Terrible place. Dont board your dog here. My dog got his leg broken here several years ago and I finally feel like I can tall about it. The place claimed my other dog bit and broke my male dogs leg. The vets that I took him to said that it looked like he had stepped on a bear trap, it was some sort of mechanical device that caused the injury. They didnt cover the vet bills and covered up the incident. Dont use this place if you care about your animals. The photo is the xray of my dogs leg. Its graphic. Fair warning.
As a beginner rider coming to Morgan Farms was challenging I didn’t know what to expect. Especially after leaving my old barn to this facility, my trainer has been very hands on and has helped me to become the rider I am today. She has wonderful spirit and is willing to coach anyone.
This barn is great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Unsure of why other people are complaining. I can only assume that they had an issue with someone and are trying to discredit these people. The horses are very well taken care of. The staff rides the horses as well as grooms. My daughter took lessons here over the summer and she learned how to properly groom and take care of the horse as well as ride it! People who are complaining about having to groom horses are ridiculous. That is part of the experience. I plan on bringing my daughter back next summer for camp (mainly because she is constantly begging me!) It is a delightful place
I called repeatedly for two weeks and left messages to book an hour semiprivate lesson for two kids. On the 5th try, someone answered (my neighbor actually drove there to talk to someone) and scheduled my children’s lesson. When we arrived, the lesson wasn’t ‘in the books’, so they had to have a group lesson. Since the staff wasn’t prepped for my two kids, they started tacking late (park of their lesson). In the end my kids groomed for 30 minutes and rode for 30 minutes. One of the horses had already done 3 lessons that day and couldn’t trot around the shortened ring. Then when I went to pay, they over charged me (ps-they undercharged my civilian friend!). West Point MWR has a feedback system called ICE; I encourage you to fill out a form for this facility if you too are having problems. Garrison needs to know what goes on out here since it’s so disconnected from main post.
My daughter has been riding here for several years now. We love this place. Very reasonably priced, well maintained with excellent service.
Do not come here. They charge you to tend and groom their horses. The worse is not even that. The worse it that the grooming and work they make you do eat up you riding time.U will end up paying to work!!!!! Ridiculoussss
. Our childrens equestrian growth at Morgan Farm is remarkable to watch. It is truly an exceptional facility. The dog grooming is next level amazing. We cannot thank the staff here enough for the care provided for our dog, Bailey.
My Frenchies have been staying here for at least 4 years now and they are always wonderful to them. My friends have starting bringing their pups, as well, and everyone is always happy with the experience. Plenty of space in their kennels (theyre really much larger than a kennel) and they got walks around the farm, grooming as well. The staff know my girls when I call to make a booking for them, which makes me happy!
My mother board her horse there for a short time, we moved him when horses started dropping like flys. They are careless and dont give two shifts for horses. No one who works there has no knowledge about horses and wont get on a horse. 3pm comes they feed the horses and then leave. Our new stables my mothers horse is @ theres a lotttttt of people who work there. They are there from morning till 8pm @ night, and they know everything about horses and care about them. Can go on how horrible Morgan farms is and needs to be shut down, or new people to run it. This stables should NOTTTTTT BE OPEN. Everyone to their own have different opinions, your opinion will change when you buy a horse and board your horse their and that’s when you see who they are.
A beautiful place for all to enjoy.
