We got our 6 month old mini sheepadoodle, Benny groomed here today. It was his first time and he came back looking adorable, smelling great. Every staff member was so sweet and kind. They informed us how he did and the groomer that did his cut (I do not remember her name, maybe Laura?) came over and personally told us how he did and how to maintain his coat. We will definitely be returning customers!

Our Teddy looks amazing! Once we found Ooh La La Posh Pets Grooming we knew we have found our forever groomer. Stephanie went above and beyond, she made our pup feel so comfortable. We definitely will be coming back regularly. Thank you!!

I will never bring my dog back to this grooming salon ever again. They are horrible people/groomers they saved down my dog and lied that he was matted. No one communicated with me and explained the reason why my dog was shaved down to his skin. Only explanation that was given to me was because he was matted. My dog was not matted. My dog is a golden doodle and you never shaved down a golden doodles to this degree. Do not bring your dog to this grooming salon I repeat do not bring your dog there. The staff don’t communicate with customers I.E call the pet owner and give an explanation as to what they plan on doing with your pet you will be disappointed and angry. The photo on the right is how my dog was before he got groomed and the photo the left is how I received him after his grooming. I didn’t even recognize my own dog that’s how bad the grooming was. And lastly the fact that the woman at the counter was rude and didn’t show any empathy how they messed up on the grooming says it all.Response to the owner’s response since I can’t reply back on theirs. that was a lie. My husband never signed any form when he dropped off our golden doodle to be groomed by your staff. Stop with the lies. Then show proof that my husband signed I bet you can’t. In fact, the man from your shop(Zach I believe that was his name) took our pup said he will be groomed the same way he was groomed the last time. If you are going to be honest tell the truth. I also have photos of how my golden doodle was groomed the last time he was brought to your grooming salon. Once again stop with the lies. The pic at the far right the 3rd picture was an old pic back in April 2024 again I have proof of how my pup was groomed. Once again if there was any issues I should have been notified prior to your groomer shaving down my pup and that’s why I am upset. Instead, your groomer/staff took matters into his or her hands. No one want to come in with a such a surprise. My pup didn’t even look like himself. When I did asked questions or expressed how I felt, the women at the salon didn’t show any empathy or cared how I felt about my puppy instead, she had a nasty attitude and that is why the customer services for your grooming salon don’t even deserve a star. The reason why I wrote this review is so people who are thinking about bringing their pet to get groomed into your salon are to be very weary about leaving their pet in your groomers care. Reading back on someone else’s review, one of your groomers did the same to another customer. I should have known better and read the reviews on here first prior to bringing in my puppy. They did the same to her puppy like they did to mine shaved down my puppy hair to the skin. We both got the same response that goes to show you as the owner of the grooming salon will not take any accountability for the groomers actions.

Ive been bringing my ragdoll, Coco, here and I couldnt be happier with their service! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional and caring. They always handle Coco with so much love. The facility is also clean and its clear they genuinely care about the pets they work with. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional care for their fur babies.

We pass by their pet grooming salon everytime we go to East Islip. Finally, we booked an appointment with them. And we’re so happy with how they took care of our dogs, Chippy and Peanut. They came home smelling good, and that’s one of the many things our daughter loved☺️. Their staff are very accommodating. We’ll definitely set up another appointment with them😊.

I have been bringing my boys, Teddy and Jordan to ooh la la posh pets for past few months now and at every appointment everyone has been very kind, helpful, informative, and positive attitudes. They are very caring and cautious with them. Both my dogs are seniors. Teddy especially, with having arthritis and nerve issues which makes him more sensitive when grooming, however he’s always left his appointments very happy. Your pets are in great hands here! :)

Stephanie does an amazing job with my dog. I’ve been going to her for about 3 years. She deserves 5 stars, however this place is just way too expensive. $190 for a bath with deshedding? They charge extra for teeth brushing which should be included. Unfortunately I will be looking for another place for my dog because I find this place to be overwhelmingly expensive.

I couldn’t find a good groomer since I moved to Islip and my mom stumbled on this place!! THANK GOD!! They are so kind and respectful, the place is beautiful and CAROL did an awesome job on my baby. She actually made her look like a little girl and not the sloppy Tom boy that she is! The price was perfect too. 10 stars for me!!

I took my pups Sadie and Georgia here for the first time and was overly satisfied with the experience here! Both of them came out looking absolutely amazing and most importantly happy and anxiety free compared to other times they’ve been groomed. I can tell that this place takes their time with the dogs to create a safe space for them and truly pride themselves in what they do. It was very easy and accommodating! Brownie has always been a very nervous little one and was turned away from others as he was “too difficult”- Ooh La La Grooming gave me certainty of caring for him and not having to worry from the very beginning and I will forever be grateful for that! My dog was petrified at her first grooming appointment, and Stephanie and her team went above and beyond to ensure that she was as calm as possible. The whole team was extremely patient, and she couldn’t look any cuter! 10/10 service - my wife and I highly recommend!!

Its always scary to try a new grooming place. But the friendly and welcoming smile on all the staff immediately put me at ease. I showed them how I want my maltipoo to look. And to my surprise, she came out looking better than the picture. She could be an Instagram model after the services!

I managed to get a same day appointment for my older dog who was in desperate need of a salon day. Not only was the staff super nice and patient with my pup. They did a fantastic job on him, and Ill definitely be back for future visits!

I bought my two dogs Milo and Princess to multiple different groomers in the past and none of them have been able to do such an amazing job like this place! Milo is a very anxious dog and he has experienced past trauma from other groomers. they weren’t able to get to his face or paws in these previous places, leaving his groom uneven and wonky (nicks and cuts were left as well), but you can really tell these people know what they’re doing, and they’re very good at it!!! You can really see the passion, love, and care they put into this job! i love how they both came out and i couldn’t recommend this place anymore!!! money very well spent!!

My mom took my 2 dogs and the first time I paid with my card and the Puerto Rican woman in front of me when she charged automatically put $25 in tips without asking my mother then at Christmas my mother went again to pick up my dogs and that woman my mother gave her 180 cash she turned around and left then came back and said there were only 130 when I gave my mother 180 to pay, be careful this place is thieves ahhh and she told my mother this is America not your country she is a racist

Ooh La la it’s been the best place we have ever found for our dog maia ( husky) they are amazing Persons and so patient definitely I recommend this place for everyone who’s looking for a good place for groom your dogs ❤️ they’re so professional and they give you the best advices for take care of your doggies coat 🤗

I love this place! They were so kind to my furbaby. His cut looked amazing! He was sooo furry and getting matted. They explained to me the consequences of not grooming for a long time. I just did not trust anyone with him but now I would not go anywhere else!

I took my dog Baxter a mini poodle to get groomed at Ooh La La grooming. He is definitely not an easy customer. To my surprise he did really well with this haircut. The staff was wonderful with him and it was definitely the best cut he ever had. I would recommend Ooh La La Grooming.

They took such good care of Harry our Town of Islip rescue dog. He was very skiddish of getting a bath. Harry came back relaxed and clean, nails clipped- not traumatized at all. I highly recommend Oohlalaposhpets for any pet with special needs.

This was my first time taking my baby to a groomer. I recently haven’t had the time and he needed some TLC badly. As soon as I called them I felt immediately comfortable with taking my baby here and when I walked in the shop I knew right away I made the right choice. They were so great to him. When returning to pick him up he looked more handsome then ever & they kindly even gave him this super cute St. Patrick’s Day bandanna. I’m really excited to use them again & I highly recommend taking your pets here.

I have been bringing my 6 year old Maltipoo to another groomer for almost 6 years and loved them. But a recent move forced us to bring our pup to a new place out of necessity. We found Ooh La La Posh Pets in Islip Terrace. They were able to accommodate our Jedi on short notice for his 1st grooming with them. He has now been back for his 2nd grooming and he looks great. They groomed him exactly how I like and were very open to our suggestions for style. He was also very happy upon being picked up after his appointment so I know he was treated well. I highly recommend Ooh La La Posh Pets. Thank you to everyone that works there.

My dog Dora Milaje absolutely loves it here. The staff is always friendly and very welcoming. They gave me great advice about keeping Dora’s skin moisturized. We had a little snafu during one visit and they corrected everything expeditiously. I’m really happy I found them - close to home, decent price, loving environment.

My Shiloh boy loves this place! He has severe anxiety, but my goodness I never seen my boy so comfortable around anyone. The haircut is always on point! He smells amazing, nails are perfectly groomed, and he looks fresh! He always leaves with a smile, and so do I! Truly professional and beautiful!

I brought Buffy for her first grooming experience and was very happy. The staff is friendly and explained what they would do. They were great with Buffy and she looks so cute! Definitely will be going back there.

The best service any dog mom can ask for. I took my 8 month old simba here today and to begin with I was having the worst anxiety because I had taken him to another grooming place and they had told me my simba was difficult and a screamer and they couldn’t work with him. An hour passed and I didn’t get a call to pick him up early I was relieved to find out he wasn’t as difficult as the other place had told me and that they would love to have him back! He came out as handsome as ever! Definitely recommend this place and the staff are so nice! They even have the best outfits! I ended up getting him an Elmo sweater love love!

I must say this place is awesome!!! I found my new groomers. They did an amazing job on my dog she smells amazing and everything is perfect! The staff is very friendly but also professional! 10/10 would recommend!!!

I went to this place as it was highly recommended by a co-worker. I’m extremely unhappy with how short they cut my puppy’s hair and nails. I simply wanted a trim and they shaved her to the point where I can see her skin. She’s a puppy there was absolutely no need to go this short.When I first entered I was assured that her hair was not matted looked fine. Just a trim at most. A woman named Rosey I believe was supposed to trim my puppy’s hair. I did notice there were at least 15 or more dogs being groomed. Very over busy - perhaps overbooked.I came back 2 hours later to a shaved to the skin puppy. I was literally shocked and a different girl cut my puppy’s hair. I was very taken back. I felt that they were so busy they couldn’t be bothered to properly brush out my dogs hair. She now has two lesions on her chest that are infected. The vet gave us meds. Will take a long time for her hair to grow back. I’m devastated to say the least.

We bought in our male cat Rudder that we just addopted from the TOI animal shelter.They treated him like a King.He got a private room so he didnt have to listen to all the little yapping dogs.They checked him for fleas then it was bath time.He looked a 1000 times better.Nails trimmed, coat shiny and not smelling like a shelter cat anymore.He even came home with a cool bandana that he didnt want to take off.I would definitely recommend Ooh La La Posh Pets for grooming of any cat.

Been using them for years for my Puggle Duncan, never once a bad experience. Prices are pretty reasonable at 79$ every couple of months so it’s nice if you have a dog that gets professionally cleaned a few times a year.

My dog, Lucky, is 14 years old. He was treated kindly by the staff and he came out looking great.

They took real good care of my Gucci he was bath cut, teeth brushed and I love his look thank you guys for such an amazing job.

They were so nice and careful with my dog and were so gentle and understanding with him, I will for sure be bringing him back for another cut soon. Definitely recommend going here! My dog melody is usually scared to go to groomers because she has had a bad experience before but here she was so relaxed and loved everyone there! I saw that her nails were perfectly sanded down and she looked adorable! Everyone there is so kind and Melody was happy after her bath, nail sanding, and grooming! She smells delicious and she is now reading for cuddles!

My dog trainer referred me here and I took my dog here in April and it was a wonderful experience Chappy looked so beautiful her hair was silky and she smelled good! Everyone was wonderful from Skyler to Myrna to Zachery. Thank you and we will see you again later this week!!

After my dog failed her first grooming experience, I was very nervous leaving her with someone new. We had a meet and greet first and her appointment the next day( today). Took Leon for the first time here after being told by other groomers that he was aggressive. Because of the quarantine and other groomers refusing to work on him, he was in desperate need of a good bath and brushing. Not only were they super friendly but they did a beautiful job on my boy. He looked like a completely different dog and they said that he was not reactive at all. I feel so much at ease at finding a place where they treat misunderstood dogs well and make owners feel comfortable knowing their pets are in good hands.Update: 3 years later and they’re still the best! Moved out of state but still bring my dog here for his grooming needs whenever we’re in the area visiting family. I can’t trust anyone else but them and have referred many friends and their pups who have also been happy with the service and care, keep up the good work!

I been going here for an over a year and the last few times they started doing a terrible job. I’m not sure if they’re over booking but it’s definitely not the same. The cuts are not the same and they also made my puppy get an infection and I had to take him to the E.R.

I have a somewhat aggressive dog with new places and people. She is little but she packs a punch. The groomers here were recommended by my Veterinarian as specialists with nervous anxious aggressive personalities. . I brought my Papillion in for her nails to be cut as a starter meet and greet before we booked her first grooming appointment. The staff was so wonderful and loving and caring. 2 weeks following her nail trim we went for her appointment. I wasnt sure what type of cut so they recommended a breed specific cut,in the end my dog who was labeled not groom-able was totally groomed and without a muzzle!!!. I felt like a proud puppy mom and so thankful for this team. We already have her next appointment set up. If youre nervous about getting your puppy serviced here please call them for a first meet and greet. It definitely helped my dog and me. When I picked her up she had the cutest bandana and she looked felt and smelt so good. Met some other great customers as well we had some fun puppy conversations. Its a friendly place for sure. Very happy with the services provided. 5 star.

This place is nothing but GREAT! I will 100% be returning! My dogs (12 yr old and 8yr old male cockapoos) came out looking awesome, and exactly how I wanted. My older dog has been cut and burned many times from other groomers, and thus now hates the groomers, his tail tucks every single time... I was very nervous dropping him off because of his past, and the groomers there told me that both of my boys did great! Im thrilled that they look great, but most of all that I can trust that my boys were well taken care of and kept happy. Thank you!!!

We knew she wasnt going to be the easiest puppy to handle but they showed patience and understanding in dealing with her. She was calm relaxed and looking so pretty when we picked her up after her spa day lol. We will definitely be returning for all our future grooming needs. I cannot speak highly enough of Ooh La La. What an AMAZING grooming boutique-- not only did my golden retriever receive the best haircut of her life, she was also treated extremely well from start to finish. She came home so tired from running around and playing with the other dogs, and she was crazy happy! Groomer Sarah did an outstanding job and our dog looks absolutely phenomenal. She did exactly what we asked and it was truly exceptional work. Sadie is soft and clean and looks so beautiful and dignified with her new cut! We are thrilled to have been referred to Ooh La La Posh Pets and will certainly be using them in the future! Thank you to everyone who made this experience so great!

We brought our petite mini golden doodle to be groomed for the first time this past Saturday. We were greeted by Myrna upon our arrival. She was very friendly and welcoming. We then met Alex who was going to groom Sonny. She too was very friendly and welcoming. Alex has a true love for what she does and it made us so comfortable. She did an amazing job! It was a great experience overall. We highly recommend OohLaLaPoshPets!!!

They did a nice job. However, I was told $85 and when I got my dog, i was charged $114 because they said my pup acted up.How is this possible? They could charge $50 extra next time. Im very disappointed by their business acumen.

The good people of Ooh La La Posh Pets took over the space in Holbrook from our former dog groomer. Because it is so close by, we wanted to give them a shot with our new puppy, who has never been to a groomer. Our little guy was a little stressed out and he was probably pretty loud while he was there. The Posh Pets team couldnt have been more compassionate and understanding. Ziggy smells and looks great. We are very happy that we didnt have to look far for our new dog groomer.

This was the first time taking my baby girl to a groomer and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I literally had tears in my eyes when I saw how beautiful she looked! They did such an amazing jobwith her. They even gave her a 1st time certificate and toy. She came back smelling amazing with a beautiful cut and cute bows in her hair! Their prices were more than fair and it was so easy to book our appointment. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies there today that spoiled my little Harley girl. We appreciate it and will be back!

Brought in my daughter Zoey and I was afraid she wasn’t going to be good but when I came to pick her up she looked amazing that i was very emotional. They did an amazing job can’t wait to come back.

They are super nice !! They did an amazing job on my little guy and remember your likes.I tried to cut it myself and they performed a miracle correcting it. I was barely able to see his face before his grooming so seeing it for the first time made my heart melt. Now when I take him we have to literally drag him out because he loves them so much !! I took my Boston Terrier there and he loved it !! They will spoil your baby and they do an amazing job. I’ll never go anywhere else .Thank you all so much !!

I tried very hard to maintain my pup at home but failed miserably. I called Ooh La La expecting to be told I cannot bring my dog in for weeks, but they had an appointment the same week. Every member of the spa is so friendly, the place is beautiful and clean. Captain came out smelling and looking wonderful. I highly recommend making an appointment.

The boutique is beautiful and CLEAN! Staff is warm and welcoming! And our pup looks absolutely beautiful after her morning at the spa! She feels and smells clean! My Yorkie Kobe had a wonderful experience, it was his 1st visit to a groomer and he was very happy when I picked him up. Everyone was friendly, professional and patient, my puppy was not rushed. The establishment is clean and very very chique, there is a comfy waiting area inside and outside seating area for warmer days. I am very satisfied with their services and look to visiting with Kobe for regular grooming and any special grooming services he may need. I will definitely refer friends and family!

Took my 1 year old English bulldog Winston here for his first grooming ever. I was expecting him to not enjoying , I came back an hour later and Winston was enjoying everyone there ! Brought our baby Layla in for her first ever grooming experience today and we were nervous! We didn’t know what to expect and we also haven’t left her somewhere before. When we walked in, JoAnne greeted us with a friendly welcome and all of us, including Layla, were put at ease instantly. We met Myrna, the owner, and also Alex who would be Layla’s groomer. Everybody was super friendly and nice and you can tell how much they loved animals. We handed Layla over to JoAnne and we loved how they let her roam around a little in the back and get comfortable. We were told they’d call us when Layla was ready and we felt so much more comfortable leaving here there now that we saw how nice and caring everybody was. When we got the call that Layla was ready we rushed back to get her and when we saw her we melted! She looked so cute and also looked very happy! Alex did a phenomenal job with her grooming and we loved her haircut and the pretty bows they put on her! We got a cute report card, a snippet of Layla’s fur and some cute welcome gifts. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Ooh La La and everybody there! This is 100% going to be Layla’s permanent grooming spa and we all love them! HIGHLY recommended!!

The first two times I brought my dog for grooming they did a great job. The third time I dropped her off at 10:30 and I got a call at 3:15 saying she was ready. I got tied up at work but was able to pick up at 5:00 p.m. they charged me an additional $40 for holding the dog and the grand total of the grooming came to 138 bucks. I dont mind paying for good service but I dont want to get nickel and dimed. Ooh la la lost a customer today.

They accommodated a last minute appointment for my little fur baby the week before my wedding. I picked her up and they listened to exactly what we wanted. She was so happy and is now ready to be our little ring bearer/flower girl at our wedding!Can’t wait to bring her back!

Had my Pomeranian groomed there today for the first time and I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I am with his cut! I have taken him to several groomers and I’ve never had him look so good! They seamlessly blended his head into his body which seems to be a difficult task because all of the other groomers left him looking like he was wearing a helmet lol will be bringing him and our lab here from now on! I brought my dog Harley to ooh la la today for a bath appointment. I have owned dogs my whole life and never had such a great experience with groomers and their staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I had my one year old daughter with me trying to juggle both her and Harley. They helped me and also had him out quickly. They took the time to speak to me since I was a new client. When I picked Harley up one of the young women told me she would help me to my car. I couldn’t have been more grateful. I really appreciate their kindness and patience.I cannot believe the level of service they give these pets. It’s a true spa. It’s immaculate inside as well. Very clean. I will be sticking with ooh la la from now on. Harley came out glowing. They are very reasonably priced as well. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. I look forward to bringing Harley back to you guys in the future.

I brought my pomeranian to get groomed here for the first time, and the results were so amazing!! Fritz was really difficult and aggressive to the groomer but despite that she did such a wonderful job working with him (thank you so much!). At the end, Fritz came out with a lovely cut and smelled so good. He received a cute bandana and goodie bag with treats too!! Everyone was really kind, patient, and experienced. Nothing but professionals over here! I look forward to having Fritz groomed here regularly and whenever anything comes up 😊 Sharing this wonderful establishment with everyone I know; thank you so much for your service 💕

I have been bringing my babies here for a couple of years. They have always done a good job. They are very accommodating as far as scheduling which is great for busy people but I do feel like their pricing is a little high. I once had one of my babies leave here with a scratched cornea which they said hadnt happened there, but in all fairness that could happen to anyone and accidents do happen. I continued bringing them there after and have not had any other issues.

This place is awesome!!!! Cute little entrance and very cheerful. The staff are simply put FRIENDLY! I am new to area and found Ooh La La to be a perfect fit for me and my pup Dubbie. She looked great and was happy. Hip hip hooray!!!!!

I always feel comfortable dropping off my Black Lab here for a day of grooming and pampering. She seems to love the staff and is always very excited when we pull in the parking lot.

OMG!! What an awesome experience from the beginning( the initial phonecall) to the end. I took my parents fur baby to Petsmart he was matted. They told me they could not groom him and to take him to a vet to have the mats removed. I know a groomer and called her( I am from another state) and she advised she would be able to remove the mats. We immediately started looking for a local groomer to my parents and found OLLPP..Awesome customer service, everyones energy was amazing. They took excellent care of Duke. When I picked him up he looked and smelled amazing. They had a complimentary treat bag for him and has a concierge service because my parents are elderly, they will pick Duke up in the future. What else can I say?? Nothing! If you are looking for a new or local groomer, please give them a call!! You will not be disappointed! Keep up the good work!

After years of searching for a new groomer, we FINALLY struck gold!! My dog ziggy came out looking like another dog!! Amazing job and the staff was insanely friendly and more than accommodating! They even helped trim my second dogs nails (a pit bull that always seemed to have a rough time getting clipped) with ease! Everyone got treats on the way out too! Would HIGHLY recommend! I brought my Yorkie here a few months ago for a haircut. I am very apprehensive when it comes to trying new places, but I heard great things about Ohh La La Post Pets. Let me tell you, they were right! My dog (Lexi) had a beautiful cut. They listened to all of my concerns and assured me of what they would do and they did just that. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you again for taking care of my little one. :)P.S. I have had a few bad experiences with other salons (cuts on skin, blood found on feet from nail cutting, crooked/choppy cuts, etc.). Her haircut was so straight and clean, you could tell they took their time. I truly appreciate it.

I brought my 6 month old poodle here for the first time and my experience was better than I ever expected! When they brought my dog Ori out, I literally was brought to tears! What a top notch establishment. Kind,caring, and experienced! You can’t ask for anything more. I give them a 10!! Highly recommended

The ladies at Ooh La La Posh Pet Grooming were extremely friendly. I brought my 1 year old Havapoo here for a full groom and when they were done he felt extremely amazing, the cut was perfect and he looked so happy after having a grooming experience here. I will definitely bring him back.

I have never left my babies with anyone other then the previous owner of their newest location in Holbrook. They did an excellent job on all 3 of my dogs. So happy that they took over this shop. I highly recommend them.

I have a Welsh Terrier. Finally found a groomer who knows how to make her look like a show dog! Theses groomers are so talented, friendly and truly do a detail job. They cleaned all the hair from her ears (which is not an easy job), brushed her teeth and clipped her nails. Most important my little girl came out happy and calm!

I bring my two dogs here and they always do a great job. My one dog suffers from allergies so the oatmeal bath gives her a lot of relief and they always make the dogs look so good.

Waited 2 months for an appointment and they called me less then 24 hours before my dogs appointment to tell me they needed to cancel. When I asked about rescheduling they told me to wait another 2 months. Absolutely unprofessional do not make an appointment here or you will be stuck with a dog that desperately needs a hair cut and researching last minute groomers because this place cancled on you.Update* owner called me and left a voice mail saying she wanted to reschedule but when I called her back she insted just yelled at me about taking down this review. I hung up the call after minutes of being berated by the owner. Very professional.

Levi our 2 year old Sheepadoddle has been getting groomed at Ooh La La since he was a puppy. We do not have enough adjectives in our vocabulary to describe how fabulous they are ! From there loving approach to the pets, friendly and courteous service to the owners, but most importantly the end result. Levi always comes out of their looking incredible. His groomer Sarah always does exactly as we ask, and also discusses what is best for Levi. Thank you to all the ladies for such an incredible experience !

I have taken my dog Winnie to multiple groomers and was never happy with how she was groomed. After two years of this someone recommended Posh Pets Grooming and she looks amazing after every visit. She stays so soft for weeks after grooming. Winnie is not a fan of being grinned and they are so good with her. I won’t go anywhere else.

Ooh lala took over the groomer we used in Holbrook Angel Cut. Yesterday was the first time we used the new owner. I have to say, they were terrific. My 3 dogs look great. The owner and the staff are very friendly and great with the pets. THANK FOR THE GREAT JOB

Lovely staff, great service and awsome treatment to our dog. Our dog loves everyone there. And they are so good accommodating your time and good price.Just heads up if you are an inpatient person dont do Saturdays thats one of the most busiest days for them.

Top notch place! It’s clean, visually and aesthetically appealing. The staff is kind, personable, friendly and most important my furbabies love it here! When I go to pick them up, they’re not stuck in a cage or pen, they’re running around playing or one of the staff members is holding them in their arms and giving them loving smooches (lip stick free of course). I will never take my babies anywhere else.

Hands down the best groomer I have been to. I called on Thursday and they were able to schedule me for Saturday. The staff was so friendly and truly seemed to care for my dog. The price was very fair and my dog looks AMAZING!

I’m always worried my baby is turning 15yrs old and he’s not as active and he has some health issues. The staff were warm and friendly and I can tell he enjoyed his visit. To top it off bday boy was given a balloon and some treats along with his excellent grooming.

Very disappointedi actually loved going to this groomer until this happened. i pre booked an appointment more than a month in advance and i decided to wait even tho my dogs hair was already getting pretty long. i usually made morning appointments but they only had a 2pm available so i decided to take it. i usually get a call before appointments the day before but since her appointment was in the afternoon i thought maybe they’ll call the morning of. still receiving no call i decided to call just to confirm and when i call the receptionist says she doesn’t have any appointments for me. i explain to her i made it more than a month in advance and she says that there was nothing. disappointed but still being nice i asked when they would be able to fit me in since i did make an appt more than a month ago and she said they wouldn’t have openings until december. it’s october 29th…. never going there again and extremely disappointed.

Beautiful grooming salon on the north side of long island in oyster bay. A nice salon with talented groomers. I wish I didnt live in valley stream or I would definitely apply for a grooming position. Unfortunately its almost an hour commute each way but if I ever move closer to them I would definitely be putting in an application

I brought my dog into the salon today (2/11/2022) for grooming services- bathing, facial cleanse and nail cutting, etc. I was called 3x and threatened if I don’t pick her up immediately, I would be charged a “holding fee”. Even after I explained I would pick her up as soon as I can. When I picked up my dog and got home, she has a lot of white, dust looking particles on her. Her eyes were also not cleaned. When I contacted the salon I was told harshly, ooh I can re-do her if you’d like. Then she proceeded to argue with me.

This was our first visit and we are beyond pleased with how they groomed our puppy -Brooklin. The staff are very courteous and professional. Definitely would recommend and will be returning.
