Lex and Joanne are amazing groomers who care and love my dogs. If you are looking for a cage free groomer who is gentle and patient with your puppy bring him or her here. If I could rate this place 100 stars I would !!

I LOVE Lex Pets! More importantly so does my dog. Ive been going to them almost since they opened. Kody has bad anxiety about cages and I love that this is a cage free groomer. Lexi and her employees are always so friendly and nice. Even on days when theyre super busy, they make customer service a priority. They always listen to what I want and deliver! They do such a great job, I even sometimes tell them to do whatever they want and Ive never been unhappy with the results. My dog is my world and the fact that I trust that he is safe and happy when I bring him here, is huge. I live 30 minutes away and happily make the drive because they treat my baby well, they make him look great and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend booking them for your fur baby!

Lex the owner is Masons groomer since he’s been fairly young. Due to having a bad grooming experience prior to coming here, he can be a bit moody at times and doesn’t exactly love the grooming experience however Lex is extremely professional nonetheless , a superb communicator and very kind to my dog always and tries to always make it easier for him which is beyond appreciated. She makes me always feel like my dog is in safest hands with her. The BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR DOG. Joanne is also an incredible groomer as well! You won’t regret it. My baby comes out of there looking like a teddy bear.

Lex Pets Grooming & Services did such an amazing job of my cockapoos haircut! The staff were incredibly accommodating (especially since my dog does not get along with other dogs). They took the time to answer all my questions and are overall caring.

This is the best Pet salon I’ve ever been too! The whole staff is friendly and enjoy what they do!Lexi the owner is so good with my buddy he gets excited every time he sees her! Not to mention the awesome cuts he gets!The other groomers in the Solon have styled my little buddy’s fur as well and they do a sensational job as well!

I was referred to this place by word of mouth from one of my clients. I direct message the Instagram page and asked when can i dye my dog. I was told 7 months, I booked my first appointment July 14, for a full groom and my dog Pinky looked great. I made my next appointment September 27, 3 days past her turning 7months. I booked with Jessica for a full groom and dye at 11am. When I got there Jessica gave me a full consultation of the service and let me know Pinky will be done at 2:30. She also commented how much she loves the pink aesthetic that i presented. I received a text message at 12:47 saying Pinky was ready to be picked up. When i got there Jessica showed me my dog who was clearly purple, she told me next time we could look at color swatches so i can pick out the right pink. I was annoyed at the color. I thought i overheard her say my bill was $150 I paid $180 with tip because i work in the service industry. Once i got home I realized all they did was trim her nails and color her hair. Pinky looked disheveled, and if i go take her to get trimmed I would lose the color that i paid for as well. I direct message the owner on Instagram and she basically just made excuses for Jessica and told me I choose artistic design and I can bring her back and she would do it. She also let me know my bill was $115.I don’t live in the area I came there specifically for a service that was highly recommended from a client. I basically paid $180 to get my dogs nails cut and the wrong color. I was so excited about my dog being Pink I told all my clients. Once my clients got to see her purple and disheveled they agreed I need to write a review. The more i look at my dog Yall did me dirty…

This place is the best. I’ve been to two other groomers in my lifetime and Lex is the best by far. The others aren’t bad at all and I actually still take one of my other dogs to one out of loyalty, but LexPets is by far the best. Not just because she does a great job with washing, cutting, clipping, etc., but more importantly because she truly CARES about the dogs and their parents. She communicates well and I could not ask for better. My 105lb Great Pyr mix, Smokey, is not the easiest to deal with (most because he’s a big baby), but Lex handles him so well that he ACTUALLY ENJOYS GOING TO SEE HER! She and her staff are truly the best.

My baby, Kali never looked so good. I honestly wouldn’t trust anywhere else with my baby. I once stopped a guy who was walking his toy poodle at 12am & asked where does he get his dog groomed & he recommended Lex to me. I drive 40minutes out to take Kali to Lex but she’s so worth it. 10/10 RECOMMEND!

Very impressed with the results. I’ve taken my miniature Poodle Casper three times, and have no complaints on the quality he has received. He is not the easiest client but this does not affect the cuts I’ve requested. His cuts are well done and the attention to detail is visible. Even lines, symmetry, glossy coat and well fragranced are just some of the reasons why I keep bringing him back.

When we first entered we felt very welcomed and they made sure the customer was important. It was benji’s first dog grooming experience and he felt very comfortable. The groomer Jessica was very attentive and treated benji great. The service that they gave to my dog was amazing and I was very satisfied and I would definitely come back and recommend to my friends

I brought my cat Cannoli here to get groomed. She is a very high anxiety kitty and I haven’t had the best luck with previous groomers. It’s hard to find a groomer who is good with cats, not just dogs, so as you can imagine, I was worried about what the experience would be like here. Haley went above and beyond to make sure Cannoli felt comfortable enough to stay for her appointment. She let my partner stay there by her side while she got her nails trimmed just to test the waters, which I thought was very nice. Once she was done, she came back happy and groomed very nice! Cannoli will be a regular customer. I highly recommend lex pets grooming services! Thank you Haley!

We took our dog in to get her undercoat brushed out, her nails ground down, minor dematting, and a bath. They did a great job! She smells great, her hair is so silky, and she looks beautiful! She has a really thick coat, so its hard to keep up with, especially in the springtime. Plus the groomers were all really friendly. We are really happy with the service! All the dogs there were really happy, too!

The ONLY salon I will leave my significantly shy mini Aussie. Impressive groomers, real dog lovers and skilled at responsibly handling your pets. I highly recommend.

Alexis (the owner) is amazing! I have taken my cat with her. My cat is not the easiest but she does such an amazing job that my cat has gotten to trust her! My cat does not like most people but was very well behaved during her last appointment with Alexis. My cat generally hisses and scratches people but was not doing that with Alexis 😊 Khatun (my cat) definitely loves her ♥️ Definitely recommend.

My dog Misha is a bit wormy, anxious and a cry baby(aka isn’t the most fun to groom) but Lexi has been wonderful with her and I have been so happy with her cuts. Highly recommend 🫶🏽

Best Grooming Salon in Rye..the owner Lex is very accomodating as is her staff. I always appreciate that no matter how busy the salon seems to get ; they always try and fit me in and my dog. Bea is always in and out within 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Will continue to recommend! Thank you guys so much

I took my goldendoodle here a week ago for a full groom, they did a wonderful job! I was nervous since their fur is a little difficult to groom. They were super responsive and even let me know how the grooming was going mid-groom. I will definitely return and highly recommend!

I brought Duffy my German Shepherd for a grooming,Lex did a wonderful job. Duffy is a nervous dog,that was no problem , there is a calming yet professional feeling is this salon. We also had a lovely stroll on The Rye Beach Boardwalk

Buddy and I loved our first experience at Lex Pets! Got an appointment as a call in same day appointment. They listened completely to what we wanted. Buddy went from Scrubby to beautiful in less than an hours. They were great!

Lex is the best in town. My dog always looks forward to his grooming because of the special attention given to him. He is pampered every time! Never disappointed with the services or price.

My wife took our Mini schnauzer to them 3 times the first time they did an ok job we took her somewhere else and they completely sabotaged her so we came back. This time my wife explicitly asked them not to cut her beard and they did. On top of that they cut a big piece of her ear. Our dog was at the groomer about 2 days ago and today I was petting her and noticed a chunk of her ear is gone. No wonder her ears were not properly trimmed. Her haircut is not up to professional standards and when my wife complained all they said was that they were going to put it in the notes. Unacceptable!

Such a amazing experience. My dog saint was treated like a PRINCE. Both Joanne and Alexis have great customer service, both kept me informed as to how I can maintain Saint to be healthy and great.

Amazing!!!! Ive been taking my dog to her for over 2 years and she’s amazing. Tobby loves going to her for grooming and she’s the only one I trust for boarding!!!

I really liked this place when it first opened, but now it seems hot, too crowded, and a little dirty. Every time I pick up my dog, there are a ton of dogs there, fur all over the floor, and too many people and dogs jammed in a small space- including the owners dog running around.

Took my dog (Sophia) here for the first time yesterday and everyone was super nice and welcoming! She looks absolutely amazing and I will definitely be back!

I chose Lex Pets Grooming and Services for my puppy based on their good reviews, and I couldn’t be happier! I took my 16 week old toy poodle for his first groom. I was so impressed with how calm and comfortable all the dogs were. I knew right away my puppy was in good hands! He was welcomed with so much love!! Sabrina did an amazing job with my little Louie, I will definitely be bringing him back!! Thank you for making his first time at the groomer wonderful.

Terrible customer service. Everyone is rude and acts as if doing you a favor for grooming your dogs. The whole team needs an attitude correction.

Joanne made sure Stella’s grooming experience was amazing. Stella could be a bit timid and afraid of haircuts but Joanne understood the assignment, and treated Stella with so much care. The grooming also exceeded all of my expectations, she did exactly what I asked for. Definitely recommend Joanne and Lex Pets for grooming services and I definitely will be returning!
