Adirondack German Shepherds

We purchased our Ruby pup on November 26 , 2023. Debbie and Bruce are fantastic breeders, so caring and knowledgeable . They answered all of of questions easing any concerns we had . I was so impressed on how their kennel was kept , It was warm and clean with plenty of room for their dogs and puppies. We couldn’t be happier. Ruby is settling in nicely. Thanks again Debbie and Bruce!!

We are so very much in love with our Gemma girl that we purchased the end of April 2021. Debbie and Bruce are just amazing. They have so much compassion for their dogs and the facility is over the top taken care of. You could not ask for a better breeder. So much so that we are not hesitating at all in bringing home another of their pups in the extreme near future.

Debbie was very attentive from the start. I got my princess Megan on 5/16/2023. She is beautiful and healthy! Highly recommend! success !

We got our girl, Zoey, in May 2020 and she has been a great addition to our family. Her temperament is perfect for a family dog and she is so smart. What a wonderful experience-very helpful and it was very clear what their dogs mean to them. I would not hesitate to get another pup from Adirondack German Shepherds.

Checked several breeders in State and out of State.Visited Adirondack German Shepherd and was really impressed with the care of the dogs and how clean the kennel was.I was happy to also find out Mr. Douglas was a Veteran and was a Marine at the same time I was in the Army. I mention this because I was looking for a dog to become my service dog.I choose a female shepherd and named her Liberty.I can not believe how smart she is and how beautiful she has become. I get compliments all the time.Liberty and I are in our 4th month of service training.Thank You Mr. and Mrs. Douglas for breeding such a wonderful German Shepherd Dog. LIBERTY.

Having contacted many breeders in the New England area, Adirondack German Shepherds was the most friendly, informative and responsive breeder I talked to. I haven’t gotten a puppy/dog from them yet, but I’m hoping to soon!

Wonderful people! Beautiful shepherds!! Ours turned 1 in November. Crazy, beautiful, source of entertainment, joy, and love. Dont know what we would do without her!

Duane Turner the owner has GoFundMe pages asking for funds for animal rescue. He doesnt admit hes a breeder, instead asking for supplies for dogs hes claiming he rescues in Tennessee, saying hes adding buildings of dogs. Apparently animal control has been contacted over someones concerns for the dogs under the same name as this kennel located outside Knoxville, Tennessee. Same owner.

Been dealing with these people for 5yrs. They are the real deal and care about their animals. No puppy mill here. I will be getting my next Shepard from them.

My Mr. Man Negan is now 2 years old and AMAZING!!!! im planning on buy another one. They are so sweet and loving and dont forget SOOOO smart thank you for my best friend and baby sitter lol.

I got my Zeus from there. He is definitely the most intelligent Shepherd that Ive had.

I would not recommend them at all. If you’re looking anxiety ridden inbred dogs this is where to go though. We bought a puppy over a year ago and had to rehome her because her anxiety was so bad she would try to attack our other dog, attack our child, and hurt herself in her crate trying to get out. She was socialized as soon as we brought her home. Brought to stores, had people over, brought her to fields with other dogs/kids around etc. she was also extremely skidding of men. Since then we have started fostering a dog from them who was going to be put in a shelter cause the guy didn’t have the time for him. He is extremely skittish of my husband and new people. He’s eaten a heavy duty plastic crate, broken a metal crate, and loses it if he can’t see me. He was born with an umbilical hernia and his testicles never dropped. Many of their litters also produce heart murmurs in their puppies. Where the puppies are located is also in a barn on a back road in the middle of nowhere. If you don’t believe me, look up the signs of an inbred dog and everything I’ve listed here is on that list.

The breed is like no other, the King German Sheperd is top of the line .I purchased a pup back in 2016 and named him Arthur ,King Arthur.....Any questions I have had ,Chris has been there for me .Good people!I would not go with any other breed
