FairyTails Pet Grooming

The first time I took my dog here, I told the lady beforehand that he is old and snappy. It was not a problem and his haircut was everything I could have hoped for. Second time she told us she couldnt finish his face/chin area because he was nipping at her. We have paid the price asked plus tips both visits. Today we took him and he barked and nipped at her and she refused to cut his hair and we hadnt even left the office from dropping him off. She thinks we need to bring him to a vet and get him meds to calm him down. He suffers from anxiety and separation anxiety and hes little. Shouldnt this business be equipped with muzzles or something to help get him through the haircut. Worst of all when I texted and questioned her, she never responded. Im beyond upset and to think I sung her praises this whole time about how wonderful they were at Fairy Tales. She could have at least had the common courtesy to respond to my messages. We paid good money for his grooming and to say Im bitter is an under statement. Its her job and god forbid every dog isnt docile.

Miranda is the best. We brought our 3 month old Yorkie in for her first grooming. Awesome! is all I have to say. Also looking forward to working with Chelsea in the near future.What a great pet grooming shop. They love each and every pet that enters the shop.

Miranda always does a great job with Finn. Always kind, helpful and friendly.

My dog has never had a better haircut. Miranda is amazingly friendly and super good at what she does.
