Great experience! We were vacationing in the area and were so happy to find a great place to board our dog. Its clean, fun, and has a great outdoor playground. Pat, Manny and Elaine were very friendly, available and accommodating throughout the entire time our dog was there. They answered calls and emails promptly, provided good advice about not visiting the dog while we were there, and are just generally good, nice people who I really enjoyed working with. Well definitely be back!

This pains me to write this since this facility has been given many good reviews, but based on my short experience, I feel the need to warn others. I emailed this facility Tuesday 10/17, and a nice woman emailed me back within 24 hours. She said on 10/18 we will need copies of his shot records for out files, and also paperwork filled out. That will come to you in a separate email. On 10/19, I hadnt received an email, so I figured Id just drop off a coy of my dogs vaccination records....On 10/19, later in the day around 4-430pm, I drove to the kennel and there is a residential property in front of the kennel, with the sign pointed towards the back/side of the house saying kennel. I walked to the kennel, opened the outdoor gate and attempted to enter the building-which was locked. There were sounds of multiple dogs barking, and I got the vibe they were being unattended to. I had the feeling they were just sitting in cages doing nothing, although I couldnt see inside.A man came from the home in the front, appearing somewhat annoyed with what looked like cheese puff residue on his upper lip. He questioned why I was there, gladly mentioned I couldve emailed or faxed the info prior, and was not even offering a tour/view of the inside of the kennel.I dont plan on taking my dog here, most daycares/kennels/boarders offer the decency to view the facility let alone discuss the plans for caring for your dog ahead of time. The vibes I got from this place were horrible.

Great place, and very reasonable prices. They took great care of my Fonzie. Hes not always good with new dogs, but they said he got on great with his neighbors (I was a little worried to be honest!). He was having so much fun he rolled in a sand pit and they decided to give him a wash! He came back to me cleaner than he left! They are also in a great location in the country, but only 10 minutes from the nearest wineries. We didnt have nearly enough time in the Keuka area, but when we come back to stay longer I will have no concerns about making sure hes taken care of.

This is such a wonderful kennel! I have been bringing my dog there for 10.5 years. He absolutely loves it there. He gets so much attention and love! He is so excited to get there that he doesn’t care when I leave. Such a wonderful place! I highly recommend!

We love Under One Woof. We send our dogs there for Doggie Day Care and to be Boarded when we are out of town. Even with our high energy and Houdini-like dogs, Under One Woof takes great care each and every time we bring our pups. Our dogs come home tired out and happy. We could not appreciate their services more!

We had an excellent experience as did our dog Blanca. This is the first kennel we have been to with our dog where she showed signs of being in no hurry leaving when we picked her up. In other words, it seemed to represent all happy memories, and she wouldnt have minded staying longer. She received an exit bath and I must say that it is the best bath she has ever received. Thank you!

I boarded my two French Mastiffs at Under One Woof in July 2021 for four nights. I went over their medications with Manny a couple of times and even printed the instructions out. One of them has epilepsy, but has not had a seizure in over 1.5 years prior to being boarded at the facility. The day I picked them up, Bettis had three seizures and ended up going to both a local veterinarian and later that night he had to stay in the emergency vet clinic to get his seizures under control. Both places I took him to said it was due to him not getting his medication. I called Under One Woof to let them know what happened and Pat said that most likely he wasnt given his medication. She told me to send her the bills for his expenses, which I did and then they lost them. Pat finally sent me a check and it bounced. I file a complaint with the BBB. I just want to warn others that if they have pets that require medication, I would not take them to this boarding facility. They are incredibility disorganized and I would never trust my dogs with them again.

I left my dog here for a week while we rented a cottage on Keuka Lake with family. I did my research and only found glowing reviews of this place. I do not understand as this was a horrible place to leave my dog. First, when dropping him off the place stunk of dog urine. I left him with his dog bed and a ziplock bag full of food and a 1/2 cup measuring cup. I checked in with Elaine every other day by text and was told my dog was fine and having a wonderful time. Imagine my shock when I went to pick him up and he was beyond filthy, sick and injured! When I questioned his appearance I was told that was because he had spent the week playing in the sandbox. Ok-that would be fine but he had poop stuck on his fur near his bottom-thats not from playing in their yard. Once we got him home we realized that he had diarrhea (no one at the kennel told me this) that lasted 4 days. And he had an open sore on his nose which I was told was because he was banging on the bars of his crate in order to get out. I was shocked to hear this as he is crate trained and he is very used to being in his crate all night long. What hes not used to is being left in his crate for long periods during the day. They were also unable to locate the bed we left for him or his 1/2 cup measuring cup. The bed was finally found outside, soaking wet and it had poop on it. The measuring cup was never found which made no sense to me as it should have been used that very morning to feed him. Oh and when we picked him up, the smell of dog urine was even worse than when we dropped him off! It was so bad that I had to wait outside while they got him! I cannot tell you how upset I am about this experience. I never leave bad reviews but felt like others should know of my experience before deciding to leave their dogs here.

Elaine and the crew are fantastic with my fur baby. Prices are great cant ask for a better crew.I know they spend time interacting with the animals cause my 9 month old Saint Barnard is super tired when she comes home from a play date

We have boarded our dog here a couple of times now, and we can truly rest easy knowing shes being well cared for. We pick her up and she is exhausted from all the exercise and play with the other dogs and staff! Thank you for your care of our pup!

Be aware - this is a Kennel, not a day care facility. We made a reservation for our two pups for day care while we were wine tasting in the finger lakes. Our expectation was they would get some exercise and some play. We wanted to have them spend the day 10-4:30. We were told by the man who met us to make it 5. He told us he had physical therapy at. 10:15. When we came back at 5, we saw him arriving. There was no one else there and no sound of dogs playing either at 10 or at 5. We believe he put our pups in a cage and left them there until he returned at 5. Our pups were very distraught when we picked them up. If we wanted them caged all day, we could have done that ourselves. This was disappointing.

We only boarded for one night, but Holly seemed happy when I picked her up. We have relatives who have used Under One Woof and they were happy with the service also. We will likely go there again.
