This was the worst gromming experience ever. I have a Pomeranian brought in and asked for a trim and I left with an uneven cut and bald spots where her beard used to be. Then called them up and said that they are busy and have to come down over the weekend when the cut is done on Wednesday to look at the cut job that they messed up. You can see my dogs skin…that is not a trim and terrible customer service

I love this shop! I go out of my way to buy from them. The owner is friendly and his employees are top notch! The groomers do a fabulous job at a really good price! Personally, I appreciate their bird seed, so fresh! All my animals appreciate it too!

Best groomer around!! One of my dogs gets groomed and the other just gets a haircut but they never give us problems with taking them both together and getting them out at the same time. Im always very happy with my dogs haircut and that isnt always easy with his oddly shaped body lol. I wont be going anywhere else

Absolute worst grooming experience ever. This was the first time I brought my puppy there to be groomed and he was traumatized! First off when I went to pick him up the first thing the cashier told me was that the groomer said the next time I bring my 6 pound puppy back to be groomed he should be TRANQUILIZED. I took one look at my normally happy and yes a bit boisterous dog and realized something was wrong when he made no move towards me and was very quiet. I couldnt wait to get him out of that place. Upon arriving at home I took a closer look at his haircut and realized that there were chunks of hair that were inches longer randomly sticking out around his head and legs. When I called to complain I was put on the phone with the owner who told me my dogs was too difficult for the groomer to handle. He would not give my money back, he would not let me supervise if I chose to bring him back to even out his cut and was a condescending jerk. I want to support my local businesses but after this debacle Ill pay a little extra and visit a big corporate store where they have rules and policies that protect dogs and owners a like. Feast for Beasts is just a terrible place.

Always a great experience. Ive been bringing my dogs there for years now and not only do I get great service and advise from the owner and the staff, but the groomers are very courteous. Always very professional. My dogs always leave happy!!!

The owner is always helpful. The prices are more than fair. I forgot the womans name who works there but she is equally as awesome. Brody loves the healthy food and treat options👌Update dec 2022 4 years later and STILL AWESOME.

Excellent Store! The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and incredibly kind, answered every question I had; and even helped me bring my bags out to the car! Highly Recommended :)

Show here all the time for my dog. Great selection and prices. Friendly service. They will carry items to your car. Have not used their grooming services.

This place is very expensive and not well stocked. The Owner came off very rude and arrogant. They do not care about your pet. Do not bring them here if you care about your pets well being.

I have been here multiple times and every time a bad experience either from rude people, bad customer service, or the workeds actively not caring about our dogsIf you ask me these other good reviews have to be because they either pay well or are family friends of the ownersI cannot dislike a place like i dislike this one

Workers were nice but the owner is rude and said really hurtful things to me just because I didn’t know anything about groomery

Ive been bringing my two dogs there for years. They are treated well and always come back to me happy. I wont bring them anywhere else and trust the groomer with them both.

Rude owner mocked me because I was upset they ruined my dog after a groomery and i wanted some money off for it
