We have been taking our Shih Tzu, Thor, to Brookfarm since he was 8 weeks old, since 2015. The vets and staff are great! The only issue we have is waiting time. We were the 1st appointment of the day and waited 1/2 hour to be seen.

Skylar and Dr Hilyard are the best team Ive ever had look at my cat. Im one of those difficult people about their pets where I question every move theyre going to make. They didnt get upset with me they explained everything they were so thorough and gentle with my cat that I could not thank them enough. Trust me they will treat your pet like its their own and you cant ask for any more than that.

Dr. Evan was knowledgeable and handled our new pup with love. He took the time to sit and get to know my family and i before jumping into the routine visit. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. We even got to meet some other adorable pups in the lobby. It was one of the most peaceful vet visit I have ever experienced. Thank you for the amazing service you provided to us today. We will be returning to Brook Farm!

Dr. Kanouse and his staff have always provided phenomenal care for my dog since she was a young pup, and now, adulthood. Besides well visits etc., we’ve had a few emergencies requiring as soon as possible appointments. Dr. Kanouse and his staff never disappoints. I’ve always been able to get an appointment within reason. More importantly, Dr. Kanouse never recommends unnecessary treatments which helps tremendously with our budget. He’s the real deal. An attentive listener who’s kind and compassionate. Our dog continues to thrive under the care of Brook Farm. I highly recommend.

We had a great first experience. We were welcomed in on a Saturday with a kitty emergency. The staff were kind, helpful, knowledgeable and calming. My kitty has a complicated history so I appreciated the time spent listening and the honesty & clarity from the Dr. about next steps.

My husband brought Luci in on Saturday 11/23 for a lump we discovered on her leg. He had to wait 40 minutes past the scheduled 1:00pm appointment to only have the doctor spend about 10 minutes with Luci. The doctor explained that any test they do may come back inconclusive?We understand there is no certainty in any test but geez to do nothing….. Not even a simple biopsy which could have guided us in a direction of what we need to do next!We are very disappointed!!

Excellent customer service! The clinic is really clean and modern. It is easy to schedule appointments, and the vets are always responsive. The boarding facilities are big and beautiful, and my Golden Retriever is happy when she boards there.

I go away at peace when I board my guys at Brook Farm. The entire staff is so caring and nurturing. My boys come back happy and I know from the daily text messages they send that they are being well cared for. Thank you to the entire staff for being so wonderful!!!

I reside in both NYC and up here in Pawling (near Patterson) so I would use Brook Farm as my backup. However, after meeting Dr. Evan Kanouse, Im sold. Brook Farm is my primary now. This guy really takes the time to get to know your dog. Its so rare these days.Come to find out his wife is also involved in the practice, and shes lovely. And on top of that, Jesse, another employee who I just so happened to know from a previous life also now works here? Unreal.Theres no reason to shop around if youre a new pet owner or whatever. Just go to Brook Farm.

We had an emergency Friday late afternoon, our girl had a gash on her leg. We called and Kira said bring her in as soon as you get into town. Dr Hilyard and the staff were wonderful, kind & caring. The fact that they stayed and waited for her arrival, the care given shows they truly care for fur kids. Thank you

Dr Kanose is so patient and respectful. My big dog gets very nervous and we have had two very positive experiences for wellness visits after having to be drugged for previous visits. Sammy says “thank you for the ball and cookie”. 💕

I absolutely love bringing my dogs to this vet. I have two German Shepard’s females and im their only owner so they are very protective of me. The vets are very understanding of their breed and make it the best experience possible for them. My girl Lola doesn’t like men generally but absolutely loves the vet! I can be comfortable knowing they are in good hands every-time I go. We will be going to this vet forever!

This morning my dog woke up and was having urinary issues. I called the vet to see what we can do. The office staff was amazing, they got Luvy in right away. As soon as we got there Dr. Clark took such amazing care of her. Dr. Clark and her assistants explained everything that they were doing to her and what medications she needed. Brook Farm veterinary is truly the best and we love going there.

I’ve been looking for a vet since moving to the area and soo happy I found them. Tried other places and didn’t really like them but loved it here. They’re clean, extremely nice, fast (pretty much no wait), knowledgeable ( provided so much information and websites to understand my cat asthma), the best part takes the time to answer any questions happily and of course gentle handling of my kitty so reducing my kitty’s stress. Making them my permanent vet

I have a rescue dog who is almost 100 pounds and nervous when with strangers. The staff at Brook Farm made my dog feel comfortable and they gave her what she needed to be relaxed while there. Will be booking again next week!

I called Brook Farm in the morning requesting an appointment for my sick dog. They were able to get us in that afternoon. We saw Dr. Hillyard who took great care of our dog, took x-rays and provided medicine.

I brought my dog in for an emergency situation and they took excellent care of her. They explained everything in detail and they made me feel like as if dakota was their own. I definitely will be coming back!

The best vet office! Staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. Drs are so good at making my very hyper French bulldog comfortable getting shots and blood taken. My dog Buttercup loves going to the vet just to see all the people lol

I have used Brook Farm for decades. They truly care about the animals and give my furry companions the best care and lots of love. Dr. Kanouse is thoughtful and I trust him because he listens and shares his thinking.

So disappointed. I spent thousands of dollars and multiple vet visits .this year alone …. back and forth with my many animals.. felt like all it was was a drain on my finances. Never able to get a diagnosis- just a try this try that .. knowing what medicine may really be able to work! AND I’m not the only one this happened to …Final straw was one of my babies had to be put to sleep , never even received a condolence from the office iin My 50 years of owning animals - this is the first time this has ever happened, then they never even called me to tell me they had her ashes!!! (3 weeks I finally got her home) Switched vets for a second opinion on another of my babies/ one visit, hundreds less , he was fixed! ! Steer clear.. all they want is for you to keep brining your animals back for more money . You can never just call and speak to office -always routed through call center .. very disappointed to say the least !( however Dr. Hilliard was a wonderful addition I must say! )

Dr. K is knowledgeable and provides a efficient quick visits every time. Our dogs have been going to Brookfarm for over 10 years. Jian is super helpful and makes sure I am in and out in a timely manner. Thank you!

Brook Farm Veterinary & Lodging is the Best! I started with Brook Farm by taking our 2 dogs there for Christmas photos.In 2019 our Pomeranian was having coughing issues which our previous vet couldnt diagnosis for about a year so all treatments they suggested didnt help.As the coughing worsened, we finally decided to get a second opinion & picked Brook Farm since they were so loving during the Christmas photo events.Dr. Kanouse knew right away what the problem was and started her on meds for a calapse thriaca..3 yrs later our Priscilla is doing amazing for a 14 plus year old Pomeranian....Thanks to Dr.Kanouse & Dr.Clark!! That same year, soon after diagnosing Priscilla we had to send our Husky to heaven.We were so heartbroken, but full of love & compassion Dr.Clark came to the house and put our Dante to sleep under his favorite tree. Since then we have been taking Priscilla to Brook Farm and Dr. Kanouse & Dr. Clark along with the staff have been nothing less than excellent!! During Covid when we had to wait in our cars while our pets were being examined, we were given a iPad so we could view the visit & we were given a goodie bag with water & snacks!! Recently I had to go on a business trip & used Brook Farm Lodging. Leaving our pets can be difficult, but you feel the warmth, care & comfort at Brook Farm. They are the best!! They make check-in & check-out easy. They send photos & updates. Molly at Brook Farm took care of our Priscilla & when she brought Priscilla to me during pick up, you could feel the love & attention Priscilla recieved during her stay!! I took my furgirl Cookie to Brookfarm on Monday 10/14 to have her checked out because she started having an urgent need to pee, but only droplets coming out, some with a tinge of blood. Also checked her for ear infection because she’s been scratch it a lot and became red and irritated. The doctor and assistant were very nice and thourogh, checked her bladder and didn’t suspect kidney stones. Then informed me that my furgirl gas an ear infection, cleaned her ears, and put the ear med in. Gave her a script for amoxicillin for possible UTI. Overall, my furgirl and I had a pleasant experience.

Brought Chester in for his annual with Dr Kanouse. Dr Kanouse is always very kind and caring with Chester. The appointment went great.

One of our dogs had a lovely 5 day spa stay and came home clean and happy! Needing medication and an eye on him while we were away, as he has a seizure condition and is medicated, I was happy to find a hospital that does boarding. He was in good hands here and came home in good spirits. We also got updates through his stay, which is really nice. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Brooke Farm veterinary center. They are always available to answer any questions, and if I have any problems with my pets, I’m usually seen that day without a problem. I had to suddenly put my beloved dog down in September and the Support and compassion that I received from the entire staff was profound. They are always professional and honest, and I trust them to the fullest to take care of all my pets. Dr. Kanouse and his staff, including the new vet that just started in January work collaboratively, and I appreciate, especially being in medicine myself, that they always listen. They also are never pushy with anything you’re hesitant to do with your pet. Over the past five years, I feel as though they have improved on all aspects. We brought our six month old puppy here to be boarded for a week. Staff was efficient professional and extremely friendly. Our puppy loved it there we will be using them again.

We love this office! The techs and Vet are kind and compassionate, and they take the time to really explain whats going on with your pet. We have a reactive dog and the team stays so calm and kind throughout the appointment. Its always spotless in the lobby and the treatment rooms, and the front desk staff are polite and professional.

I found Brook Farm through a great personal recommendation. She was exceptionally pleased, and so am I. I’ve been taking my pups here for years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Kanouse and Dr. Hillyard are knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. Dr. Kanouse recently removed a couple of tumors from one of my pups. He made sure I was comfortable with the surgery and answered any questions I had. I am happy to say she is doing wonderfully.

We’ve been coming to brook farm for years. They’re so good with my dogs! Sweet and caring!

I brought my dog in as an emergency as she had taken some stitches out of her leg and was bleeding. They got me right in. Dr. Kanouse and the staff took care of the issue right then and there. I couldn’t be more grateful!

Horrible experiences here. They are rough and aggressive with dogs, they keep horrible records, and they are thieves who are only out for money. I took my dog in for her yearly shots including thr necessary ones for boarding. Two months later I went to board her. And they tried telling me she needed her shots(the exact same ones she got Two months prior) I had my receipts. They argued with me and said it was not on her record and I had to pay $600 to get the shots done so she could be boarded. I immediately dropped them as a vet. And had struggles with a new one due to inaccurate records which ALSO HAD OTHER DOGS RECORDS ON IT.NEVER EVER GO TO THIS VET AND GET YOUR PETS OUT OF HERE!!!!To your response, I do not appreciate being basically called a liar. That is exactly what happened. You take advantage of people knowing they most likely can not find another place to board on such short notice by requiring shots you have given 2 months prior. You also try to do surgeries before clearing up health issues that could kill a dog if not resolved before surgery just for the money. I have no interest in ever bringing another living creature to your facility and I will continue to warn others not to do so.

I cant say enough great things about this facility. Im a dog groomer so Im super careful and neurotic about where I take my dog. I found Brook Farm on google with great reviews and decided I would take my Duke there for boarding. Originally it was supposed to be one week but with relocating I had to extend it multiple times, the staff was more than accommodating and understanding and have taken the best care of my boy. If youre unsure of where to board or in the market for a new vet, please bring them here!

Mushu loves Dr. Kanouse and the entire team at BROOKFARM! He is almost 5 years old and in perfect health!

We have used lodging at Brook Farm for several years. We are very comfortable leaving our dog here. He is known to Dr. Kanouse and staff and seems to do very well. I appreciated receiving daily photos of him during this stay. The staff at Brook Farm are very friendly and take very good care of our Joker!! We have piece of mind while on vacation that our pet is well cared for.

Dr Jessica Hillyard, who recently joined the practice, has the most amazing ability to calm down our crazy dog through a soft voice and eye contact!We had to board our pups while work was being done on our house. As always, every member of the Brook Farm treated our fur babies like members of their own family. Our pups came home having had a bath, nail trim and excellent care. We’ve used Brook Farm for many years and always feel confident that our precious pups are getting the best care. Thank you!

Very caring staff, not only for the animals that they take care of, sbut for their owners as well. They also are ver accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments.

I am a senior on social security and was looking for low cost neutering. When I was googling it they suggested Brook farm. For 75 you could buy a coupon for $500-$600 off cost . My own vet quoted me $400 so thought I would be almost free there. After I bought the coupon was sent an estimate off over $500 with the coupon!! Was she misleading! I requested my $75 back as of course I used my own vet! This is a terrible scam! Never again. Consumers beware. They would not refund me by money. Shame on them!

Great Veterinary service, Dr Kanouse is awesome - very personal with your pet, They also offer boarding for your dogs if you travel. - at competitive rates. Only negatives are they take a while to get to you at the front desk, both check in and billing. Not a discount office, but you get great care - so be prepared.

The entire staff prioritizes your pup. They understand what a pet is, and how much they are a part of your family and treat them accordingly. Staff is very professional and respectful. Dr. Kanouse and staff are awesome.

We secured a same day sick appointment for our dog Shelton who was acting limp in one leg. The vet got down on the ground to do the exam. We appreciate the kind consideration. The staff was very patient with my very skittish dog Tucker. They took the time to make Tucker comfortable with them being in the room before beginning his examination. In the end, the completed everything we had discussed prior.

This place is pretty, peaceful, and always easy to get our dogs into. Dr Hillyard is a saint who has navigated emotionally charged concerns about our older dog with patience and compassion. Cannot recommend her enough as a vet.

I was super late…. And had my senior dog who just couldn’t stand the thought of not coming without an appt lol. So yes the crazy lady came with 3 dogs instead of two. Guess what the doctor and his whole staff helped me. They didn’t rush me out although I could imagine they were looking forward to go home. I had never heard of a holistic, alternative medicine vet until I met Dr. Mihok. At the time we had brought in our little old man puppy, suffering in obvious pain from a chain reaction of symptoms we could not decipher, I didnt care what he specialized in. I thought wed be going home with an empty leash and shattered hearts.The minute we walked into the center it was obvious that every staff member had an ongoing love affair with animals. Their concern and compassion comforted us while our dog Phaeda was treated. They showed us how to administer an IV drip and what holistic medicinal treatment to begin. Dr. Mihok was honest and let us know if Phaeda didnt respond to his treatment plan, wed be having a very different conversation. Because our dog stubbornly refuses to learn our language, Phaeda couldnt tell us that he had acute pancreatitis and a debilitating food allergy, but Dr. Mihok did. By following Dr. Mihoks treatment plan, a month later, Phaeda is now thriving and 99% back to his rambunctious self. Hes putting on weight, is alert, back to his puppy like antics...he doesnt realize hes an old man puppy you see.Thank you all at Brook Farm, thank God for people like you. We know full well at Phaedas age, we only have a few more years with our furry child, but they are a gift and a blessing. We have boarded our pup at Brook Farm many times and will do so in the future. Our pup is in good hands there. We also treat our dog to a spa day there during her longer stays. She always comes out smelling awesome and her nails trimmed perfectly.

We took our puppy there to be spayed back in December and we loved this vet so much that we will take all three of our dogs there for wellness visits throughout the year. The office is sparkling clean, and the staff is so nice and helpful. Our dog Moose was injured and they followed up with check-in phone calls to make sure his healing process was going well and to ensure all of our questions were answered. Thank you, Brook Farm!

I have been using Brookfarm Veterinary Center for many years with my dogs and cats. My dog went in to get spayed today. From beginning to end, the staff calmed my nerves. We were in today for or pup to have a tooth he had broken removed and things couldn’t have been easier. We were well informed prior to arrive of what to expect, were updated throughout the day as to his status and when to return to pick him up. I always enjoy coming to Brook Farm! First of all, it’s always clean. The staff is friendly, always checking on the people & of course coming to pet the dogs or cats waiting. The staff is so patient with my anxious pup. Plus this last visit we were given a little goody bag!They know I know my dog best and allow me to be a part of his treatment so he will remain calm.We hope to continue at Brook Farm for years to come!

I had to board six dogs while I had surgery and recovery. The care they received was excellent. The kennel staff were so helpful getting them in and out of the car. They came home happy and healthy. That’s the best you can hope for any day.

Dr. K and staff are always amazing to my pup, my kids and myself! My pup has a thyroid issue and they are consistently checking in and doing blood work to make sure he is receiving the best dose of medication to keep him as healthy as ever. This is the 3rd time we had our Bella stay at Brookfarm and every time she came home she was just as we left her.of course she was very happy to be in her own home. The girls do a great job with updates and pictures of her outside. The comments were all great every day! I have to say that Bella is a very easy dog who ❤️ everyone. Been going to Brook Farm for about 3 years now for our German Shepherd Puppy and 2 adult cats. I sought out another Vet because after each visit my gut told me our pets were not getting the proper care they needed. (I believe as one gets older ones 6th sense kicks in for this sort of thing.) No cookie cutter assembly line approach @ Brook Farm. When they say your pets health is our lifes passion, well its more than a slogan. For me, from the initial intake telephone call, to the actual visit, and then to the follow-ups afterwords, one can see that these people really care about animals. For me living in Danbury, its a hike up there, but how does one put a value on peace of mind for ones 4 legged companions that cant speak for themselves?

Wonderful place. Staff is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. Cannot recommend Brook Farm any higher as your pets primary vet.

Brook Farm Veterinary Center has been taking care of our dogs since we moved here from Illinois 4 years ago. Dr. Kanouse and Dr. Clark are so caring and take their time explaining their treatment methods. I have never worried when our pets have boarded with them. All staff are professional, personable and compassionate. I recommend Brook Farm to care for your pets.

Unfortunately there is to much to review here but we used Brookfarm vet and boarding for years. We have 3 dogs. I loved Dr Kanouse and referred him and the Brookfarm boarding facility to everyone. The last few years (starting before Covid) they have went downhill. We stuck with them but things never got better. Whether your waiting in the lobby or your car you will have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to be seen for your appointment. Every time. You can barely get through on the phone to someone, they can not seem to get the clients figured out correctly (we have been charged for other clients on our credit card more then a few times), the staff doesn’t seem to communicate with each other because you will get a different story from every person that answers the phone and there seems to be new employees constantly who can’t fix or make a decision without speaking to management. The feeding and schedule has not been followed during my dogs boarding stay more then once and it takes so long to check in for boarding and even longer to pick your pets up from boarding. Management seems non existent. I have requested phone calls from management and they won’t call me back. We will not be using Brookfarm ever again in the future. We have started using a much more professional place.

Dr. KANOUSE was very thorough, gentle and caring throughout the exam. Emily the vet tech was sweet and showed loving care whole holding my little dog. The receptionist was very nice and helpful as well. My appt was for Tuesday after holiday and it wasnt as crazy crowded as it could be.

I brought my dog here last year for the free vaccine clinic. We liked them so much, we decided to bring my black Labrador back when she had an ear infection. I was able to make a same day appointment, and they worked around my schedule. There was very little wait time, and we were seen promptly. My dog who is normally stressed in new environments was not stressed at all. Courtney and Dr. Kanouse were excellent, knowledgeable and great with her. We had a very positive experience.

Would give zero stars if I could. I am beyond mortified at how my dog was treated- with me in the room!! My dog is a super calm and friendly dog, but when I brought her here, she was terrified because of how they treat her. No patience, no kindness. They are incredibly aggressive and will scare the heck out of your dog if they aren’t already nervous.

Dr Kate is wonderful. She checked out our new puppy and listened and answered all my questions. She is also wonderful with our almost 2 yr old dog and was so compassionate this year as we had to say goodbye to our two sr fur babies

Absolutely outstanding vet! They have treated a few of my cats and my dog Diesel and everytime its been a great experience! Diesel loves the staff and weekly grooming they provide. The doctors always answer all my questions while Im there and always call me back when I call with a question! I tried other vets and none were as friendly or as knowledgeable as the Doctors and staff at Brook Farm! Kevin the vet tech always asks how my animals are doing and is very polite and helpful! The staff at the front is always nice and willing to accommodate you. Every employee at this facility loves and cares about animals and it shows!

Brook Farm has taken care of our sweet Sadie since day one. Every visit they have been so kind and very informative. You can tell that they take pride in their business and truly treat your family like their own.

Dr Knaus Saw our dog, Tony at 8:30 AM on a Saturday morning. Our dog is old and ailing, and he was very kind and generous with us.

The staff shows such a caring attitude toward me and my pets. They are so compassionate and I know the pet is getting the best of care. When I needed to put my dog to sleep after 16.5 years and a major stroke, they were such a comfort for myself and Scrappy. I rescued another older dog with medical problems and Brook Farm welcomed Little Man with such love and tenderness.I have been with this center for 17 or more years and would reccommend them to everyone. Even though I moved 40 min. away, I still travel to them for my pets care.Kathi

My dogs have received nothing but exceptional care by Dr. Kanouse. My 2 1/2 year old paralyzed dog was having difficulty breathing. I called and Dr. Kanouse and his technician attended to Snoop quickly. He spent time with me as Snoop’s concerned mom and explained everything that was going to be done in such a calm manner that all my anxiety left. I knew Snoop was in great hands. The front desk workers lack clarity and responsibility for the clients money.The techs and doc are nice and all but they dont make the costs and charges clear. 4% up charge for credit card but they do not tell you that. You just see it on your receipt after. The front desk people are nice but also do not understand what is going on with your bill. They couldnt tell me when and why you get charged for a tech wellness visit. It took 20+ minutes to get an answer and still the front desk people had to bring a technician to answer the question for me. Im currently looking for another vet because Im considering not coming back.Also they dont tell you its almost $40 to clip your dogs nails.

Been to many vets. By far the best experience. Dr. Kanouse has a way of putting you at ease. The best part is your pet never leaves your side. All other offices take your pet away to another room to perform tests. Brook Farm gets my highest recommendation

My experience at Brook Farm Veterinary Center was wonderful. I wondered how my cats yearly checkup would be handled in the day of COVID-19. I hadnt been out of my house in 2 1/2 months and I was a bit anxious. Brook Farm staff handled the situation perfectly. When I arrived at my appointment time, I called them from the parking lot. Within 5 minutes a technician in full protective garb came to our car to retrieve our cat and took him into the clinic. We waited in our car and a short time later Dr. Kanouse called to discuss his findings and review our concerns. As always, Dr. Kanouse was professional, thorough and, above all, kind and caring. An office staff member called to tell me the itemized cost of the visit and take my credit card information. Then the same protectively garbed tech brought our cat back to our car. Since our visit, I have received several emails from Brook Farm ensuring our satisfaction with their new concierge procedures. A big Thank You to Dr. Kanouse and the exceptional staff at Brook Farm for taking such good care of our pets (dogs, cats and hamsters) over the years.

I’m always so impressed by the service and care we receive for our babies at Brookfarm. Everyone always conducts phone calls, from the start, with such positivity. They have the patience to answer each and every question or concern. If they don’t know the answers, you can be assured someone will call you back with responses. You know when you leave your pets, (a spay in our case), that they will be taken care of like their own family pet. The doctors are also very thorough and they also take their time to address each concern the family has. They do their best to keep us informed throughout the day, up until it’s time for pickup.! THUMBS WAY UP for the Brookfarm team! They are the BEST!

When our dog experienced a recent medical emergency (intestinal obstruction), Dr. Kanouse and his staff immediately made the time to see him. Every member of the practice was warm and compassionate, and Dr. Kanouse was very generous with his time in terms of answering questions and concerns. (Our experience with Dr. Clark has been similar.) On a more practical note, the corresponding surgery was potentially very expensive, but I felt that the cost was fair given its invasive nature. Currently, our pup is completely recovered, and we will not take him anywhere but Brook Farm Veterinary Center. (Side Note: We have been working with Brook Farm for about eighteen years, and our positive experience has been consistent throughout.)

My son loves Diesel a blue-nosed pit bull, who is the most loveable pet in the world and although these breeds get a bad rap, he is one of the exceptions. We have had Diesel stay twice at this facility and they simply feel in love with him. Great care and Diesel returned home quite happy and absolutely clean and cared for.I recommended Brook Farm to a friend who was leaving to California and returns today, I am certain he will be most satisfied with the care that his baby, only 9 months old, received while in their care. Ive been taking my two dogs (Burberry and Bella) to Brook Farm for about 10 years and they have treated not only them but myself included, like family. They make our experiences so easy and give us so much knowledge about our animals. Brook Farm makes our fur babies feel so safe and calm EVERY visit, which is not an easy thing to do! Burberry also just had a fatty tumor removed & Brook Farm made the whole surgery process so simple, even in a pandemic! They are by all means the best Vet Clinic & Hospital! If I can give them more than 5 Stars I would!

Good service & friendly staff, but was flabbergasted with the amt of the bill.total for services rendered was 594.00,& when I got home,my email from brookfarm pinged,and the amount changed to 617.00!, Im on ssdi& thats my only income., just cant handle that type of outlay of funds.,sorry I will not return to your facility. I hate posting negative reviews but feel other caring per owners should know that unfortunately Brook is not a very reliable vet. Feels like a large company - difficult to reach, different vet every time, limited compassion/personalized care to our dogs.

We use Brook Farm vs. others because of their commitment to caring for the animals clients leave with them. Your animal will be taken care of in the best manner.

This past Monday, our boy Rocky Blake was diagnosed with Lymphoma, and getting worse very quickly. Even though Brook Farm was not his normal vet, they took on the hardest part of having pets...the goodbye. They treated him like they have known him all his life. Like he was their own family. They pet his fur and talked so kind so him. Because of Covid, we had to do this outside, but their whole staff made it even better. He had the trees, the birds, it just felt right somehow. They took their time with us, never rushing. For everything we do with our pets, x-rays, shots, blood work, diagnosis, treatment...this moment of our pets life is when we really need our vet the very most. To help us take our so very loved pet out of pain. We couldnt have taken our Rocky to a better place than Brook Farm. We will never forget their kindness.

Brook Farm has been my vet for over 20 years! Their staff is friendly and responsive. Dr. Kanause is always very gentle with the animals and seems to connect with them. Ive also used their kennel services throughout the years. I would highly recommend them!

We consider the team at Brook Farm to be a part of our family! Our dog has made several overnight visits and always comes home happy, healthy and well taken care of. He loves going to Brook Farm and wags his tail the whole way in, in the waiting room and even on the examination table! I trust their veterinary opinion 100% on all issues related to canine health and safety.I would have to say that the best part about Brook Farm is their incredibly welcoming and kind staff. I was really nervous to leave my dog for his first ever overnight, and they talked me through the entire process calmly and with an amazing sense of empathy. They texted me photos of him playing in the yard, which absolutely made my day.I have recently moved out of Dutchess County, but I still call Brook Farm for all questions related to my dogs health and safety!I really cant say enough positive things about Brook Farm!!

Brook Farm was able to see my pet the same day even though the day was set aside as a surgery day and the doctor was booked. I received a follow up mail the next day and a phone call a couple days later.

I brought my 18 year old cat here today to be put down, they were the only vet in the my area that is open on Sunday.I didnt have an appointment but my pet was seen very quickly.During the process of putting him to sleep I was greeted by the doctor and three other staff members who made both my cat and I very comfortable, asking if there was anything I needed and making the payment process simple.A few fees were waived which I appreciated greatly.During this hard time the staff there was very supportive of my decision and carried it out in a very respectful and appropriate manner.I am incredibly thankful for the care my pet received and amazed by how caring the staff here is.

At present I dont recommend Brook Farm to anyone.I had been a customer here from 2001-2015 with our previous dog and the service with Dr. K was fantastic. So this summer I adopted a new dog I of course thought of Brook Farm.Unfortunately their quality has gone down hill. Im not sure if its due to COVID or just general changes in the organization over the past 5 years, however the three routine visits left me feeling meh and the from the last visit frustrated and disappointed. If I could give Brook Farm positive stars from 2001-2015 I would and then negative stars from 2020-2021 I would!The last visit I was given the wrong prescription, told they could match Chewys online price and instead of being refunded for the difference was charged AGAIN for the whole visit and the wrong prescription! Ive called back 4+ times (each time waiting on hold for 25+ minutes) to be told they have to transfer me to someone else who never seems to be there or that it will be taken care of in a day or two and then it isnt. After asking one of the many remote staffers to clarify when I can expect to receive a call back she says Ill put in a request and then hung up on me without another word.Be prepared to be on hold 20+ minutes, even if you are in the parking lot trying to check in for an appointment, to only ever speak with a vet tech or billing personal located remotely and to have very RUDE customer support. Ive yet to speak with the actual vet who has supposedly been seeing my dog even though hes had parasites and we needed treatment.I am woefully disappointed and have asked for my vet records to be transferred to Hudson Vet in Ossining where I will be taking my dog from now on instead!

My 14 year old lab was examined by Dr. Clark. Her approach with my lab was warm and gentle to put him at ease. He was evaluated and the medication that was prescribed for his skin condition and ear infection has greatly improved both. The assistants who cut his nails were gentil, patient and friendly.

I got some tough news about my cat. Dr. Clark and the whole staff went above and beyond to be kind and compassionate throughout the whole experience. I will never go anywhere but Brook Farm with my pets.

Everyone is so professional and so kind & caring in this office! They all treated our standard poodle gently and with great expertise. Dr. Knouse has been our vet for literally decades, and he is an excellent practitioner, very knowledgeable and really cares about each pet.

I really trust the expertise or Dr. Clarke and feel that the vet care here is overall good. I am writing this review because I distrust the financial practices here and will be seeking vet care elsewhere for this reason.Ive been a Wellness member, which for a yearly fee you get one free wellness visit and some other perks. I found out that I was being billed twice for this yearly fee. When I made some phone calls and emails to get an explanation and have the charges removed, it took weeks and being tossed around to get someone on the phone. After my continued badgering, the charges were finally removed from my CC, with no apology or explanation from anyone. The onus was on me to notice this was happening and correct it.Similarly, you need to pay very close attention to your bill when you go there. EACH TIME I have gone there, the wellness visit & nail trim charge is on the bill. I always need to correct them once the bill comes out that because Im a wellness member, the visit is free as is the nail trim. They then manually remove it, make you wait, reprint it. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO TELL THEM THIS -- EACH TIME I AM THERE. It should be on my record. As you are leaving the office your animal is stressed and you are usually in a rush to leave (the bill takes 20 minutes to come out because the billing department is off-site), so you usually arent in the best headspace to be thinking clearly about all the discounts that apply to you. They are taking advantage of this.In a recent visit, I paid my bill (I thought I had scrutinized everything well enough), and when they gave me my goodie bag to leave, I noticed it has a urinalysis kit in it. I asked them what it was, because Dr. Clarke had not mentioned anything about doing a urine test. They told me that Its recommended to all cats over 5. It cost $115 and was on that bill that I had just paid. I had NOT given my consent to this charge (nor were they explaining how to do the urinalysis, had I not asked about it!). I told them that I didnt want it and the billing office issued a refund retroactively. I feel bad for the people who get home, see the urine kit, look at their bill, and then realize that they paid for something without giving their consent (or given directions on how to do it!).Please listen to the reviews here about the sneaky, unclear financial practices of this office. Im sure they will respond here with a link to their fees and claim of transparency. The next time you are in their waiting room, just observe the people checking out and notice how there is always a problem with their bill that needs to be corrected or have a charge removed. I personally distrust Brook Farm based on my experiences described here.

On the whole I am very happy with Brook Farm Vet. In the past they had some issues with timeliness, but they made efforts to remediate the situation in the moment, and more importantly have put in new practices to stay on schedule. Of course emergencies happen, and I would always expect some leeway to accommodate. Most importantly, they have always been thoughtful and caring, whether my cats were brought in for a routine visit or an emergency. And not for nothing, but they are reasonably cost-sensitive - they have been straightforward when testing was optional, so I could make a well-informed decision and keep costs in mind.

Brook Farm is a top notch place. Ive been taking my dogs to Dr. K since I was a kid. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and I know I can trust leaving my dog with them!

Brook Farm is without a doubt the best vet care one can recieve for their pets. My two dogs are everything to me. My husband and I treat them as family. There is no place other than Brook Farm and no one other than Dr. Kanouse that we would trust with our fur babies. Dr. Kanouse is the most genuine, caring, and respectable physician. I love how at every visit he gets on the floor with the dogs to scratch their bellies or is just playful with them before actually examining them. Not only does this make them more comfortable but it always gives me a sense of relief knowing that my vet hands down cares about my pet as much as I do! It is clear that this practice takes pride in what they do and truly cares for their patients. Not only does this facility have the best doctor, but the rest of the team is pretty awesome too!

Cats did well boarding. Quick, efficient pick up today. Thank you Caitlin! Would be nice if I could call the office once in a while while I am away to speak to a live person to see how the cats are doing. The canned, computer generated messages and/texting back and forth just doesn’t do it for me. In general the ability to contact the office directly has severely degenerated and you should reconsider the process as it makes it impossible to deal with you for the simplest things that could be handled in a 2 min phone call instead of waiting hours for someone to call you or text an answer.(Eden need not respond with her defensive arguments as I’ve heard them all already. You asked for feedback and I gave it. )

So far we have had nothing but positive experience with our Bullie Matt both for medical appointments and boarding. Each medical visit the staff has been warm and welcoming. Costs are well within reason. As for boarding, we have boarded Matt here twice and hope to board again next month. On both occasions Matt came home happy and with no issues. I have recommended Brook Farm to family and friends.

The highly competent and kind staff at Brook Farm Veterinary Center provide excellent care, keep meticulous records, make the effort to follow up after every visit and treat their clients (both human and animals) with respect and compassion. I will definitely continue to visit Dr. Kanouse and his staff for routine and emergency care.

I recently had an emergency with my dog on the weekend. Even though it was a Saturday night, when I called the number I was put through directly to Dr. Evan. He was calm and reassuring. We made a plan to meet on Monday with my dog and again he took control and handled both the dog and I with kid gIoves. Luckily, my dog is doing great and I can only say that Brookfarms dedication to their clients (both fur and human) far exceed my greatest expectations.

Love the care my Golden Retriever receives at Brook Farm! The staff and Dr. Kanouse are the very best and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my boy!

I came to Brookfarm vet with my dog on Tuesday December 15th 2020 as a new client. The receptionists are very outgoing and nice but it was the doctor who was not helpful. He didn’t take the time to investigate what was actually wrong with my dog. He just gave me medication and sent me home. He kept using the words IF. Saying oh well IF she has this or IF she has this but didn’t explain what to do if she did and didn’t investigate further to see if she actually had it. He just went off assumptions and took my money and called it a day. $355 spent there for no reason. When I asked questions about what to do and where to go from here he got an stride with me. I really felt as if I was a bother to his day when speaking with him. It was a very disappointing first experiencing and I don’t think I’ll return. I will have to look for a new vet for my girl because I just want the best care for her. Him as a doctor didn’t gain my trust and didn’t make my mind at ease as far as my dog goes. He needs to work on communication and people skills a lot! So disappointing!!

Brought Hiccup our kitty in for testing. Dr Clark and staff listened to our concerns and treated Hiccup and us with warmth and professional care! So happy to say our boy is on the mend. Brookfarm has been our veterinary care for many years. We look forward to a continued relationship with them!

I use to love brook farm, they saved my moms dogs life 7 years ago when Maureen worked there. I live in the city and I always drive the hour to go to brook farm because Ive always loved them. Idk what happened but it seems like all they care about now is money. My dog had a tick Bourne disease they never told me, I went into the pet files and saw it myself and THEN I CALLED THEM TO INFORM THEM. They do nothing to help except help empty your pockets

The most awful vet experience Ive ever had. My puppy had to wait over 2 hours past his scheduled appointment to be seen. When calling back to follow up I was on hold for a total of 1 hour before even speaking to someone who worked there, what if it was an emergency?!?! They then proceeded to tell me that they lost his stool sample. They also sold us medication that had been expired FOR OVER A YEAR. The woman on the phone told me to calm down and stop over reacting. Absolutely ridiculous, never take your pets here!!!!

Only kind words to say about Dr. Kanouse and his staff. We moved here to give our 16yr old boxer/pitbull mix a country setting and peace for her final senior years. Sadly, within the first year of our move our Saras health deteriorated, the vet we used when we arrived was not available in our time of need. Dr. Kanouse had a full schedule and yet, being strangers to him, he knew our situation was dire and made time for us and took us in. We cannot stress this enough, the care, love and patience this man put into our Saras final moments was beyond measure, not only did he and his staff treat our Saras final moments with extreme care, but also us humans too. We have since adopted 3 dogs and we would NEVER go to another vet. They are healthy and happy. Dr. Kanouse and his staff are truly the best in every aspect. Thank you to all at Brookfarm! My dog had a really bad ear hematoma and ended up needing surgery. The vet was great and my dog is back to his happy self.

I had the horrible experience of Brook Farm trying to tell me my dog needed to be put to sleep when he recovered with antibiotic/anti-inflamatory that I specifically told the Vet to prescribe, (since they only offered death for their opinion at the time).Brook Farm was mistaken because my pet lasted another year with good health after his course of medications. I was and still am shocked by their lack of compassion and insensivitivity to clients and companion animals.Then, 1 year later my beloved dog needed to be put to rest and although Ive tried several times to get OFF the mailing list, this Vet continues to contact me despite my multiple pleas to be taken off their lists.

No stars should be the rating! Vet exam with Dr. Clark; was changed to Dr. Kanouse who has no bedside manner with patients and their owners. I was not informed of the change. My dog was ill approached by this vet and she was upset at his mannerism. I attempted to soft muzzle her but she was upset and I did not want to stress her more. Dr. Kanouses suggestion: We can take her outside and wrap her around a pole so she cant move and then I can jab her with vaccine. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!! Further, in front of my teenage daughter, he stated what would you do to a teenager who behaved poorly, train them.. Im sorry, but I dont train my child. I was charged an highly inflated cost for medication for her prior to exam, $52 for pills that could be purchased at PetRX for $5. I requested a refund due to this horrible experience and my appointment being switched. It has yet to be processed and the hospital director claims there was nothing improper about his treatment. Go check the camera and listen to the audio! Dr. Kanouse should not be allowed to practice care on anyones animals. Further, the practice should be apologizing and issuing refund for customer good will. Needless to say, we wont be returning after 3 years of care.

Both my husband and I had the most horrible experience with Brookfarm Veterinary Office. We took our 6 month puppy for his vaccination and afterwards he was supposed to get his nails trimmed...well they decided for the nail trimming they would take him in the back room where my husband and I couldnt see what was going on....a good 30 minutes goes by and I ask if everything is ok and the staff ensured my husband and I everything was going well that they were taking there time with the nail trimming. To find out when asked again its now well over 40 minutes and still not done if everything was ok and why is his nail trim is taking soo long to find out some alarming news my perfectly healthy puppy stopped breathing over nail trimming ???he was soo nervous and the staff kept him in the back room for soo long and persisted to trim his nails while they held him down to cause him to stop breathing!!!! Thank God he was able to regain consciousness. We were told if we didnt drive him to a hospital that night where he could be evaluated of what happened he would die. He is perfectly healthy and we will never go back the Brookfarm again!!!!! I had to call the office three times until I finally was able to talk to Dr. Kanouse after him getting back from his 3 week vacation and he couldnt really say much to me but sorry....I told him to look @ his cameras to see how unprofessional his staff was and he told me his cameras arent working and I told him with you not being in the office much I suggest you have working cameras so you can see what is going on and see how your employees act when you are not there! Its a shame this happened and its horrible how his staff lied saying everything was ok!!! I cant go to a place where I cant trust the people and Brookfarm you are not to be trusted!!!! Also the wait is horrible the waiting room is overly packed with people and pets in such a small area....and thats why they place your pet in the back room where you cant see what is going on!!!!! Dr. Kanouse we liked you but after this incident you will never see us again!!!!! I will make sure to share my experience with others so they are aware!

On several occasions, I spoke with the Hospital Director, Evan, who is highly knowledgeable and compassionate. I got to know Evan on a more personal level, and without a doubt I believe he is a very authentic human being. The staff treated me with kindness and respect each time I walked through the door. The culture at Brook Farm is comforting.

When my pet dog Joey or my cat Lila need medical care Brookfarm is the only place I will take them. I know they will receive the best care and attention atBrookfarm. Dr Kanouse is very caring and always gives good advice, and the staff are helpful and friendly .

We had just recently boarded our dog with Brook Farm vet. Let me tell you it will be the very last time we go there. They had been our regular vet as well. But definitely not anymore. This is the email, I wrote to them. ( We are really trying to be patient with your practice. We have already had one bad experience with Brook Farm, when we brought Hudson to see you, a month or so back for allergies. And the vet, quickly and without doing blood work, went directly to prescribing Apoquel. And when I asked the female vet, if there were any known negative side effects ? She was quick to tell me No . And then later that same day I went home, and googled the side effects of Apoquel, and was able to easily find the negative reviews on the drug. If it were that easy for me to find on the internet, the vet should have advised me of what some people say about the drug. And in addition to that, I also saw a post on Facebook about someone unrelated to me, speaking about Dr. Kanouse leaving his dogs in a car, and someone confronted him, and he supposedly gave a snide remark. I have no way of knowing the truth behind what actually happened, but I am aware of the story. And now, what may be the last straw to what breaks the camels back, is today Fri. July 7th we picked Hudson up from a 5 day stay with you, we dropped him off on Mon. July 3rd. And at that time, I advised your staff, that his allergies have been coming back, and I have been using Zyrtec to try and help him, and he has been getting alot of mucus in his eyes. So I asked that your staff continue the use of the Zyrtec, and monitor, his allergies, and if a vet thought that the re-start up of Apoquel might help him, and be beneficial, then to give me a call while I was away, to advise me. Anyway today when we picked Hudson up, I asked how he did ? and how his allergies were while we were away ? The girl at reception said he was fine, and there was no need for the re-start up of Apoquel, and he didnt even need the Zyrtec. Well needless to say, when we got him this afternoon, we were all very excited to see him, and did not notice, until we got home with him, that his eyes are red, and swollen, and have more mucus than before we dropped him off to stay with you. In addition, he also has scabs on top of his head, from scratching, and he is very lethargic, and does not seem himself. Once again we find ourselves extremely displeased with the services provided to our loved pet. If we notice his red swollen mucus eyes, how in Gods name cant you, and your staff...who are trained vets ? And why at the very least wasnt the Zyrtec that I supplied to you, when I dropped Hudson off for his stay, and told members of your staff, that I had been giving to him....why wasnt that at the very least given to him ? What did we pay you for ? I would surely think that when people trust you, to look after their loved pets, that they can rest assured that you, and your staff are looking after the health of the pets....and from our Hudsons visit with you, I do not think that happened. In addition, after writing, and sending this email to them, a Dr. Clark called me back today( 7/8/17), and I voiced my displeasure, and after me getting frustrated, and raising my voice to Dr. Clark, who was unable to give me a reasonable answer to as why at the very least they couldnt have given our dog, the Zyrtec which I supplied them with, and instructed them to give to him. Especially when our dog looked worse when we picked him up, than when we dropped him off. After raising my voice in displeasure Dr. Clark unprofessionally hung up on me. I am reporting your practice to the better business bureau. I would suggest everyone to find a new vet, if this is the way they run a business. And by the way, I wasnt going to post this on Facebook, but after how rudely Dr. Clark was, to hang up on someone....well you get what you deserve.

Nice vet, but the wait time is too long. Be prepared to wait Atleast 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment. There are only 2 vets and they book people back to back. At the end of the day, they don’t respect your time

Phenomenal Vet OfficeI recently got a new cat and had to make an appointment to get her vaccinated. Making the appointment was no issue, just be patient. The appointment itself was great.Due to Covid they now have the parking spots numbered. When you arrive you call their phone number. When it is your turn for an appointment you are given a small ipad so you can watch your pet and talk to the Veterinarian.Their app PetDesk is also really awesome. I was able to go on it to make my cats booster appointment in only a few seconds.

Emily was top notch as usual. I was in and out as I had a service man coming to my home so I was very happy that she expedited my appt. Love you guys wouldn’t go anywhere else

Brook Farms is the best veterinary clinic. They love every animal, and everyone is very caring and very patient. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else!

I have been going to them for 12 years and the last 3 years they have really gone down hill. Every time I bring my dog they say he needs another shot even if they just gave it to him 1 month Prior. They also don’t keep records of the shots they give so they can kept charging you every few month. They are ridiculous they deserve a Zero

Dr was great. He was kind and gentle. He explained everything and put our mind at easy regarding the health concerns we had for our cat.

I had been going to Brook Farm for a couple of years and although it was very expensive I didnt think twice because youre made feel that everything they do and recommend is necessary and beneficial. After receiving an email on a Sunday at 3:30pm that my dog has anaplasmosis and they were unable to get a hold of me (they were able to get a hold of me just the Thursday before to confirm my dogs routine appointment for Friday), I called them immediately after reading the email at 3:48pm and the answering service gave me an extremely difficult time. I eventually spoke with the front desk and was told his medication would be called in immediately. That did not happen. I called back an hour later after going to cvs to discover they did not call in the prescription, to be told they would call it in immediately. That did not happen. I called again and in the midst of asking what is the earliest time to call the next day, she hung up on me. Now Monday, I call and am told they read my email, but havent had time to respond (I also left 2 voicemails asking to be called asap). They called in his prescription on Monday afternoon, and apparently it was not called in correctly, therefore delaying this nightmare even further. I do not recommend this veterinarian and hope you consider other veterinarians in the area.

After years of going to Brookfarm we unfortunately had to stop going there. They try to push vaccines and meds that are not necessary for pets. We saw Elisa the last time we were there and she said our dog should have the Bordetella vaccine. We told her Harley is never boarded so she agreed H did not need to have such vaccines. She also recommended the Lyme vaccine. We told Elisa that Harley is old and blind And she’s never outdoors. We give her Frontline for ticks. Elisa agreed that was enough prevention. However she annotated the records as “owner refused all vaccines “. Subsequently, when we tried to adopt a puppy, she gave us a negative reference saying we “refused all vaccines “. Nowhere in the records did she note that she agreed with us. My belief is that this is purposely done to cover themselves. Should something happen to a pet, Brookfarm can show one-sided records to avoid repercussions.

All the doctors and staff at Brook Farm are amazing. They truly care about you and your pets. As far as the wait time goes. Unfortunately emergencies do happen.

My mom waited an hour at the vet to pick my cat up from an appoiment. We got home and unbandaged his arm, only to find the IV STILL IN HIS ARM. It was about 5pm. My mom called up Brookfarm Vet and told them they left the IV in. They said Oh, we forgot...you can bring him back in and well take it out. My poor kitty had an IV in his arm all day 😢 I cant imagine how much that probably hurt. DO NOT recommend this place.

Great as always. Been going here for over 30 years and Love these people. Just got a refiill and didnt have to pay for had credit on my account so was very happy and fast service for just called it in only a couple hours prior. Big fans of Brook Farm

I was able to board my ferret and deaf cat here multiple times. The staff paid attention to every detail from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. Everyone here is pleasant. We were happy to have found this place!

This place is horrible dont even bother, they love to steal peoples money. They will charge you extra on your Scratch Pay account and try to pretend that you owe it or that you told them to charge that amount. Be aware before you decide to go here!!! Its already expensive enough to go to the Vet you dont want to be charged double!!! Plus it took them 2 1/2 weeks to fix the issue until I decided to give them a bigger push over the phone.

I need to express my Experience yesterday at Brook Farm veterinary and services first I want to explain my animals have been patient at Brook Farms veterinarian center since I lived here so I’ve been going to them ever since they opened and the worst experience I ever had was yesterday my Bassett hound was diagnosed with having a tumor in her stomach about a little over a month ago Dr. Evan examined her and didn’t ultrasound to confirm it yet chat me home with some pain pills and making the decision of putting her down after I gave her the pain pills she seem to be much better she was she wasn’t complaining about anything she was eating she was drinking she was walking around she was doing a business and everything seem to be back to the way she normally was so we continued watching her just a few days ago I had noticed that she had not been eating her food so I tried making her some food and she still didn’t eat it then I called brookfarm and ask them to set up an appointment to have her put down. She asked me when I wanted to do it. So I told them it wasn’t easy for me to do so what ever was available She said she had an appointment for yesterday afternoon at 12:45 I told her to make sure my appointment had enough time to Examined her because I’ve seen it was just sore or so and her mouth and I wanted to make sure that it was the right thing to do to put her down. I got there 8 minutes earlier went I got Lucy out of the car she fell backwards she couldn’t stand on her hind legs. And she had wet herself I was unable to pick her up so I got the staff to pick her up. They had a room already set up for me. After being I waited a good 20 minutes dr walker came in to give her a sedative I said to her than which she herself seen Lucy was now in a tremendous amount of pain she was trying to bite what ever she could Dr Clark said she would be back in 10 minutes to put her down I listen to dr Clark take in other patient in the next room mean while Lucy was suffering and I know those patients had to hear her she didn’t come back in the room 23 minutes later and she said to me her breathing slowed down and her leg was cold the dog was suffer so bad she was already half dead it took her 45 minutes before she put this dog down. This should have been considered a emergency case the dog was suffering and I’m sure the other patients in the room could have understood Lucy shouldn’t have had to wait and being half dead by the time she felt she had the time to put her down I will never use your facilities Again and let everyone know my experience For Lucy I know she wouldn’t want anyone to have to suffer like she did You need to look deeply in your business in the way it’s going your front end staff is fabulous and caring Marylou Culley in memory of that day

Basic vet service. I dont feel that any issue Ive brought up has ever been properly addressed, specifically the itching/allergy of one of my dogs. Ive actually found solutions that Ive needed from friends and on the internet concerning that. Nice people but theyre expensive for the service. The plus is that they have an emergency service and people to speak to at odd hours when necessary.

Gizmo needed a little loving care for a poopy problem and I needed to know he was going to be taken care of. We both received the attention and care we needed. Thank You!!!!!

I always have a great experience with Dr Kanouse and Dr. Clark. Even during Covid, they are both take the time to explain everything to me. The staff is very kind and friendly to me and my three Siamese.

Horrible. Over $400 for the same services I’ve literally paid $175 the past 3 years. Routine 15 minute exam and shots….a lot of similar complaints lately and no excuse to jack up prices without notifying loyal customers prior. Don’t just take my word for it. See for yourself with the attached bills. Never again

Unfortunately this vet is dishonest. They struggle to keep active and honest paperwork on animals which results in false information being shared. We even continue to get updates on an animal of ours that has been deceased for almost a decade.There are a lot of wonderful vets in this area. I suggest you do your research and avoid this one.

Brook farm was great before Elisa came . She is very dishonest and does not have very good customer service with customers that have been with Brook farm for 11 years . She likes to make false statements about what people say !!
