NY Dandy Doodles

We got Woodie about 4 months ago from Amy and her family. He is now 6 months old, and the absolute best dog! I have pretty high expectations, and I am so delighted by my decision to purchase a puppy from this family. He is incredibly smart, obedient, and fun! We are astounded by how calm he is, everyone who comes over is amazed by how well behaved and adorable he is! House training, obedience training, and teething have all been much easier than we anticipated due to his outstanding upbringing. We had originally chosen another dog from the litter, but ended up changing our minds and Woodie was still available. When I spoke to Amy regarding my change of heart, she disclosed that Woodie was a little rambunctious with his litter mates, she was very forthcoming and answered all of my questions. This is such a great example of how much this family cares about the people who are purchasing their puppies and for the puppies’ future well being. Woodie ended up being an absolute delight, he is so much fun, and doesn’t have a mischievous bone in his body! All the love, energy, and care that went into Woodies first 2 months of life made such an incredible addition to our family! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a puppy anywhere close to NY… we drove 10 hours to meet our puppy, and another 10 hours to pick him up! You will not be disappointed!

We had the absolute best experience adopting our dog from NY Dandy Doodles! Amy and her family raise the most gentle and lovable family dogs and our Arnie was the greatest addition to our family. They communicated and sent pictures while we waited for Arnie to be old enough to come home. When he did, he was ready to jump right into our family. It was immediately obvious that he had been raised in a loving home before coming to us. All he wanted to do was cuddle from day 1! He was litter box trained, which made potty training a breeze and helped get us through the first cold months. There is no one else I would go to if I was thinking of getting another dog. NY Dandy Doodles will not disappoint!

I cannot say enough good things about the puppy I got from NY Dandy Doodles! We got Toni (formerly Chestnut) in June 2022 and he has seriously been the best little guy. Ive never owned a dog before but Ive had several dog-experienced friends say that hes very calm and well-behaved for his age. He slept in his crate on the very first night with only a few minutes of whimpers. Since the third or fourth night he goes right in no problem, no whining, just climbs in and goes to sleep.We picked him up at 8 weeks old and by about 10 weeks he was fully potty trained. He is now almost 16 weeks and I can barely remember the last time he had an accident in the house.Hes a very social boy and loves every person and dog he meets. He has handled every situation weve thrown at him including kayaking, boating, restaurants, parties, walks in the woods, etc.Amy and family were very easy to work with. They always replied to my emails in a timely manner and made the whole process straightforward and easy to follow. When we arrived to pick up our puppy, Amy and her daughter showed us the puppies. They have a lovely home where they raise the puppies and you can tell that they are well taken care of and very loved. The entire litter of puppies came over to my husband and I and they were all friendly, roly-poly little babies. Im glad I picked my puppy out ahead of time because they were all just too cute.You can tell they did a great job getting their puppies acclimated to life in a new home. My puppy doesnt flinch when he sees and hears things like fire trucks, parades, fireworks, horses, thunder, or anything else. Sometimes he is curious but almost never scared of anything. I got a Goldendoodle from NY Dandy Doodles this year and my experience was great! Amy was extremely kind, patient, and resourceful throughout the entire process and eased any concerns and anxieties I had (even after we brought our puppy home!). We are having such a good time with our new puppy who is not only so cute, but also has an amazing temperament, exactly aligned with what we were looking for! I highly recommend NY Dandy Doodles if you are in the market for a new puppy!

We cant say enough good things about Amy and her family! They are truly the dog whisperers. We adopted our Stevie a little over a month ago and she came home already sleeping through the night at 8 weeks old. The litter training that they did helped her to potty train when we brought her home. At 14 weeks she very rarely has an accident (if she does its because we arent picking up her cues). The process for adoption was so easy and it was so evident that the pups were being well cared for and a part of the family. We highly recommend NY Dandy Doodles!

We got our Sophie from Amy and her family at New York dandy doodles. She is an amazing addition to our family and we love her to pieces! We are so enjoying our puppy “Shelby” from New York Dandy Doodles. She is now 13 weeks and has a sweet disposition and is a quick learner. We adore her and she has adjusted well to our family and friends. We have appreciated that our puppy came from genetically tested lines to ensure her excellent health.We cannot say enough about this golden doodle breeder. The whole Mayne family have so lovingly cared for and trained our puppy from day one and for the first eight weeks of her life. Included in this extensive training was early neurological stimulation, social stimulation and potty training. Shelby came to us after many vet checks and with a health guarantee for two years. We received a folder with all the vaccines/deworming and tick treatments and many training tips. I have two Mini-Goldendoodle sisters who are two years old and I was looking to add a third (and final) pup to the family when I found NY Dandy Doodles. I was so impressed by their website and reviews and of course all the gorgeous puppies that I decided to get my puppy from them. I got Ripley (Beetle)(Izzy & Archies litter) at the end of March. I originally picked a male, but after a discussion initiated by Amy and her daughter about personality traits I thought Ripley would be a better fit. She is now 14 weeks old and the sweetest little girl and Im very happy I made the decision to go with her. By the second night after coming home she was sleeping through the night and settles into her crate right away for bedtime and naptime. This was not the case with my first two and I attribute that to all the work Amy and her family do with their puppies. She thoroughly enjoys playing with her sisters and is learning her basic commands so quickly. She rarely has an accident in the house and its always my fault when she does. The entire experience with Amy and her family was the best and they were even able to deliver Ripley to me at a halfway point in NY which I really appreciated. You wont be disappointed if you go with NY Dandy Doodles!
