I dont understand how one pays so much for a service and they end up doing this outrageous thing. This is the second time its happened. They are irresponsible, mediocre people and always the same excuse. The dog was moving a lot, so then they called my cell phone number to pick up my dog. If you cant do it well but dont do this massacre I paid 100 dollars for this and they told me forgive us take 20 dollars in credit and this itch spray think twice before taking your dog to trim or better stay watching so that this doesnt happen what a bad experience 😡😡I dont understand how one pays so much for a service and they end up doing this outrageous thing.
