Lucky Paws Pet Grooming

Got my dog groomed here about a week or so ago. I got the mini groom, which included cleaning of the sanitary areas and the paw pads. When my brother picked her up and brought her home, her sanitary area was not trimmed nearly enough as it should’ve been. She gets dirty with pee stuck on them still. Very unfortunate experience considering I was charge around $80. This is not my dogs first time getting groomed and this was the second time I used this place but the sheer lack of attention and the overcharge for a mini service is insane to me. I can go elsewhere and get a full service with a haircut and trimming here and there for $80 elsewhere.

I am always delighted with Olivia at Lucky Paws. She is attentive and caring with my dog and does a beautiful job grooming him. I highly recommend her work and her positive attitude towards life.

If you love your dog, bring him/her to Lucky Paws formerly known as Foxy Dog. The attention paid to us and our furry family member was outstanding, Our Cairn terrier has only been there twice, and have not been disappointed. Holly is 11, they do their best to accommodate seniors, scheduling early appointments and they will give you a courtesy call when your pup is done. Wow i wish i didnt have to leave any stars to be completely honest! i have to share my experience at this Groomer. My dog is a Yorkie so his hair grows long and fast. To be clear i kept hearing mixed reviews about this place and i was desperate to find somewhere convenient and local. Now I have taken my dog here about 5 times. I always ask for the full bath cut and extras, so my dog will fully enjoy his experience. On the last time i sent my teen daughter to pick him up, when she got home she said Mom he is not cut... his entire body was NOT touched at all, and the only trim/cut they did was literally around his eyes. After asking her why didnt she say anything to them, i called myself. I asked why my dog did not have a haircut, yet my card was charged over 100 dollars. She said Oooo thats because he wasnt cooperating. He kept trying to nip at the groomers. So i kindly asked her why didnt anyone call me and let me know he would not be able to be cut and etc (i would of just came and got him and took him somewhere else) .... She said because we kept trying to do it. Which makes no sense at all. I was not only disappointed, but i was shocked. Not only was i a good customer and paid over 100! for nothing but a eye trim, but i go out of my way to tip everyone who helped in any way. If i dont have the cash on me, i always go back and bring the tip i intended to leave. I took pictures of the dog and i will post them when i get home for sure!

When I tell you that we absolutely adore OLIVIA! She is the only person we will let groom our puppy Beatrix. She is so caring and talented. Olivia really goes above and beyond for Lucky paws. She has actually come in super early numerous times just to squeeze us in. We have referred plenty of our friends and family to her. My only suggestion would be to have a full time front desk person. We’ve gone quite a few times and have noticed Olivia handling both front and back which isn’t fair. Olivia is a hard worker that deserves assistance. Kudos to lucky paws for having such an amazing employee!

Sunny and Lucky always love going to get groomed . Olivia and the rest of the team in Port Washington are highly recommended . They are sweet , friendly and knows how to treat their customers and pets with respect and kindness . 5 extra ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🙏🥰🐶🐶

If I could give NO star I would!!!I took my beautiful rambunctious goldendoodle to get groomed and I get back a frighten anxious poodle!!I am so disappointed and upset on the grooming that my loving dog received. Two days after being groomed he licks his paws and shakes head to toe. He is timid and frightened.I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO MY BEAUTIFUL GOLDENDOODLE!!

Brought my dog to get his nails cut, they tended to Charlie right away. They are so nice there!! Def. Recommend 👌

The groomer killed my dog!!!Neglected a senior dog, left ot wet in a cold metal cage! My vet told me that this is why ny babu got sick by the way, this review is for lucky paws now marie at foxy dog. We found marie grooming loclu amd thank goodness shes back!

Totally love this place!! Price is responsible and my dogs are not very easy to handle ( annoying ) and they do a great job of handling them without a issue. Never had a complaint about my dogs, unlike the groomer up the street.

I brought my dog to Marie today for the first time. She did an amazing job. My baby was very beautiful and happy.

I have never seen a cuter style on my dog!! Lucky Paws did an INCREDIBLE job. I believe the groomers name was Olivia - my dog came back with the most adorable fluffy haircut and smelled like strawberries. I couldnt be happier!

Im new in town & my brother uses Lucky Paws...so I went with it! So happy that I did! The whole staff was so friendly & helpful, and my Bernedoodle Gianna came out with a perfect haircut thanks to Olivia! She is a great person & groomer! This is the first time my litte girl looked the way I wanted her to look, and Im 100% satisfied! If you need a groomer...This is the place!

I was not very happy with this groomer. The cut was uneven and the staff didn’t not seem overly knowledgeable. My dog barely looked groomed. I do not recommend this establishment.
