Joan is the best. My puppy always looks great and smells great after a trip to the doggie salon. My dogs never have an issue while boarding either .

First time at Joans Pet Groomers. She did an excellent job grooming my matted long haired cat. Joan was able to remove the matts without shaving the cat. Two thumbs up for Joan!!!

Every time I bring my THREE small dogs in for total-package grooming, they are groomed to PERFECTION, and in an astoundingly timely fashion considering there are 3 of them. One of the few groomers and boarders we trust in our area. Loves what she does and knows your pup and meets their needs. Also has amazing puppies as we have our neapolitan mastiff from her. Passed his CGC test at 5.5mo. And joins me in my classroom as a support dog for the kids. His initial upbringing with her and her family was a huge part of the socialization needed for this breed.

I have gone to Joan for years with all my fur babies. She is wonderful. Very accommodating and always does a perfect job. I would recommend her to anyone.

I took my little dog to her last year when I visited on vacation, it was his first time, he looked so good when he was done ,I am moving back to Binghamton next month and I will definitely make an appointment with Joan again.
