I wanted to talk a moment to just give an amazing review for Erin and Beth and everyone at E-Dot, the attention to detail in the training is amazing. I have taken my rescue to the Level 1 and now I am in the Level 2 training program and my guy is learning so much as am I. It’s not just dog training its learning how to communicate with you dog, and even though this is in a group setting Erin and her assistant find time to give individual attn to not only me and my puppy but all the dogs in the class that need that little extra help. The facility is always clean inside and out, and everyone there is always so attentive. I will continue the training with Erin and her group into Level 3 and even the group walks and Canine companion. I big thank you from Todd and Glenny

Erin is amazing! Reese’s and I have been working with her since July 2023. We just graduated level 2. Not only have we learned so much Erin makes it so fun. We can wait to further our training and the bond I am creating with my pup! Thank you Erin.

We have used Erin and her staff for our dogs. We continue to take classes. Very positive learning for both the owner and the dogs.Not only for learning but for strengthening our relationships with our dogs.Private lessons for when we need more one on one. Group setting are very well controlled.

I went to years of training at another place with my previous dogs. Erin is a much better trainer, and having a wildly active dog I have benefited greatly in a much shorter period of time. I will continue with her for advanced training and park pack walks for socializing my dog. Definitely worth it.

We hosted a Yappy Hour event with Erin and Amanda from E-Dot Training who came to teach our residents dogs how to work with our obstacles. It was a great event! Erin and Amanda are awesome, I highly recommend them!!

E-dot has taught me so much through the years and I am so very happy with the results. My Natasha is a lot, very energetic, I am not. Erin taught me how to find ways of doing things that are good for my dog but also fit my lifestyle. I’m so great ful for her time, attention, and expertise.

I have been bringing my dog Vinnie to classes at E-Dot for almost five years. He was a stray in Rochester. He lacked confidence and had never had any training. After completing training classes we continued with Canine Good Citizen, Tricks and Walking classes. After seeing how much he loved going to Erins and what a special bond we had developed, I realized that besides the training we were having a lot of fun! We adopted another dog six months ago, also another stray in Rochester. She was extremely timid and wouldnt allow us to touch her for almost a week. When I brought her to her first class she was terrified. By the second class she was adjusting and loves to go to classes now. She has turned into a friendly and confident dog, all due to Erins patience and intuitiveness. Classes are small and you will receive a lot of individual attention. If you want a well trained dog and want to have fun while learning, I highly recommend E-Dot. Erin, Beth and Bridget are the best!

Erin and E-Dot staff are fantastic! I have been taking my dogs, Reagan and Winston, to E-Dot for well over a year. I am ecstatic with the training Reagan and Winston have received, and the accomplishments they have made, thanks to Erin. Erin is extremely knowledgeable, patient and makes each training class enjoyable. She truly cares about each dog in her class, and I would not take my dogs anywhere else! Highly recommend!

Erin and everyone at E-DOT are wonderful. I adopted a very challenging puppy and was at my wit’s end trying to train him. Nothing I tried seemed to bring me the success I desired to achieve. I reached out to Erin and our training journey with her has been nothing short of amazing. She is extremely positive, patient and calming. She trained me how to best train him and the transformation has been undeniable. She not only relieved my stress but has brought joy to myself and my dog through the entire process. We look forward to every class, lesson and pack walk we join. I have highly recommended her many times to other dog owners I know.

Erin, Beth and the E-DOT staff have been wonderful training my dog for over 2 years. Erin and the E-DOT trainers have wholeheartedly cared for my dogs growing months, well-being and behavior. I personally have enjoyed going to classes and to the walk pack groups because I have seen a tremendous change of my dogs daily routines. The E-DOT have a lot of patience and caring for each dog in the classes. My dog has learned how to heel properly, being placed at her spot without going off whenever theres distractions, answered the doorbell and not jumping at a callers visit, daily walks without pulling me if a dog or jogger or passerby or car passes us - stays very calm. I continue going to classes because my dog comes home very happy from classes. She loves to see the E-DOT trainers, and her classmates because she loves to learn every time we go there. It is a happy place for dogs to go to school!

We have taken classes with both Erin and Beth and I can’t say enough wonderful things. They are focused on training the humans to positively reinforce appropriate behaviors in your dog, and do an excellent job of meeting each individual dog needs despite a group setting. I’m thrilled that my puppy was able learn and perform appropriately enough to complete his Canine Good Citizen test with Erin!

I have been working with Erin and her trainers for the past year with my dog Nava. We have done obedience classes, trick and now agility. I also do her pack walks. I have had dogs for over 30 years and worked in veterinary field for about 15 years. I have worked with many trainers over the years and saw many clients that worked with different trainer but Erin and all the trainer at E-DOT are by far the best I have worked with. They don’t push you or your dog they are realistic and help you have a positive relationship with training your dog. My most recent rescue is the hardest dog I have ever had and I was ready to give up and Erin and the other girls at E-DOT really helped me. My girl is coming along wonderfully and is blossoming into an amazing dog. I couldn’t have done it without E-DOT. I have had much dog experience and this is by far the BEST trainer I have worked with. I highly recommend E-DOT!! ❤️🐾

E-Dot LLC is a premier dog training facility. Owned and operated by Erin Nelson, the thoughtful and expert help I received was very beneficial. Erin knows her stuff and her knowledge transfers easily to her clients and their beloved pets. Of course we all have to put the work in at home too, and there are moments of frustration, but the base line of training at E-DOT LLC make the process of dog training fun and fulfilling. As you work with your dog you learn so much about your special canine friend and about yourself. Its a win-win life experience and Erin makes it possible.

If you need your dog trained the staff here will train you to train your dog. My dog is a completely different pup than what she began as. Amazing how quick shes picked it up at 6 months.

Erin has been so wonderful! She has taught us basic skills and drills to help our older pup have less anxiety. She also has helped us take a rambunctious yellow lab from crazy to fully trained, CGC certified, and a dream to bring with us to work, school, and family functions.

Erin has been a great teacher for our 2 rescue pups (and we humans as well!) She is patient, thorough and kind. We want our dogs to be good citizens, & we think were well on our way!

Erin and everyone have been fantastic with my new Frenchie puppy. This breed is not always the easiest to train, but Petey is a quick learner, and I knew he needed a lot of things to keep his mind busy and stimulated.He excels at his classes at E-dot and it seems he’s a perpetual student lol, always learning new things. i’ve been working with dogs over 26 years as our local groomer, and I do not take referrals lightly. I will not refer someone that I have not literally worked with myself. I send all of our Barks & Bubbles puppies straight over to Erin!

Erin does an Amazing job. You get out what you put in but her style of instruction is great. She taught my 11 year old how to handle a new puppy. So good, so so good.

My favorite place. Ive taken 2 of my 3 dogs to Erins beginners class and she is wonderful. My dogs learn a ton and I learn even more. I find out what I can do to better help my dogs chances of success. Its really a program for both you and your dogs. I already recommend her to everyone whos looking for a trainer.

Erin does an excellent job. Common sense training to make living with your fur baby a delight. She is always helpful in working to solve any special problems you may encounter and if an emergency behavior or issue arises she is available for comment. And my pup loves going. I highly recommend E-Dot training.

My husband and I are so happy with our experience with E-DOT! Our puppy (an energetic rescue) loved it too and made significant strides in his training with her guidance and expertise. Love Erin!!! E-DOT is absolutely amazing! Our almost 10 year old German Shepherd forgot how to walk on a leash, to the point no-one in our family could walk her anymore. In one training session, Erin worked with us and Milkyway to correct this, and teach not only our pup, but us as well. She is super sweet and has the patience of a saint. The best measure of a business is through word of mouth, customer referrals. Erin explains things very clearly and adjusts her teaching depending on the dog and owner. She has saved many dogs who were going to be put down due to their behavior problems, dogs who are now even safe near babies. Erin has many happy customers due to her exceptional knowledge, care, and instructions.

Erin is excellent with dog training... she is like a dog whisperer!! She has been absolutely amazing training my lab mix plus Ive seen her train many other dogs. Im so glad she is opening up this facility close to me in Henrietta! You wont find a better trainer.

I cant say enough wonderful things about E-Dot LLC. Last year my Fiancé and I adopted two stray puppies (unknown breeds at the time) and I knew I wanted to start training with them right away. E-Dot was recommended to me from the rescue group that Reagan was from after I commented on how incredibly well behaved they’re dog was. Reagan is a high energy but very smart Cattle dog mix, and Winston turned out to our surprise to be a large breed, Staffordshire terrier and hound mix. This was my first time owning a large dog, and I knew that with his size and the reputation that his breed can have, we needed consistent training to ensure he is well mannered. We have gone to training with both dogs for a little over a year now, and Winston, our larger dog, just received his official AKC Canine Good Citizen certificate in the mail today! Reagan will be taking the CGC class soon too. Not only have the dogs learned so much and truly enjoy their time in the private classes, group classes, and walking classes, but Eric and I have also learned how to be good dog owners. The saying goes “there are no bad dogs, only bad owners” and I absolutely think that E-Dot sets every owner up with the right tools to be the best owners possible for their dogs. Thank you Erin, Beth, and Bridget for all your patience with us. We love E-dot and will continue practicing what we’ve learned and taking all the classes that we can!!

Erin and her associate, Beth, are very thoughtful in their training of each dog and human. They take the time to listen and propose suggestions. We have been training our 10 month old rescue puppy with E-DOT since June and have learned so much. Alli is an energetic mixed breed (different than the lab mixes we have rescued in the past) so it has been great to learn and bond with her through the skills we develop in class. We couldnt be more grateful for finding Beth and Erin.

Erin does an amazing job. Simple said, The Best.

Erin is extremely easy to learn from - she is friendly, kind, organized and patient. She explains the tasks in easy to understand steps and she uses a dog from the class to model each activity before you start. She welcomes questions and answers them thoroughly. Erin keeps class sizes small (our Level 1 class had only 6 dogs!) so that she can give each owner and dog pair individualized attention. Her trainer facility is really nice - large, clean and very comfortable for the training sessions.Moose and I have really learned a lot and had a great time doing it!

She was so helpful in teaching us how to work with our dog, and she kept it fun in the class. I have noticed a huge difference in my dog, we have a stronger bond and she listens so well! Would recommend to anyone looking to connect more with their dog!
