Awesome Veterinary Hospital to bring all of your loved animals! Best prices in the Hudson Valley and they offer all kinds of services to better the health of your pet. They also have training classes that you can take with your dog to teach him tricks and how to be more obedient. Would highly recommend this Vet to anyone that needs there animal healthy again. Lastly they have a pet resort so if you go away on Vacation they will take the best care for your animal.

My fiancé and I have our 4.5-month-old puppy, Ellie, go to Pet n Play a few days during the week because we both just started new jobs and Ellie cant be home alone for 9 hours. I must say this doggy/puppy daycare is amazing. I was worried because Ellie tends to play pretty roughly (being a bully breed). The staff told me not to worry and that they would put her with dogs that are model students. They do have dog trainers that work there because I spoke to one who was educating me on how bully breeds play rougher; she called it gladiator play. On the days Ellie goes, we get multiple pictures of Ellie and her friends playing. The staff is amazing; the drop-off and pick-up process is so easy. They have a little water park with kiddie pools filled with water for those hot days. Every time we drop Ellie off, she is beyond excited to go into the building and see the staff, so they must be doing a wonderful job. This is my first time putting one of my dogs into daycare, and I dont regret it. When we pick her up, she is exhausted from playing with her friends. Ellie, my fiancé, and I are beyond grateful for all the hardworking staff at Pet n Play. If you look at these photos, Ellie is genuinely smiling.🩷

Oswald had a great day at Pet and Play. He came home happy. The staff were wonderful and caring. You can tell how much they love what they do. It makes me feel so much more comfortable know that he will be happy and well cared for when he is there.

I highly recommend! We found the staff a pleasure to work with, helpful in navigating the pet requirements and our dog had a blast! It was nice to be able to get our boy’s influenza vaccine, while he boarded.

I just took my dog Luna for a trial day which is free. The staff spends the day observing Luna to evaluate her play style & see if she is a good fit for the program. They were very easy to work with & answered all my questions. The drop off & pick up was smooth. Luna passed the evaluation process. Im happy to be able to start to send her there for play time. She was happy & tired when I picked her up.

Today was my first Visit at “Pet n Play Resort” and let me tell you I am more than pleased with this establishment! They are so welcoming and kind, I couldn’t be happier. They greet you and your furry friend 🐶🐾 with a smile 😊 upon arrival and explain the entire process in detail, if you’re new there. They provide daily reports & as you can see my puppy “Chanel” had an awesome time 😎. Many of us have anxiety about leaving our fur babies with someone new even if it’s for a few hours, but this resort/doggy daycare is 💯percent trustworthy and affordable. We will definitely be back! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My 2 year old dog has regularly attended there since she was a young pup. Theyve always take great care of her, and shes always super excited each time we arrive there. All the staff appear to love working there, and the dogs all seem happy socializing with each other. Its a huge plus that its owned by veterinarians, and the vets building is on property. Also, they require all dogs to be fully vaccinated and medically clear/healthy to attend daycare.In addition to doggie daycare, they also offer overnight kenneling (which includes feedings of either their dog food or you can bring your own). Theres also a cost-saving Daycare Tuition program when you want to have your dog attend daycare certain set days each week.

Great safe place for puppies and dogs. I like how they send a report card for the day. Shows how the day went and communicates if something happen where action needs to be done. Great helpful friendly staff. This place gives you peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands. Would recommend. Started out as 12 free days included with my puppy plan. Loved it and now continue to use it after the free days. Reasonable price.

Pet n Play Luxury Pet Resort is a great find! A treasure in Newburgh! My little Lola is coming out of her shell and is playing with other dogs! For her that’s a huge step! And I can leave her there with full confidence!

Today was my puppy Bailey’s first day at doggy daycare. I have to say we were both really nervous but thankfully everything went smoothly. From beginning to end everything was smooth and my puppy came home exhausted. He looked so happy and that made me happy. I can’t wait to schedule his next visit. Thank you!

Love this place! I take my pup, Tiger, here all the time and she always leaves happy and exhausted. She loves it here! The staff is very nice and helpful and it’s very convenient to have the vet across the way and to be able to drop Tiger off for the day for play, grooming and vet visits when needed. It’s also really cute when the staff texts us photos of her.

Our dog has a disability that requires a lot of hands on and attention. The staff has been more accommodating than I could imagine! They have all been wonderful to interact with and our pup has had a GREAT day each time attending the daycare

After a serious and life-threatening health incident earlier this year, I was hesitant to bring my dog Poppy back to daycare, let alone boarding for several nights. I started off with a trial day to see how shed do. The staff who took her in to the play area quelled my nerves in regards to noticing signs of another health scare and even gave me a call a few hours later to let me know how Poppy was doing. When I picked her up at the end of the day, it was very clear that she was happy and had the best time!From their veterinary hospital being just steps away from their daycare facility, overnight monitoring, daily report cards, and super attentive staff, I am so so grateful to have found a place that I can trust. Poppy ALWAYS has a blast at Pet N Play, whether shes there for the day or for an extended stay at camp :)

They take amazing care of my dog during the doggie daycare. At the end of the day I love seeing photos of her enjoying her day with her friends. Would highly recommend.

When I go on vacation my dog goes to “camp”. He loves the activities and the chance to socialize with other dogs in a safe and secure setting. He is always happy when I pick him up, and I can relax while I’m away knowing that he is in capable,, loving hands.

My dog loves this place every time she comes home from stay here. She is very happy and relaxed The staff are very friendly. It is just a little on the pricey side. But definitely worth it.

We have been doing boarding (and occasionally daycare) with the Pet N Play for several years now. We have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff are very helpful and flexible in helping meet the needs of our two dogs. We enjoy the updates and photos while we are away. We know our dogs are safe and well cared for there.

Our pet Hopper had his first day of daycare last week. I totally asked a million questions beforehand and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, patient and informative. Even the coordination between the resort and the vet was smooth and extremely friendly and thorough. The report cards they send during the day are adorable and such a nice touch. When I went to pickup him up, the staff was again super friendly, Hopper looked super happy in and good spirits, and just as promised, I took home one very tired pup who definitely seemed to have a blast and got plenty of playtime. He’s going back next week and I feel very comfortable knowing where he’ll be!

The staff at Pet N Play are amazing!!! They take good care of our dig Rosie when she goes for daycare. They will answer any questions you have. They send pictures of her day while shes there. She has boarded with them before and they said she was great. I think it helped with the fact that she knows the staff from going to daycare. I would highly recommend Pet N Play .

Awesome dog day care! Our dog LOVES it so much... he runs to the door when we tell him hes going to daycare for the day. We love the photos and notes they share everyday in our Pet Report Card and seeing our dog play with other dogs makes our day! We trust them entirely with caring for our dog and making sure he has a great day. The staff is so warm and helpful, and they truly care about our pup. Highly recommend!!!!

Super friendly, attentive staff!When we travel, we typically have friends or trusted dog walkers stay in our home. For one reason or another, the well was dry this time so we started checking our local dog boarders.After testing a few places, we went with Pet N Play. Each day we received notes and photos and we picked up three very happy and healthy dogs.

***Update : 11/29/23: My pup Rocket has been to daycare about 3 times now. The staff is very pleasant and communicative. You can have spa services rendered while they are there for the day, which saves tons of time. When you drop off, they use a slip lead and you take your collar and leash. They then place an easy break collar with the dogs name on it. They provide report cards at the end of their visit, letting you know how the day went and provide several photos. Rocket has had a great time, and it really wears him out by the end of the night. I recommend this doggy daycare. Spa services, daycare, vet care, training, and more, all in one place.******Original review: I made a visit here prior to getting my new puppy. The young lady who helped me answer my questions and was very pleasant.Weekday is $55 for the day. Weekends are $65. For first-time visits, they require a meet and greet during the week (so the daycare is full) so that they can evaluate how your pet gets along with the other dogs and for placement with the right size group. Proof of vaccines need to be privided. Weekday hours are 7a-7p, which is great. They have several outdoor sections and even water play for hot days. Once my pup gets a little older and gets all the shots needed, I may bring him here for the days I have to go into the office for longer than my normal.

This place is the best! Our dog loves going here and comes back happy and well-exercised! We get regular updates, they’re super responsive, and very professional. I particularly like how diligent they are about ensuring dogs are fully up to date on vaccines and testing. If not, they’ll help coordinate with the Middlehope Vet (assuming it’s your vet) to get up to speed. Can’t say enough nice things.

My pups seem to enjoy their stay overs. The pics that are provided look like they are having a great time. All the pups look so happy.

We took Shelby our Pit/Pointer mix for her assessment day prior to her stay. Honestly, we used to make faces about pet luxury spas and boy howdy are we converts. The place, the people, the love...wish I could stay there my own human self. Thanks Pet N Play folks.

As a pup, I can confidently bark out my review for Pet n Play! From the moment my pawrents drop me off and I enter, the scents of excitement fill the air, and my paws cant wait to explore. The staff here are like the pack leaders Ive always dreamed of—attentive and caring. They send my pawrents daily report cards with photos of me making new puppy friends. The outdoor areas are spacious, filled with play structures that make my tail wag with joy. I am excited to come back for doggy daycare or a longer stay. When my fur babies came home, they were highly Exhausted, wagging tails, and couldnt walk from playing and having fun with their new furry friends. The staffs hospitality is excellent.

Ok, this is the 4 Seasons of Pet Hotels. Plain and simple, there is no better dog boarding resort around, anywhere, this is the BEST. My pets are my kids, and I never would board them, I would have someone house sit. When I found Pet n Play, that ended. For over 8 years, these people who work there, from the trainers, to the doctors have been truly amazing. Karen has been our point of contact, and has watched and oversaw our dogs, for sometimes, months at a time. Yes, months! The pick-up service is amazing; our dogs run to the car when they arrive. When they come home, they are happy, energetic and never looked better. There grooming service is terrific, and their dog trainer was terrific. Honestly, I could go on for hours, no other placed I would want to leave my dogs, then the Pet N Play resort, true professionals who will love your dogs as much as you do. I cant thank them enough for their love and support of our poochies ! THANK YOU-Chris

I’m changing my original review following a phone call follow-up with Pet N Play.First, I did see tons of dogs happy and coming and going and Pet N Play has gotten tons of positive reviews, and I read them all before choosing them.Our dog has never been boarded or crated, and never without family, but we left him for the weekend with them. They did us a huge favor by taking him, as he isn’t neutered, which was a huge help.We got the platinum package, which included photos that were to be sent. We only received two, but during our phone call follow up, they apologized for not taking a lot and were very responsive.Our dog came back to us very tired and very hungry. I imagine that they played a lot with him, and the follow up call confirmed that. I think some confusion occurred when we picked him up because we didn’t have a log of when he was fed or played with, so there was some confusion which could have been avoided, but the follow up call did provide us with more information and that made us feel a little more calm and reassured.Pet N Play really impressed with their follow up call to my review, which was less than 12hrs later. Karen was very responsive and helped go over his stay, which made me feel a lot better about it. I think they should have live cameras, as other places have, or at least provide the log, which would give peace of mind. But the level of customer relations impressed me and, to be honest, did convince me to use them again if we go back to Duchess County.Overall, I think this was a learning experience for us, and I hope for Pet N Play. The facility has tons of open (but secure, fenced in) space and if the weather is nice, I’m sure it’s an amazing place for dogs to run around. Our little guy got out there, but the weather was not great. Can’t control the weather! For the money and care they clearly show towards customers and “guests”, I think you should also give them a chance.

What a disaster! Made this grooming appointment 2 weeks ago for Sunday 8am.Dropped off our 12 y/o dog 745am informed staff we would be waiting since we do not live close by. My wife and i went to breakfast locally. Forty minutes later we receive a call from the groomer(Rebecca) stating she wont groom our pet because she has no medical history(vaccinations)on our dog. The staff was informed 2 weeks ago when this appointment was made that our dog was up to date medically and was given the name of the veterinary office that has been caring for him his entire life. The staff had 2 weeks to confirm my pets vaccination status. Instead this place waisted my time, even worse my poor dog sat in a crate for 40mins and got stressed out and he still needs to be groomed.

My beloved canine brother Isaac frequented Pet N Play whenever my family and I were traveling. Every time he went, he was taken in with care and by friendly staff who obviously love dogs. He loved playtime and spending time in the outdoor dog playground with the other dogs, and I know that the dogs who stay here are well taken care of, as many of the times we went to pick him up, he was playing with the other dogs. Although Isaac is sadly no longer with us, I will certainly bring my dogs to Pet N Play when I am older and have my own.

I always get my dog groomed here and Bronx always has an excellent experience. Highly Recommend!

I absolutely love Pet N Play Luxury Pet Resort! I was apprehensive about bringing our one year old puppy just anywhere to be groomed, and shes such a homebody. I called Pet N Play to make a grooming appointment and the receptionist was so pleasant and informative on the phone. When I brought Cutie there, they welcomed her, and she quickly warmed up to them. While I was at the front desk giving the loveley receptionist (I think Jennifer) her information, the groomer came out to inform me of a sensitivity she noted about Cuties right ear. I agreed to have the veterinarian take a look at her, and lo and behold she had buildup in her ear and it was starting to get an infection. When I came to pick Cutie up that afternoon, she looked and smelled wonderful, but most important, she seemed comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this facility and feel so happy to have a wonderful place to take Cutie.

10 out of 10! Excellent staff and service. My dogs have been going there, frequently, for years and we’ve always been very happy with the accommodations, even though I have another competitor’s facility closer to me! There’s a reason they’ve been voted Hudson Valleys best a number of times!

Very welcoming staff. We were always afraid of going away and leaving our dogs. We are very pleased with the care the seem to be getting while they are staying at the pet n play. I have 2 Maltese that the staff know by name when we arrive for any care that is needed. I would highly recommend the Pet n Play.

I love the attention and care my dog receives at Pet N Play Resort. When I drop my dog off, I have no worries about whether or not my animal is being treated well.

Our pup loves it here! She cannot wait to get in the door for supervised play, play with training, grooming, or overnights. Employees love their furry clients, and take great care to love on them and keep them happy and safe. She always comes home happy, floofy, and better behaved each time! The groomers do a great job of listening and doing just what you ask. Having such aa great facility attached to an equally excellent vet clinic gives amazing peace of mind, too!

My dogs stayed here for almost 3 months I could not have been happier. The staff treated me with the utmost respect, and my animals were treated better than I could have thought possible. I would definitely recommend them here as I will be bringing them back again soon. They were so clean happy and very well taken care of. I highly recommend Pet And Play Resort for my next pet stay. 2nd major review and update:This resort is a life saver and clutch! Me and my husband were about to leave the country for our wedding anniversary. We wanted to try one of those dog sitting apps this time (rhymes with grover...) and the sitter canceled at the last minute with us, right before our trip!I learned my lesson and shouldve stuck with a professional doggie daycare. Luxury pet n play came thru, 2 hours before I had to leave! Bonus: my dogs vaccination expired and their on-site vet can take care of it during his stay! Having a vet next to them ensures your dog will be well taken care of. On another occasion, my dog broke a nail and the vet fixed it up at no extra charge.Thank you luxury pet n play, you saved my wedding anniversary!

This is the second time my dog Pepper has vacationed with Pet and Play Resort.The people are friendly and professional. They genuinely care for their guests. The facility is clean. My Millie is always greeted warmly when she goes to be groomed. Brittany does a great job of cleaning her up & making her look adorable, again. She is also very attentive to any skin problem that arises. it is comforting to know that the veterinary care is next door, though my main connection with Pet & Play is the grooming part of the larger operation. The entire staff, in both buildings, is very pleasant & helpful. And whoever does the scheduling, does an impressive job.

This was our first time using Pet and Play Luxury Resort and we couldnt have been happier with this facility. We have an older dog with health issues and they took such great care of our dog. When we called to check up on him, Jessica couldnt have been nicer letting us know how well he was adjusting and doing just fine. We have already made his next appointment to stay. I wish we found Pet and Play along time ago!!!!!

I had to go into the hospital suddenly and needed a place for my baby to go.. Middlehope Veterinary is my vet and Ive always seen the Pet n Pllay So I decided to have my friends bring Zephyr to them. He was with them for 3 weeks and the care he got was excellent! They sent me pictures and kept me informed about how he was doing! He had a great time and everyone loved him and he loved everyone there! I was actually worried that when I went to pick him up he be like mom thanks for stopping by come back and see me again tomorrow lol! Would highly recommend!

This place is absolutely wonderful. We would never be able to go away with such confidence for our Golden retriever Princess, if it werent for Pet N Play.Last year she had a stomach upset and they have it treated her and the staff took excellent care of her and she was fine. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and definitely care about their guests. We will never go anywhere else.

Amazing place! We have a 12 week old corgi, who we were absolutely worried about leaving with anyone. We had to go out of town and we were not able to take him with us. We boarded him for 2 days. The staff here was so great and friendly. They made us feel comfortable leaving him. Between their knowledge and love of animals we knew he was safe. They spoiled him and to ease our concerns they even sent us pictures while we were away. They truly went above and beyond all our expectations. So thankful to have found this place.

The resort and the training classes would be a five star review but the grooming Is a one star.My animal was groomed here and they ripped out her fur giving her a bald spot. Not only did they give me a girl who didn’t have much training but she didn’t even inform me. I found out when I returned home. They paid for my vet expense to get her checked out which they gave steroid cream as if that did anything. A year later and she still has no fur and it bothers her to this day! I find it mind boggling that nobody told me. The girl didn’t even call to apologize. I never took her back ever again. People need honesty here. Don’t hide it cause someone will look at their animal especially paying those prices for grooming.

Pet N Play is the best place for your furry babies to be. Our Mocha was a little shy at first and with the help of the wonderful staff and private daycare, she has overcome her shyness.She attends twice a week and when she comes home she is exhausted from playing with her friends. She has also stayed at the hotel and I received pictures and updates the entire time. Needless to say, we LOVE Pet N Play!!

I use to take my Cokerpoo to another Pet resort in the area and when I would pick her up she would always seem so withdrawn and unhappy, but not with Pet N Play Luxury Pet Resort! I love they way they take care of my Coco Chanel when I go on vacation. She is always happy when I go pick her up after a long vacation. She is never withdrawn. They even called me when she stayed there the first time because she wasnt eating. She is such a finicky eater. They asked me what she may like and they bought it for her. (In this case it was roast beef cold cuts) They are very attentive to all their guests! I even pay the extra money for the extra attention. It is well worth it! Thanks Pet N Play!! Horrible Experience. Would give zero stars, if possible. They do not check your dogs vaccination records at all and do not care about the health of your dog. They will lie day and night to cover themselves, will not own up to any mistakes, ignore your phone calls because they know they are in the wrong, and take zero accountability for their actions, even when it comes to the health of an animal. I brought my dog there, had sent over his vaccination records prior to him attending, and the staff told me he was able to come. I came to find out that he did not have the bordetella vaccine which was mandatory to attend. My dog attended with his cousin who did have the bordetella vaccine and DID NOT get sick. The staff was negligent and did not inform me that he needed this vaccine. My dog ended up contracting bordetella that turned into bronchitis, spreading it to my other 3 dogs. All 4 of my dogs were sick for weeks due to the fault of this staff. My mother and I made numerous trips to the animal hospital accruing bills in the amount of over $1,500. Even until now, the staff has refused to take any accountability and will not reimburse, not even a penny to us. We have spoken to many different staff members from both the Pet-N-Play and the attached veterinary hospital. We explained what occured to the Middlehope Vet and he is the only one who has acknowledged any fault, stating “we are sorry, please give us another chance”, while the staff at the pet-n-play does not care one bit, and is blatantly ignoring our phone calls. Will never attend this place again, nor will my cousin.

I was reluctant to board Annie anywhere but when I visited the facility and spoke to the amazing staff I was confident that Annie would have a vacation when we did! She had a GREAT time! We first introduced her to Pet N Play by going a couple of times to Doggie Daycare first to acclimate her. She was so anxious to go the second time, she didnt even look back and tried to open the second doorway to get in! She developed good dog and people friends during her 9 night stay. I will bring her to doggie daycare from now on once a week to play and for any extended stays and relax knowing shes in good hands!

I have lost confidence in this establishment. 8 months of patronage resulted in a dog who once jumped with excitement into the car to a dog who refused to get into the car and came home and hid in the bathtub. He was referred to as the gentle giant. What happened I dont know. But I must consider poor staff training and lack of knowledge. My dog required sedatives to go to a place that once made him happy. Thank God we ended our ties. They just werent the right fit for our gentle loving best friend and family pup.

Middlehope Cares. In addition to a friendly and helpful staff, they make your pups health and best interests a priority. Weve recently moved out of the area and have tried out a couple doggy daycare places and none have shown the same care and attention to our pup like Middlehope did. The size of the facilities are just right and number of pups in the playgroup are key. Thank you again for everything and miss everyone very much!

Finn has been attending daycare a few days a week for nearly 2 years. He started as a timid, shy little guy and has really blossomed! I understand he is their go to guy for temperment testing of new attendees - what a difference!Cant say enough good things about the staff at daycare and the vet office - they give Finn lots of attention and love and me peace of mind. Well worth it!!

Im sorry I didnt post this sooner, but my family requested i do it ASAP. About a year ago my dog, Brownie, was diagnosed with cancer in her spine. the doctors there bent over backwards and sideways on trying to find ways to make her comfortable in the last months of her life. Medications after medications, they gave us another precious month with her. Their dedication to make sure their furry clients are comfortable is so touching to see.Come the unfortunate time of Brownie’s euthanization, the staff of both the Vet side and Pet N’ Play resort came to say their goodbyes, as if Brownie was their own. They made saying Goodbye so much easier.Their ability to accommodate for our emergency was simply amazing. Thank you guys!

Second time we have used them and couldnt be happier. Decent rates and great employees. I know my baby tahlullah was cared for. Play areas for all types and ages of pets, and individual sleeping areas. Highly recomended.

Pet N Play is quite simply the best doggie daycare facility I have ever seen (and I have seen quite a few) or heard of. My dog goes into a state of ecstasy when he realizes that I am taking him to Pet N Play. Spending the day at Pet N Play is spending a day in paradise for my lucky dog.

It was a vry positive experience for me and my pet! They are a very loving and attentive staff. I wish I had known about them years ago; I think I would have made the trip across the county to be able to avail myself of their services. Living in Newburgh now makes it very easy and I am grateful to find such good care near home.

My puppy, Porter, has been going to the Pet-N-Play Resort for Daycare since he was 10 weeks old and absolutely LOVES it! The staff have been incredibly sweet and caring since the 1st day and as a pet owner I couldnt ask for more!

Our dos play here twice a week (spoiled rotten). They love it and always have a great day. We have not seen much staff turn over and everyone seems to be enjoying there job.

Love Middlehope Pet N Play Resort. They are so professional and so accommodating!!! They go out of their way to make us happy!!!! They get 5 stars for always being there when we need them!!! The employees are wonderful and they truly care for the pets!!!

Great staff. Never feel uncomfortable leaving our dogs.It was great that they texted me a picture, with a little text that he was doing great. What a nice surprise. The process was so easy, and they were very accomodating

Prices are actually kind of decent they even beat out PetSmart as far as grooming goes you just have to make sure they are up to date on every single shot even influenza or they wont even let you in the door with your pet and you have to bring proof so make sure you have paperwork other than that they are all very friendly they know what theyre talking about I can give an update after I get my dog his influential shot and finally get him in there

Last fall, my dog (Kasha) won a free overnight stay here from 100.7 WHUD and she came home so happy and never wanted to leave Pet N Play! Great place for dogs!!!

Only took a tour & i would never leave my dogs at a place like this. It was chaos in the backroom. Dogs all over the place, they had dogs in crates stacked on top of each other in the walkway area, and the dogs in them were barking nonstop & had no food or water in them. This placed gave me anxiety, i could not imagine leaving my dog there.

Great service and I love the report card at the end of the day. We will be coming back. Its worth it to know my baby is in good hands.

We would trust Pet N Play with our children, if we had any. Until then, it is hands down the best place to bring your pooch: spotless facilities and a terrific, caring staff.

Boarded my dog here and they were fantastic at keeping in touch with me. Super friendly staff and Buddy came out each time happy, healthy and rested.

BEWARE of this place. I just need to warn everyone... if you decide to ever board your pup here you WILL NEVER board them anywhere else.Leonidas, our 2 and a half year old Pitt-Mix, has been described to us as “high energy.” We call him psychotic.This is the only place that takes my boy and NEVER judges him for his craziness. He is a handful and a half but when Leo comes back home he is spent. He would nap for a day and a half after coming back from Pet N Play.Leo loves other dogs. Sometimes a little too much. Remember I said he’s a psycho, most other dogs will not appreciate that. Pet N Play assures me Leo will get his play time. We have made surprise visits and watched Leo getting his play time. That dopey tongue out face while he’s running full speed is WORTH every moment.This is worth all the money in the world. Knowing when you go out of the country or on vacation your pup is being loved and cared for. This place might be a little bit more expensive, a little bit out of the way(we used to live 2 hours away... THEY WILL EVEN PICK UP YOUR PUP), but I do not care and if you love your 4 legged fur baby, make sure you do them a solid (and yourself) send them here.I do not write reviews at all. But I think this place needs an honest review every now and then and here it is. Thanks again you guys.

They gave my dog away and charged me for their mistake. During the ensuing phone conversation I was insulted several times, unapologetically by one of their representatives. They then charged me for that. Unacceptable.

Pet N Play is over 50 minutes from where we live. We continue to prefer this wonderful service over anything we have locally. Grooming, day care, boarding are services from our experience that are truly a cut above any we have experienced. Our dog, Dante, is 14 years old. He has had services from Florida, Michigan and New York. We have always been very satisfied with the wonderful grooming he has had at Pet N Play. When we go on vacations or take trips, Dante goes to Pet N Play. He comes home a happy dog. He looks great. He is in excellent condition. We will be going to Florida for the winter season. We wish we had a service in our Florida location that is even close to our experience at Pet N Play. We love the staff...they are remarkable. Unequivocally, this is the best pet service we have ever had for our dog, Dante.

Best place for our pit bull mix!! Weve been taking our dog here for 8 years now and we would never take him anywhere else. When I pull out how red Pet n Play bag, my dog goes nuts and cant contain himself. He is always excited when he goes there and the staff loves playing with him. I couldnt ask for anything better! Highly recommended.

My four legged children, Elvis Presley and Elton John, love staying here when I have to travel. The professional staff here takes wonderful care of them and they know their personalities and what they enjoy and make sure they are comfortable and happy when they stay here.I am very, very careful about who cares for my dogs and I would wholeheartedly recommend Pet N Play Luxury Pet Rexort. The staff makes it their business to know my dogs and what they enjoy doing, and take care of any special requests that I have for my pets. I can also rest assured that if there is any medical concerns that they have, they can be attended to by the Middlehope Veterinary Services next door.When I make reservations to have Elvis and Elton stay over, the staff always gets excited, and they make every effort to make sure I get the room I think they like.The newly renovated play yards are fantastic. They are clean, safe, have state-of-the art AstroTurf play areas and a new water park. Each play area (segregated by size) is supervised and the dogs have a great time playing with friends and enjoying activity time.I have been bringing my dogs here for years, and they enjoy visiting here six plus times per year. The staff at Pet N Play are awesome and I never have to worry that they are being taken care of the way I want them to. My opinion, best in the Hudson Valley.

Middlehope Pet N Play Resort is the only place I will leave my rescue dog Max. He loves to be there and is completely relaxed when he comes home. We drive an hour to get there as we live in Westchester County and I wouldnt have it any other way. The staff is on point at all times with all of the animals whether they are in the play area or inside. I cant say enough about the Resort other than it will meet your expectations, put you at ease while you are away and most importantly make your pet a priority.
