I took my dog to Jenny’s Dream recently, and I am beyond disappointed. When I got my dog back, I noticed a patch of skin had been cut, and the groomers didn’t say a word about it. I understand accidents can happen, but not being upfront and honest about injuring someone’s pet is completely unacceptable.Instead of acknowledging it, they just sent my dog home as if nothing had happened. I had to discover it on my own, and my dog was clearly uncomfortable and in pain. It’s unsettling to think about what else they might have overlooked or chosen not to tell me.

Shop did an amazing job with giving my pup the haircut he needed. Nail trim, fresh breath and ear cleaning added the extra touch to make Ruff Ruff as handsome as he can be !

Always takes wonderful care of my cat Harley! Harley recently had a surgery and wasn’t able to be groomed for a few months and I brought her here and had her ears cleaned and her paws her nails and her fur. She is so gentle with Harley. She will give you good aftercare advice as well.

I brought my cat Sashi for a lion’s cut several weeks back. Jenny did a great job, and we couldn’t be happier! Jenny also cleaned her ears and did her nails. Sashi feels much happier now after her haircut. Highly recommend this place!

I have two dogs. One is a large breed labrador mix and my second is a toy yorkie. Ive taken them to other groomers like petco, petsmart, etc. All of them would call me back to decline the labrador. I was told he was difficult to handle. If youre being rough with a dog of course hes going to be difficult. Luckily I found Jenny and Ive seen how she treats him. Gives them treats and lots of belly rubs to put them at ease. Shes the only stranger he allows to groom him and gets happy when he sees her. Both my dogs come back looking and smelling great. The best part is my yorkie doesnt come back shaken up compared to the other places. She also sells pet food, beds, clothes and accessories. She seems very passionate about animals which is what made me give her a shot.

She is a high professional with the gromyn excellent couple, great service, caring and careful with the puppies. They listen to your needs and the appointments are easy to acomódate they also have dog merchandise in the premises and I always get some goodies for my puppy. Highly recommended they never go or do wrong excellent service.

Jenny is the best!! She takes care of both of my babies my cat and dog. She and her husband do such great jobs with grooming and giving them the best cuts. I trust her with my pets with no doubt. I came across a stray dog in my neighborhood, in the evening, when all the vets and pet shops were closed. I planned on taking the dog into my home because she was in very poor condition and I fell in love with her immediately. However, she had fleas and I wanted to take care of it immediately, professionally. I called Jenny and explained the situation and she realized that the dog needed immediate attention. So, Jenny came to the shop after she had already closed to help us. She paid great attention to detail and treated my newly found dog so good. Jenny took care of her and ridded her of the fleas. We will be back for her follow up treatment.

Recently moved back to the area with my two shih tzus. Jenny was very welcoming and professional. She took care of my babies and even provide me with a special shampoo and drops free of charge for one of my dogs that had fleas. I would recommend her to anyone. Price was very reasonable.

I love Jenny.ive been going to her for 12 years. I bring all my dogs to get groomed. I bring my current dog Leo there and he always comes home looking handsome and she always gives him a treat. I wouldnt go anywhere else

Jennie is AWESOME!! Very caring and attentive to my pups needs. Very attentive to our concerns. My pup wont let any other groomer groom him. He only lets Jennie groom him and he gives her kisses. I highly recommend Jennie.

Brought my 6 year old cockapoo here today for his first from since we adopted him. He came out looking and smelling better than ever. she answered all my questions and my dog seemed very happy to be left there. Will definitely be going here from now on. She sells the cutest little jackets for dogs. Highly recommend for anyone who like myself is a first time dog owner and isnt sure where to go.

Jenny just groomed my anxious cairn terrior. She was fantastic. He is not happy getting groomed and has had issues in the past where he was injured. Five stars to Jenny!

Grooms my large breed dog whereas many groomers will not do large breeds. He always comes home looking great and smelling clean. Jenny is very pleasant tot he customers and animals.

Yesterday I went with my cat, to cut the nails, take a bath and cure the fleas. She was Amazing, she treated my cat like if he was hers. She knew what to do and what would be the best option for us. I can not wait to go back with my cat.

Jenny genuinely cares about her clients and their owners, and she also sells pet food, clothes, and accessories. Your dog always knows who is greeting them, and it doesnt have that stranger-danger-corporate feel (you know, when you call and speak to a different person every time or have a new groomer every time you enter). I hope that Maspeth and Ridgewood neighbors invest in this small business!

I root my 6 month old miniature schnauzer to get shaved down, and it was such poor work. Her mustache was shaved uneven, the fur at the bottom by her jaw was uneven. Her eyelashes got cut super short, and uneven. She had the most beautiful long lashes. Her eyebrows was uneven. The fur on her tail was not shaved off completely, it was in patches. The fur on her legs were all uneven. She left her on the table with the cord around her neck and she jumped off and almost choked herself. She has brushes from the razors. I am so pissed. It was so not worth the $70.

I have no words but HACK JOB! These pictures are after my husband told her to make it even 3 different times. We got the attacked by a lawnmower special for a cool 80 bucks!

Never Coming Here AGAIN!! I Took my Cocker Spaniel here today and when i got him back........The Haircut was SO uneven!!! ! One of his legs was even then the other 3 werent!! And it looked like my Cocker Spaniels head was bigger then his body!! The Place was also Very Dirty.

My cat was purring in Jenni and Hugos arms the whole experience! My first time...we are going back...u can trust Jenni with ur furbabies!!!

A family member took my cat to this grooming place . From my knowledge she wasnt pleased on the phone about grooming a cat than told the price was 30$ and it came out to about 50$ more because the cat scratched her gloves its youre job if you dont like it why you do it . Also the haircut was uneven longer and shorter in different places my cat has at least 4-5 cut marks from shaving from what I can see only . I wouldnt wanna see how this happened when she was shaving him just cuz u dont like cats doesnt mean you should hurt them and be careless when you do youre job. Never coming back .
