Thank you for taking care of Charlie! What a dedicated staff of true dog lovers. Hes so happy to be matte-free and able to see. You may have created a little diva with such well-groomed brows...he can now see well enough to demand things. Im so very thankful for the time, effort, and energy you showered him with at your shop!(**tip for future owners: grooming can take hours, definitely head home after dropping off or plan plenty of errands**)

Kind professional, and caring. My Molly girl loves it there. By the third trip she was pulling me up the ramp to get inside and get her grooming done. Thank you for your patience Jackie.

My dog needed grooming by way of a bath and to fresh up but she did not need a trim. I called and a very polite women answered the phone and said she would check with the groomer and get back to me. 24 hours later and I had heard nothing. Called someone else and was in that day. Im sorry but I can only give 2 stars because their customer service in really lacking.

Sharon from Splashtastic Paws in Oxford, NY is absolutely the best groomer in the area. She has been grooming my dogs since August 2020. I could not get an appointment with my previous groomer and luckily I called and Sharon happened to have an availability for my three extremely hairy pups. They instantly took a liking to her. My boys wag their tails when they see Sharon and go right into the grooming area, which is exactly what I want to have happen. She is experienced and knowledgeable with my breed and they always come out looking sharp! Perfect hair and a cute ascot around their neck. Although new to your area, Sharon and the other groomers have been around for a while and this is the perfect example of gaining knowledge and breaking out on your own to start a business. Not once have I seen any cut, scrape, or irritation after a groom. Just adorably fluffy and good smelling boys. This review is long overdue. Splashtastic Paws in Oxford, NY does an excellent job and handles my dog with complete care.Have been coming to Sharon for years now and will continue. Highly recommend booking your pups grooming appointment here!

They are wonderful! Took my friends doggie Teddy for spa day ! They made both of us feel right at home!! Great vibe and very clean. Teddy didnt want to leave! He goes back soon! Great staff so friendly !

My dog is now two and has been going to his groomer since he was 8 weeks old. He was so comfy at the new location and like always he looked and smelled so good. Worth the drive !!!

Fantastic pet salon with amazing staff! Sharon (one of the owners) has been grooming my baby since he was a pup at Petco. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with him. Traveling an hour to the Splashtastic Paws with a lil bit o magic, now that they opened their own shop (They are THAT good). If your looking for groomers that care about your pet and it is more than a “job” for them, this is we’re you need to go. The staff they have assembled are very friendly, the salon is clean, and most importantly the level of grooming is top notch. Highly highly recommend!
