Anitas Puppy Palace Mobile Pet Grooming And Boarding Kennels

I would highly recommend Anitas Puppy Palace and his groomer Deanna. She contacted me on the day of my dogs appointment to let me know that she was on her way and arrived right on time. My dog, Teddy, loved her as soon as he met her. I was a little hesitant about having my dog groomed in a van in my driveway but now I asked myself what took me so long? I didnt have to worry about him being with other dogs. Just him and the groomer. And..... he looked fabulous!!!! There is nothing I would change. There is not enough good things I can say about Deanna. Very friendly and professional. Teddy and I are looking forward to his next appointment.

I have never had a dog that needed grooming before so Anita was very patient with me and took me through everything. I am disabled and have no vehicle so the fact that she comes to me is such a relief. The job that was done was absolutely lovely and professional. I cant say enough good things about the entire experience. I plan on staying with their service for a long time.

Just had my first mobile grooming experience and it was with my new senior foster dog, Jethro. Wow! So personal. So stress free. He came out looking and feeling like a million bucks! This is as good as it gets and we highly recommend! ❤️🐾

Was absolutely wonderful. Will be returning for my dogs next grooming. The groomer is super nice. They book one appointment at a time so my dog was their only focus. It was the shortest grooming my dog has ever had (only 45mins). Everywhere else Ive ever gone its a minimum of 3 hours.She worked with me to get the hair cut I wanted for my dog.

We couldnt be happier! Alyssa did an awesome job. She understood exactly what we wanted. Our Yorkie Poo looked like a miniature sheep dog. His cut is perfect. Well Highly recommend your services to others. Thanks for being there when most grooming services are closed. What a great mobile service.

Cant say enough about this company. Anita always gets right back to you with scheduling appointments. Pleasant and easy to work with. I use mobile grooming and Sarah is the best! She always grooms them exactly like I ask and does an amazing job!

The reason i tried Anitas services is because I had surgery an cant drive so i thought i would try her services. Im so happy to find such a good service. My shitzu Bella looks beautiful after her grooming. Very convenient an fast I just love the whole experience. An Anita was wonderful too. I will definitely use her services again. I hope to use her again for my other fur baby real soon hes the difficult one to groom so will see.

I met Anita when I adopted a pomeranian pup from her in 2008 and have since used her mobile grooming services. She does an amazing job and her prices are reasonable. My dog actually looks forward to being groomed by Anita (unlike grooming salons, which stress her out) and comes out looking fabulous! My pup has been groomed by other groomers that work for Anita as well, and we are equally happy with their service. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. We have boarded our husky mix there a few times and he gets the royal treatment. We even have him get a bath the night before pick up and he comes home happy, healthy, and looking and smelling great. The ladies truly love dogs and will take excellent care of yours

I scheduled a mobile grooming appointment for my 12 pound Yorkie for the first time a couple weeks ago. I was very happy with the service. Good communication, excellent service and my dog looks great! I highly recommend.

My dogs have never had a bad haircut with Puppy Palace. Alyssa is my current mobile groomer and she takes great care of my 2 small dogs. She is very careful with Mya, who is pretty skittish. Would not go anywhere else!!

Simply the best! Anita is prompt and trustworthy. In addition, she does an excellent job grooming my Yorkshire Terrier and is so kind to him while he’s in her care.

I wouldn’t use this service. If they take care Of dogs like they drive . You are going to be unhappy. Maybe next time running a red light and turning in front of a loaded semi forcing me to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision isn’t a good idea. 616 pm Brockport on 31 Tuesday October 17 , 2023

What a great group of people and fantastic service! I cannot recommend Puppy Palace enough. Anita and Amy are wonderful, and although he always tries to run to his cage when he hears the van pull in, I do think he really likes Amy!

Weve used the mobile grooming service for years, mostly for nail trimming, but also for the full works grooming in the van. Amy does an excellent job of relating to the dogs. She is friendly, calm, and good-natured; the dogs are very comfortable with her. She really cares about them, handles them nicely.Our German Shepherd remarks: Amy groomed me this week. I came out of the van all clean and fluffed up, my nails trimmed and my ears cleaned. I looked and felt like a new doggie! Nice job, Amy!Our young Chocolate Lab adds: When Amy first started to trim my nails, I was a squirmy pup. Now I just relax and recline while she clips away, because I know she is not going to hurt my toes.We can recommend Puppy Palace. I didnt want to post, but after much consideration, I feel obligated to make people aware of the dangers associated with mobile grooming. Last year, thinking I was being a responsible pet owner, I had Anita’s puppy palace come out to groom my dogs. During which time I got the worst call of my life. The time was just slightly past how long a typical groom takes. My mother went to the van to check on the status so that she could get out of the driveway. She walked into the horrific scene. My 1 year old puppy hanging dead by his collar. The groomer passed out, tangled in the chordes of her tools and unresponsive on the floor. Luckily my mother got there in the nick of time to save the groomers life by dragging her out, to safety and calling 911.Carbon Monoxide poisoning. Due to the negligence of this company not having had the proper life safety detection devices in working order, this poor worker was moments away from death and my dog was lost forever. I am traumatized. Rowan is irreplaceable. The company refuses to answer my calls or make any reparations. Please beware of this company and make sure if you use any mobile groomer that they have proper working CO2 detectors.

Anitas are amazing. My dog loves them and they are very friendly and do a great job. Would recommend to anyone for their fur babies.

I wouldnt trust my Special Needs dog with anyone else! Gabbys elderly and blind, and Anita grooms her with love and care. Im thankful that Anita comes to my house, so my littleblinddoggie is comfortable and familiar with Anita and her van.

When I moved here in 2002 I was very concerned on where I would take my beloved cat, Jimmy and my Bischon, Miss Sammi for grooming. I called and made their first appointment in the mobile pet grooming unit. It was a wonderful experience for me and my little ones. I would never trust anyone else with my pets. After losing my precious little babies, I did not hesitate on who would take care of my new little Multipoo, Little Maxi Girl...

They cut your dogs hair just like you want it. They are very friendly & courteous. I have never had any trouble with them or the way they cut my 3 dogs hair.

Anita does a wonderful job with Piper! Shes always consistent and we have never an issue.

We have a large dog and he gets an extra large kennel. Likes going there. Staff are great. No worries leaving him there. Highly recommend.

Amy came Thursday to my house to groom my long haired dachshund. She did a fantastic job. Scarlets hair was so soft; smelled so nice and was trimmed to perfection just the way I wanted. Im new to Amy but she came highly recommended. I am so glad I followed through on this recommendation.

Its always a wonderful experience with Puppy Palace. We travel from Pennsylvania and Anita always makes it possible to have Twinkle done. Twinkle absolutely loves her and doesnt shy away from being groomed. She has had many compliments from the skill Puppy Palace has.

First off let me just say this place is a place i would never ever take my dogs for boarding...

My smallest dog gets spoiled here almost monthly and he loves going back. Sara is amazing with him and he gets super excited when i say groomers.
