I absolutely love this place! The service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. However, I did feel that the prices were a bit higher than I expected. While the experience was definitely worth it. Overall, it was a great spot that I highly recommended

We LOVE Dapper Dog. “Miss Susie” is our third dog to benefit from their outstanding care. When we were new here we went to a “big box” groomer. One of the technicians, whom I ran into later, told me to switch to Dapper Dog - and we have never looked back. And the “up front” person, Desiree’ really ROCKS!Try it - you and your pup will be very happy you did. 🐶🤩

Dapper Dog is fantastic! Our dog Finn love’s going there and the staff always does an amazing job. They’re easily the best groomer around. Highly recommended!

First time I used them few weeks ago to bring my dog Cash in. They were great and friendly as I expected. Communication is great. Ask any questions bring ur pets in !!

I think I was more nervous than my 5 month old mini Goldendoodle Ginger. She’s never been away from us with someone else that long. However Ginger was as happy as a clam there.The staff was GREAT!! Very professional and affordable

Love Dapper Dog and my Buddy loves them too. I love how they care for my buddy and the haircuts are always awesome. Very happy with their professionalism and best customer service. Hands down to there waiting area. 😊😊😊

Our Riley loves going to visit his friends, they do an amazing job. My family loves the way he looks and smells when he comes home. I see some people complain when they take longer then they feel it should. I know many humans that spend hours at the hair salon and barbershop. Its a place for your pet to chat it up while getting groomed just like how many people do it. They accommodate him everytime and will take care of your pup

I took my snauzer lulu there today and was so happy..this was her 1 st hair cut and was very matted..Dapper Dog made my lulu look Fabulous!!..their prices are reasonable and the one staff member I met was so pleasant..I would highly recommend Dapper Dog for your groomer..They are Awesome!

First timer bringing my little Kingsley to a new spot. I must say it’s a cute small & clean place to bring your dog. Very nice staff & the prices are wonderful. Being fairly new here but had an absolutely amazingspa day for my pound puppy mix and pure bredmastiff. They have the talent and confidence that isneeded with my very different pups. One very lowmaintenance and one extremely HIGH. lol Nothingwas ever a problem for them and they exceeded myexpectations They deserve 5 stars and ALL the isgood. Thanks A million Dapper Dogs. I walked in without an appointment and even though they were extremely busy they took my dog in got a bath and a beautiful haircut. Thank you for all your hard work.

Amazing staff!! They will treat your dogs as if they are their own. They communicate very well all around a great place to bring your fur babies!

I wish I could get my own hair cut here. We have been taking our Yorkie and Yorkie-poo to Dapper Dog for 3 years. Quality of care is excellent--never any cuts or nicks on our little dogs (11 and 13 y/o). Dogs are very relaxed after the grooming experience. Pricing is fair. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Always a positive experience when taking the dogs here--highly recommend Dapper Dog to anyone looking for a groomer.

The manager or receptionist at the front desk is extremely rude, vulgar, and loud. Customer Service is horrible.Today I took my dog for grooming, and wasnt greeted nor did she look at me. She screamed at me, saying, your appointment is for tomorrow! This is not the first time this has happened to me. It is the second time. She did not apologize to me, and shouted, its not her fault and it is mine. Then I replied to her, saying, do you think I am crazy to come twice in your office? She loudly said, Yes, you are crazy! Very unprofessional and rude behavior. I will never go back there and do not recommend to any one either.

My dog enjoyed getting groomed here. He highly recommends Dapper Dog. My dog also got his first cut here and it turned out amazing. Great professional staff. Best of all, my dog was perfectly fluffy and dry unlike some of those places that leave your dog slightly damp.

Experience with Gigi and Hastings over a number of years was perfect in every way. Could not be more pleased. My current dog loves to go. All we have to say to Harrison is Dapper Dog today and his tail wags and he runs to the door. He just could not be happier. Always looks perfect lots of compliments!!

Phenomenal care for your pup. We took our older dog Achilles here when he was still with us and continue to take our new pup, Odysseus as well. They do great work and are amazing with your dogs.

Im so glad I found this groomer! Very nice, loving, professional, confident, on time, & the end result is a gorgeous haircut and a calm, non-traumatized dog!! My 5 year old, long-haired Yorkie had his share of less desirable experiences at other groomers, who really had no idea how to groom his breed. I am very impressed, and will be a frequent customer, knowing there will be no anxiety for either of us when I drop him off at Dapper Dog. Additionally, Ive told my friends with little fur babies to consider a switch to this groomer. Well done Rachel and Staff!!

Our dog is a 70lbs golden retriever who wasn’t too fond of grooming/baths. He’s only been here once but we could tell the difference in his reaction afterwards. He wasn’t running for the door to leave; he actually seemed pleased with the groomer who brought him out. He was super soft and fluffy! His long due haircut was also perfect and how we asked for. He got a bandana and a pretty bow, AND they gave him a bag of treats! All was $65 plus tip (which is optional). The wait time for scheduling appointments was short and his bath took about 2 hours. He looks great and we will definitely visit again.

Love dropping our dog Dunkin for his haircut they are always available for his time good customer service and dog service keep up the good work from our family to yours.

All i can say is my Fur Baby loves coming to Dapper Dog! I wish they would open a day camp bc my dog drags me to the door and at pick up doesnt want to leave. Lol (shes very loved at home)You can tell that they really are animal lovers and go above and beyond with all services. My girl comes home happy and clean EVERYTIME! I recommend Dapper Dog to everyone!

I have two stubborn pups and after visiting several groomers Dapper Dog is once place they dont dig in their heels. The family owned business has been nothing but courteous and professional with myself and most importantly, my pups. The owner has gone out the way to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. Im a tough sell with whom may handle my animals and I truly value the services which Dapper Dog has offered.

Good place with very attentive staff and good groomers. I take my dogs here all the time and don’t have one complaint yet. Just make sure you tell them what stile you like and they will put it in record for next time.

These groomers don’t groom! They don’t like to comb out knots in your dogs hair. I get my yorkie groomed all year and then I bring her here and they shaved her down like a rat! Horrible experience!

Brought my mellow, sweet personality dog in for grooming. Dog came home with an injury (looks like a burn?) Staff admitted something happened but were defensive & rude. Didnt even offer an apology! Their timing & how they handled it was poor to say the least. If they were the last dog groomer on the planet I wouldnt go back there. If I could give zero stars I would.

On Saturday October 17, 2020 I took my two 3yrs old Shih-Tzu babies for grooming at this place for their noon scheduled appointment. I wasn’t in the mood to drive to NYC which is where I usually take them for grooming and since they do an ok job for the price, because they have been groomed before with them, I thought, why not? Big mistake.They were supposed to be ready by 3pm and I was waiting for the call to pick them up. 4pm and nothing, 5pm and nothing and I decided to contact them to make sure that the shop wasn’t going to close with my babies inside.My wife was worried that something might have happened and they didn’t know what to do.At 6pm they handed me the male and told me that in 15-20 minutes the female was going to be ready. They are both very quite and loving creatures and I didn’t notice anything wrong with them for they were happy to be back with us. And as usual slept a little while we drove back home.While at home we noticed the the female wasn’t opening one eye completely and we thought that she might have been looking for extra attention or maybe she got some shampoo on her eyes.The following morning she had secretion on that eye and was a little cloudy. I went to the local CVS and got her eye wash solution to clean anything away and she cried.To make the long story short I took her to the veterinarian and he told us that her cornea was injured. I am an adult an understand that because of the shape of that breeds face it could become challenging to cut the hair around their faces. But to hide what happened is unacceptable. My baby girl cried and was bleeding from her eye in that place and I wasn’t informed about it. That lack of responsibility is not acceptable behavior for a teenager not to mention for adults.I did not and do not intend to make them pay for the veterinary services, I covered that without hurting my finances. And I wasn’t going to write a negative review about them until I called them up on their actions over the phone, couldn’t go in person because customers are not allowed to go inside due to the coronavirus restrictions and precautions. After telling the person on the phone what happened, and how disappointed I was because of their lack of responsibility and professionalism, the only thing I heard back was : OK and they hung up. Unacceptable.My baby girl was completely fine after 2 weeks of care and after finishing writing this review I will forget that this particular place ever existed. But will never forget that she almost went blind because of their apathy and lack of responsibility.

I brought my long-haired cat & they did a lovely job of shaving her down. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean & the pricing is fair. I plan on returning with my puppy as soon as necessary.

Were very pleased with the services of Dapper Dogs. Our two little beagle girls are safe and clean at and after their visits to the Dapper Dogs.

The best hands down! My dogs get all the praise for weeks after they get groomed every time. Good people, fair prices, and top notch grooming. True dog lovers.

They did a great job, but I dont like the timing I dropped off my dogs at 10:30 am and I got them back at 6:30 , 6 hours to to get both of my small dogs groomed , unexceptional and once my dog came home hurt her tail was bleeding , and the staff was not friendly too me she looked at me with an attitude when I come and pick up my dog and say why did it take so long to get my dog groomed , that is why Im giving this place a 1 star review.

We have been taking our dog to Dapper Dog for several years now. Not only do they groom her beautifully, they are very caring and compassionate to my canine friend, and that means the world to me 😃

The receptionist and manager at this place was extremely rude and unprofessional when asked about a review on their website they became extremely defensive they denied to give my dog services because I asked them about a service that they did they were extremely aggressive was getting upset that I was asking questions on why it would take 3 hours to groom my dog that’s less then 30 pounds I have Shih Tzu and I felt like that I was going to be attacked the receptionist made me feel like she was going to physically hit me and the manager was worse I would not recommend nobody to come to this place don’t waste your time don’t waste your money and don’t bring your fur babies here DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG TO DAPPER DOG !!!!

The owner and her associates are professionals, friendly and accommodating. The Dogs are treated well, my baby loves going to Dapper Dog.

Groomer did a great job. I cannot contest that. However I was told I would have to pay more because my dog, who was there for the first time barked the whole time.Very disappointed.

The staff is courteous and very helpful and understanding. VERY AFFORDABLE. My dog came home a little beauty and she wasnt trembling during the ride home after getting groomed. Some dogs hate getting groomed or just going to the groomer...that usually means theyre not used to being groomed or had a bad experience. That wont happen here.....great place so look no further.
