable pup! Would definitely recommend her for those who are looking for great quality golden retrievers.

I got my amazing boy from this amazing breeder. I knew her was going to be a service dog. I did a LOT of research! I live in MA and Nelson’s is far from me, but I wanted excellent quality and to know my Golden was extremely well cared for! He is now 5 months and simply the best dog I’ve ever had! We go to training and he is doing service training, too. I will be getting only Golden’s from now on and only from Nelson’s!

We recently got a golden puppy from Nelsons goldens. Jennifer was great throughout the whole process and was up front about everything from the start. Her family takes great care of all the puppies and you could tell the moment you walked in the door that they were all cared for and loved (puppies and parent dogs). I walked into the Nelsons home and instantly felt warmth. The mature dogs were standing around me waiting to be pet and the pups, oh my goodness literally adorable. I purchased my little polka dot chi and she is everything that I hoped she would be.
