We have had the pleasure of bringing all 3 of our dogs to Top KNOTch. One comes just for his pedicures, one has been groomed and the other has fallen in love with daycare. We have been absolutely beyond happy with the service, friendly staff and the care given to our boys. I tell everyone I know about Beck and her crew.

Experienced terrible customer service.. I met the owner the first time I brought my 6 month puppy there who was very nice, and did a great job. Let me know my puppy was very good, but how I could help her get more comfortable with her facial hair getting cut. That was awesome. However second time there was with a different employee, who was rude from the moment we started talking. To include how I saw her handle my puppy. Pup was nervous and did get out of her collar, but the lady immediately started telling me what I’m doing wrong with the tightness of her collar, super negative didn’t make a suggestion just said blamed me. I almost didnt even leave my dog there for service, but thought maybe she was just having a bad day. It didn’t get better when I picked up my pup. Without any greeting she just told me my puppy didn’t get along well with dogs because she “whines” not growls, or barks or fights with dogs but she “whines”. (Side note she has been around a lot of dogs- never an issue) then she proceeded to tell me, she can only book me on days they aren’t busy because she whines.. then she let my dog out of the crated area without her leash or collar just able to run and jump in the front area. Never had that happen before either. Up until today, I would have recommended them (especially because the owner was is nice and does a good job) but customer service I got today was absolutely terrible and I would not suggest anyone pays that much money to get treated poorly.

We love Becca and her salon so much!! Becca is so nice to us as pet parents, and our two dogs. They love her so much and we know she will take great care of them when they are with her. Both of their grooms look fantastic every time and we will never take our dogs anywhere else.

I’ve brought two of my three cats down to be groomed and TopKnotch did a wonderful job both times. I will be going back. She is patient and steady and cares about all animals.

While I have no comment about the results of the business, I was not impressed by the professional nature of Becky. On Saturday, 11/6/21, I had a very amicable conversation through texting with Becky (I assume). I was told that there was availability on Tuesday at 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM, Friday at 11:00 AM, or next week. I set up an appointment for 9:00 AM on Tuesday, 11/9/21. I realized within a few minutes that I was unable to make that appointment and quickly changed it to 11:30 AM. I received confirmation texts from a different number for both the initial appointment and reschedule.At 9:20 AM, I received a text: Are you coming? This was from the number that confirmed the appointments. A terse conversation followed (all texting). I was told the reschedule was a mistake and asked if I could make it soon. I clarified that I couldnt make the 9:00 AM appointment, which was why I rescheduled. The only response was, Oh ok. Sorry. I confirmed if I was speaking with Becky, because this exchange felt like an entirely different person than I dealt with on Saturday. At this point, I cancelled the appointment, as there was no indication that they were going to honor the 11:30 AM appointment, nor that I wasnt going to be made to wait extra time due to their apparent mistake. There was no effort made to rectify the situation, beyond asking me to come in immediately (which, again, I couldnt).

I love this place! They are super friendly and always happy to see you and your furry partner!

She did such a great job with our old man. He feels so much better without all that hair.

You will not be sorry you book with Top KNOTch for your pups! I’ve been going to Beckie for a while and followed her here from Syracuse because I always know my babies are in safe and caring hands. Not only that but she is an artist at what she does! I highly recommend making an appt! Ill never go to anyone else! Thank you for all you do Beckie!!!
