She was amazing with my chihuahua Jupiter. This was his 1st time being boarded & made him feel safe and comfortable. This was my 1st time away from my boy & she updated me on how he was doing. Will recommend her to anyone I know & will definitely use her again ❤️🐾

Though we have had many dogs over the years, we have never needed to us a kennel until Mr. Bo Duke came along. Bo is what I call high maintenance, he’s reactive to some people, some dogs, and is on three different medications for epilepsy. Our oldest daughter who usually watched him when we traveled for my husband’s job was leaving for graduate school so we needed to figure something out. We asked our amazing trainer for a recommendation, for someone who would “get” Bo and see him for who his is underneath all his issues. Without reservation she recommended Jenn. Leaving him the first time was SO hard, but not only did she take amazing care of Bo, she calmed our anxiety! She kept in touch and let us know he was doing fine. He has now stayed several times. We love that he gets the same kennel each time, his home away from home. She has a large yard that he can safely be in to run and play. We look forward to the picture she posts every day on Facebook. Bo doesn’t love a lot of people, but Jenn is now one of his people! When we ask if he wants to go to “camp” and see Jenn he runs to where his harness is! Jenn, you’re a lifesaver. We are so grateful for you!!

Our two dogs stayed at Zen Dog Inn with Jenn for a long weekend. Jenn kept us updated with pictures and was so responsive to emails to coordinate pick up timing. She seemed to know them both so well, even after just a short trip, and puts the dogs she watches first in her work. We have another stay at Zen Dog booked and trust that they will be comfortable, safe, and loved while we’re away!

Bane has his first weekend visit at ZenDog Inn this weekend and loved it! Jen was great and Bane had such a fun time!

I just finished boarding my dog at ZenDog Inn for the first time and we are already booking more dates next month. The Kennels were warm and clean and the large backyard was perfect for running and exploring. My dog is fearful of new things and people, so it is important to me that he has a safe place to stay when I am out of town. Jenn did a great job of making him feel comfortable and he warmed up to her immediately! I cant say enough good things about ZenDog!

I cannot say enough good things about Zen Dog Inn. Jenns extensive experience with dogs is obvious, as she takes every measure to keep dogs happy, comfortable, and safe. The kennels are clean and well-kept, with soothing music to calm dogs nerves while away from home. Each dog gets plenty of personalized play time in a clean, grassy fenced in yard with a variety of toys to play with. My dog returned home happy and relaxed, a true sign that she enjoyed her time away. I think it was as much of a vacation for her as it was for me!

My husband and I recently boarded our two rescue pups, Shea and Otto for the Christmas holiday as we were out of town. Our two fur babies have some anxiety challenges and Jenns ZenDog Inn was a perfect fit for them. They received personalized attention to make sure that they adjusted well. Jenn sent daily updates to us about how they were doing, including pictures so that we could see their faces too! Jenn was professional, her Inn is clean and relaxed and you can truly tell she enjoys caring for her boarders. Shea and Otto will definitely be back!

My husband and I love our dogs, they are our family-100%. When thinking about leaving them somewhere under someone elses care, we were both so incredibly nervous.The owner of ZenDog is incredible and she has helped us feel so much better about using her services.We are from the Niagara Falls, N.Y. area, and drive our 3 big fur-kids out to ZenDog to kennel them, while we travel.As hard as it is to leave our dogs, we have peace while knowing that the owner is providing them love, fun, and excellent care.The owner provides pictures, and updates that gives you reassurance that our kids are doing fabulous while we are gone!I will only use ZenDog for any of our of Kennel needs.

Our two dogs are 8 and 9 years old and have never been boarded, prior to staying at ZenDog. They stayed at ZenDog for a little over two weeks and had a great experience. I would not trust or recommend anyone but ZenDog and would give 10 stars if I could! Thanks for keeping the girls safe and happy!!

I have boarded my dogs at ZenDog Inn quite a few times. I know that Jenn has many years of experience with dogs and she is very knowledgeable in dog behavior. She understands what a dog is going through when it has to be boarded.The kennel building is right in Jenn’s backyard, so she can keep a close eye on things, even overnight. The dogs are taken outside 3-4 times a day into a large grass yard surrounded by a 6ft high stockade fence, so they can stretch their legs and go potty on the grass, instead of in their kennel.The building where all the kennels are has its own heating system which keeps the dogs toasty during the winter and an air conditioner keeps it nice and cool for hot summer days. The kennels are very clean and the building is well kept. Jenn has aromatherapy diffusers going to help the dogs relax and each kennel has its own comfy canopy bed. At night the dogs enjoy stuffed Kongs before bedtime.You can see all this for yourself as Jenn has no problem showing you exactly where your dog will be staying. She also text messages you updates throughout your dog’s stay so that you know how your dog is doing. The daily boarding rate is very reasonable considering all the attention that your dog gets that you would have to pay extra for at other kennels.Jenn really cares for your dog while you are gone so you don’t have to worry. I’m really happy that I found ZenDog Inn and I highly recommend boarding your dog there!

We highly recommend Zen Dog Inn to anyone looking for a place to board their dog. Jenn was great, you can tell she really loves all dogs and Scout immediatly loved her. We had never left our dog somewhere before and we were so relieved that she was going to such a clean and taken care of facility. We LOVED the pictures of Scout playing that Jenn posted each day. This place is totally worth it even if you have to go out of your way to get there!! Next time we go on vacation we can be comfortable knowing that Scout is enjoying her own vacation at ZenDog Inn!

I enthusiastically recommend ZenDog Inn to anyone looking for a safe and caring boarding experience for their dogs. Im admittedly a bit of a neurotic dog owner, and its always been a struggle for me when I need to travel. I cant express the relief I feel that Jenn has opened ZenDog Inn, because I trust her so completely to ensure my dogs are given the attention and enrichment they require (especially in my absence). She has an exceptional knowledge base about the needs of dogs, and in dog behavior in general; and I feel so fortunate to have someone to send them to that I trust completely to be mindful and compassionate in their care and handling. Im in love with the huge play area and the fact that she actually plays with them. I adore ZenDog Inn and am forever grateful to Jenn!

Our pup Prosciutto loves coming here. Hes always been a velcro dog. We didnt know how hed take to us going on vacation for a week, but he had a blast at ZenDog Inn. We got daily pictures of him playing with other dogs, and when we came home he was like a little kid at summer camp and didnt want to leave yet. ZenDog Inn was recommended to us by our positive reinforcement/fear free dog trainer, and now they are the only place we will ever want to bring our pup.

Jenn is amazing; she truly understands dogs & their owners and runs an exceptional facility. She dedicates her day to making sure each dog gets plenty of attention and outdoor time. One of the selling points for me - there is a large fenced backyard outside of the boarding house, so instead of being taken out on a leash for every bathroom break, the dogs get to run around and play each time. Jenn is also extremely knowledgeable in working with pit bulls and rescue dogs, which helped put me at ease when boarding my two dogs (both pittie rescues) with her. I used to get very anxious about boarding them. Not any more! I look forward to bringing them to ZenDog Inn and trust that they will have a great stay and be well taken care of with Jenn.

We had our dog/ house sitter cancel on us last minute. Jenn was able to accommodate us. It was our first time ever having to board our baby. We felt comfortable and liked the set up she has. She was prompt in responding when we checked in on him through out his stay and kept us updated. However, when we picked our pupper up unfortunately he was in the beginning stages of being extremely ill. I immediately reached back out to Jenn the next day asking for all the details of his stay to try and see what couldve caused it. She called me back immediately and was very knowledgeable, compassionate and concerned. My vet didnt have any openings and I had called over 10 other ones myself and had zero luck. She was so helpful in getting him into her vet to be seen right away to get the medical care he needed. She even paid the bill for us. I am so thankful and appreciative for her. This has been sooo stressful and shes helped ease the burden every step of the way. I highly recommend her!

I would highly recommend bringing your dog to ZenDog Inn. I felt so comfortable dropping my puppup off for 9 days from the moment we toured the place. The facility was clean, the owner was welcoming and you can tell she has a true love and passion for what she does. Theres a huge fenced in back yard with toys and my Jazz loved the frozen treats at night! The best part was the communication throughout the week that gave us peace of mind that she was settling in nicely!

ZenDog Inn is a perfect match for my dog. Aunt Jenn, though no relation, is how we refer to the owner Jenn because she treats my Kiera like she is one of her own pets. Jenn has a very high level of not only passion and enthusiasm, but is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I feel 100% comfortable when I have to board my baby girl. ZenDog Inn is home away from home for my Kiera Oakley!!

I love Zen Dog Inn! My dog is a very nervous nelly when it comes to boarding, and has a lot of special needs. Jenn understands this completely, and goes the extra mile to make the experience as stress free as possible. Her work in local rescue organizations gives her an insight that not many boarding facilities have. She truely cares about each and every one of her guests, and it shows.

ZenDog Inn is the best boarding experience. Dogs get to be dogs and play and run. Ryleigh had a great time and was well taken care of. The building is clean, warm, calming and all the dogs seemed happy. The price is reasonable. Thank you Jenn

I highly recommend Zen Dog Inn. I boarded my dog, Wasabi a few times over the summer. I was instantly impressed with the cleanliness of the facility as well as the yard area. Jenn the owner, took time during the intake process to assure Wasabi felt comfortable with her and the facility. I was very impressed that the boarding fee included extras such as several play times throughout the day, soothing music in the kennel area, soft lighting, and soothing aromas/scents to assure a dogs optimum comfort. I have boarded my dogs at other facilities and these extra comforts come at an additional fee. Jenns knowledge about dog behavior added to my comfort level with leaving my Wasabi in her care. To add to my comfort, she sent me a few pictures of Wasabi playing in the yard area. I would not hesitate to board Wasabi at Zen Dog Inn for future boarding needs and plan to do so over the upcoming holidays.

Our dogs have never stayed at a better boarding facility. From the large kennel sizes to the massive fenced in yard, its everything I could hope for when having to go out of town without the pups. Our dogs come home happy and exhausted every single time we send them to ZenDog Inn. Its clear a lot of care goes into each and every dog that stays here.

I cant thank Jenn enough for taking excellent care of Camilla while staying at Zendog Inn . Camilla is a girl who needs extra special attention due to fear issues and Jenn is wonderful with her and met all her needs. I felt completely at ease leaving Camilla . This was Camillas second stay and a bit longer than the first time. Camilla seemed much more comfortable the second time . Im sure she knew it was a safe place and that she could trust Jenn when away from home. I love how Jenn made her feel like at home with the living room style set up for special one on one time with the dogs. It has been hard finding someone we trust taking care of Camilla so we avoided going on vacations , now we dont have to .Thank you so much

Pictures posted daily, plenty of yard time for exercise. Jennifer is very devoted to each and every dog. Boarding area is small and more intimate. Definitely would board there again.

We sent our dog Sunday night and picked himUp on Saturday. 6 nights. He came back perfectly happy. Not Dirty and with a clean bed. The price was reasonable and we loved getting daily pictures of him. We will be returning customers if we need to kennel again.

Weve been using this place for since she opened, and I must say, we have always felt comfortable leaving our dogs. Even rating 5 stars in the past. This past time, something changed. Dropped our dog on Thursday evening and picked up Sunday afternoon. I got the bill, and simply questioned how $40/day for less than 3 days worked out to be $172. Jenn immediately became defensive and agitated, saying that my wife signed the contract. Her reaction when asked for a simple clarification was embarrassing, uncalled for, and unprofessional at best. Yes, my wife did sign and yes the count was wrong on the contract as well. I guess its the old story of making sure you read what you sign. In the end, i must add, the owner did the right thing, but her behavior was inexcusable. I understand that maybe expenses have gone up and perhaps rates need to be increased, but trying to sneak an extra days boarding isnt the way to run a business, and leaves me questioning how else she tries to cut corners. I ammended my rating based only on the care my dogs received.

We took our dog Colbie to Jenn for a long weekend. Everything was wonderful. Colbie felt right at home from the minute he got there. ZenDogs prices were very reasonable. The forms that we filled out before we brought Colbie were great. I liked being able to give information about our dog before we got there. We will definitely be back.

Another great stay for our Jazzy at ZenDog Inn!! Whether its for 1 night or an entire week, we feel at peace leaving our dog here! Highly recommend this place!

ZenDog Inn is the ONLY place I would ever take my dogs to board. The open play space is great and the dogs are given individual attention. A++++

If there was an option for more stars I would give it. Clean, nice, and thoughtfully run establishment with a kind and incredibly knowledgeable owner. Top Notch!

There is no other place like it ! Highly recommend, rates are fantastic and you know your dog is interacted with, let out on a regular schedule, and pics posted of your babies while you are away.

Employees were very friendly, dogs were well taken care of, and the location is nice- there arent many dog boarders out on the westside, so this is perfect.

For the longest time, I was unable to board 1 of my 3 dogs due to anxiety/fear issues. Jenn and ZenDog Inn have changed that, and I am so happy to have a place to send all of my dogs when necessary - one where I can sleep easy knowing they are in wonderful hands.
