Hello everyone, this is Olive! She’s been going to Pawlacio Pets for about a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they provide. Not only do they offer top-notch grooming services, but their daycare is absolutely amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly, great at communicating, and most importantly, they genuinely care about the pets. Safety is their #1 priority, which gives me so much peace of mind.If you’re looking for exceptional care for your dog, I highly recommend Pawlacio Pets. The facility is always spotless, with shiny floors and plenty of space for the pets to play and relax. It’s truly a fantastic place for Olive, and I’m so grateful for the wonderful team there!

We love Pawlacio! The first thing I noticed when I walked in were the good vibes. The staff are friendly, and the place is spotless and cared for. The owner, Florence, is extremely knowledgeable and cares so much about her clients and our fur babies. They took the time to acclimate my pup and are mindful about introducing new dogs and which dogs can be together. Strict policies about vaccines, and behavioral assessments before acceptance which I highly value. Strongly recommend for daycare and/or grooming!

We are so lucky to have Florence and Pawlacio in Rockaway. It has such a relaxing vibe and they do a wonderful job on my beagle Buster. Buster never liked getting groomed until we found Pawlacio and Florence, he is always excited to go there. He loves it there. They also do daycare and all the dogs I see when I am there are happy and playing and well cared for. Thank you Florence

So grateful for Florence and her team! Pawlacio is such a wonderfully run facility and we are grateful to have them in Rockaway! Our medium sized dog, Cooper, frequents for daycare and each time we return, we are impressed by the cleanliness of the space, thoroughness of the checks in place to ensure all dogs are safe, and the genuine kindness shown from each member of the team. If youre looking for a place for your pup(s) to get some well moderated play time in, Pawlacio has our vote!

Pawlacio Pets has been such a tremendous find for my dog Max and I. Max gets a beautiful groom there every month and he loves it! He’s always so handsome and happy whenever he leaves from his groom. Florence is very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and always adheres to your wishes. The staff always greets us with warmth and a smile. We love Pawlacio Pets and would recommend them to all dog owners!

Pawlacio Pets is the best thing that could have happened to Rockaway. A caring, fun doggi day care for your dog. Our dogs are like our babies and shouldnt be left home alone for hours, especially if they have separation anxiety. Florence and her team make sure your fur baby will have attention and play time. I love that she makes sure all dogs are up to date on their shots so it makes for a safe environment for our fur babies. The grooming is great as well and all the fun treats she sells for the dogs. She is part of an annual Dog Halloween Parade and Holiday Party for the dogs. Finally a safe haven for our dogs in Rockaway.

Pawlacio has been such a relief to have in town. Our 6 month old lab puppy loves spending the day Pawlacio for day care. Whether its a half or full day so I can go into the office, or just a quick 2 hour play session to get puppy energy out on a rainy day, Rooney comes home happy as can be, and wiped out! :). The facility is clean as can be, and the owner and staff are beyond nice. All pets have to go through a temperament review and vaccination check which makes us feel extra safe leaving our pup there for the day. Not every daycare place is trustworthy, but Pawlacio definitely is! Highly recommend them! Thanks so much!

Best place ever. My dog is extremely anxious and she was treated like one of their own, provided with plenty of hugs, treats, and love. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and skilled at what they do and take the time to listen to your specific requests. Best place ever! My dog sandy is special needs. The staff is Amazing! Highly Recommend Florence! Florence is knowledgeable, patient and caring. The entire Team are professionals. Florence is our go-to Groomer! This is the Best place that you can Trust to bring your Pets!

Great place for doggy daycare also a great place to get your dog groomed. We had both of our puppy’s done and they loved it . The staff is great and friendly and not expensive and we love how our puppies look and smell when they come home . Thank you Pawlacio pets

My dear Bow-Bow has been with Pawlacio Pets since she was just a few months old. They literally treat her as if she is their own puppy. Bow Bow has been FULLY trained because of Flo and her amazing staff at Pawlacio. In the beginning I was so scared, I did not know where to put bow bow but I am happy I made the decision to choose Pawlacio pets. I’ve relocated far from the rockaways and still travel 1hr so bow bow is with her second family. We are grateful for Pawlacio pets. Such an amazing place for the doggies.Keep being genuine and amazing!!!!! You have our loyalty forever.

We love Pawlacio Pets! Our two boys are so well taken care of when they go in for their groomings. They clearly love animals and take care of them with kindness, patience and professionalism. So happy they are in our neighborhood!

Pawlacio Pets has been a life-saver for us. We have a very fearful rescue dog and everyone at the daycare has been supportive, patient and caring with her. She has really come out of her shell in the past few weeks and can hardly wait to get in the door. The facilities are spotless and the staff is friendly and professional. Worked there and still take my dogs there. Florence truly does it like no other. Its not just a service but treatment and care. She improves the health of dogs. It is more like seeing a a Dr. of Osteo. The natural practices that work on the dogs skin and MY skin. They are preventative and actually restores our skin and lasts.She also helped soothe my highly anxious dog and understands how to use energy to change behavior. Not many dogs like going to the groomer until they go to Florence. Its miraculous.

Absolutely love Florence and the team. My cocker Spaniel loves day care and they do a fabulous job with grooming as well. I feel safe bringing him during long work days- he plays, socializes, gets walks and rests. They are always accommodating and kind.

My dog Una loves her monthly visit to Pawlacio Pets. The staff treats Una like a princess. She comes home looking beautiful and feeling happy.

WHAT A BAD ATTITUDE.I’m Italian and I often struggle to understand people speaking english on the phone, but I try everyday to improve my skills.So today I called Pawlacio Pets for asking about the complete grooming cost and the woman who answered me treated me really badly.I understand that she was working etc, but what was the point of SHUTTING THE PHONE OVER MY FACE?! She was mean, arrogant and rude. The way she dismissed me made me feel uncomfortable and made me feel bad.You have lost a potential new customer because of your rudeness. Learn to behave politely and respectfully, regardless of nationality and the way a person speaks.

Love bringing my dog here while I’m at work! Gives me peace of mind knowing my dog has a safe fun place to be while I’m out working!
