PetSmart Grooming

I took my dog in to get his nails done, staff were decent but did not let me introduce my dog to the employees who were taking him and then came out to tell me they couldn’t do it because he is to scared (understandable, not my issue about it the experience) when i went in to get him, he was sitting/standing (can’t remember) perfectly calm until he saw me. if we have to leave the room for the animals to get their nails done, i feel it’s only fair and right to the animal to introduce him/her to the unfamiliar person who is taking him.
