I requested an appointment back in February for my puppy. She kept rescheduling and changing the time. I had no problem with these changes initially and made it work. Unfortunately she lost her pet and asked to push me back AGAIN. I understood and changed my spot again. THE DAY OF THE GROOMING she texted me asking me instead of my morning appt can I bring him after work because she didnt want SUCH a big gap in her day. I once again accommodated her and dropped my puppy off 15 mins before his appointment. She told me HE wouldnt be ready till 7:30 so of course since I kept changing my day I had plans till 7:15. She texted me at 6:30 saying my puppy was done and I needed to pick him up. I told her I was still in the meeting but I can give her extra for keeping him till 7:30.I then rebooked because I saw my puppy was comfortable with her and my appointment was for May 1st at 9am. I texted her yesterday and today to confirm my time, JUST TO FIND OUT SHE BLOCKED ME.Terrible customer service. With no reason. She COULD have told me when I picked him up that night she no longer wanted to services us. If I could give her a 0 start I would
