I’ve never purchased a puppy before without seeing it first and at 74 years old I was a little apprehensive about trying it now. But Curt made me feel very comfortable with this inter-state transaction and answered all my crazy concerns about our new furbaby. Our little Lhasapoo is smart, healthy, and super cute! After only 5 days (and zero accidents) he is completely house-broken, even rings the bells we have tied to the doorwall for him to let us know when he needs outside. He’s a happy little dog who loves to please us and brings much joy to our home. I’m so glad I found Summerset Farms online and took the chance of finding our new best friend. Buddy is just what we needed in our lives!

It took me a year to find the wonderful people at Summerset Farms and it was well worth the wait. Everything about the process was carried with the utmost care and consideration for both me and my future dog. I could not have been happier. My pup seems to be adjusting well the life in the big city, even if all the new sights and sounds are sometimes too much for him.

So happy I decided to go to the Summerset Farms to purchase our newest fur baby! He was affordable & is truly so sweet. The family who owns the farm was kind, quick with responses to set up an appointment & helpful with any questions I had on site. Highly recommend!🐾

We are in love with our little girl, mini schnauzer, Charlie. Charlie is a very healthy puppy. Summerset Farms is a beautiful property, the owner is very kind and his family seems to be involved with the animals. The dogs we saw when we went to pick up Charlie, seem happy and in good health.

I can’t say enough good things about Summerset Farms, We are beyond happy with our purchase of our new family pet .Curt was prompt with responses, and was kind enough to meet me at the airport as I flew in from Florida to pick up our family petThe paperwork for ACA registration was filed immediately received within three days of returning home and our dog is already micro chipped and registered via Somerset Farms. I highly recommend if anyone’s looking for a pet to please think of Somerset Farms, you will not be disappointed!

We love our cocker spaniel Chief! Such a loving and special puppy. Playful and smart!! And rarely barks. Easily trained to go potty and learn tricks! We owed 8 dogs over the years and loved them all but Chief is extra lovable. Thank you for our special boy.

We are very pleased with our new pup! He received a clean bill of health from our vet yesterday. The communication with Curtis was excellent. It was also very thoughtful that he had the current kibble for us to take home and registered our dog and created the account for the microchip.

I recently bought a Shiba Inu from Curt at Summerset farms my experience was quite positive. Apon arrival at Curts home I found a farm that was immaculate, and very clean. Our puppy is healthy ,happy and adapted very quickly to my wife and myself we are quite happy with our new puppy.I would highly recommend Curt to anyone in fact our friends will be contacting Curt for a Yorkie.If you are looking for a puppy this is the place to go.Summerset farms thank you so much

I purchased my sweet Miniature Schnauzer here in July of 2020. She is the sweetest, most beautiful, healthy, happy, well adjusted dog I’ve ever owned. I feel so lucky that my husband found this place. The home is beautiful where they are raised and I’ll never forget their kids bringing in all those pups to meet us. Honestly the day we picked up our little girl was one of the happiest days of my life. Thank you Summerset Farms, I hope we can bring home another amazing pup from you guys in the near future.

I nearly purchased a puppy from this breeder. Upon doing extensive research on NYS Ag and Market website and inserting the county Seneca that this facility is located; I discovered this breeder as of 9/12/22 had 221 dogs older than 4 months and 86 puppies less than 4 months old. Although the last record of lack of cleanliness and proper care was recorded by nys inspectors 6/7/21. The most recent inspection did not show any negative marks other than the personal opinion of the number of dogs being too high. I will needless to say not move forward on purchasing a puppy here.

Curt made things so easy for us to bring home our new family member! He was great about guiding us through the process of down payment and was so great about being flexible around our schedule for picking up Ripley!! We were late getting there due to traffic and construction and it wasn’t a problem. He gave us all the paperwork and a starter box of food and treats for Ripley. We couldn’t be happier with our new puppy!! Thank you Curt and Summerset Farms for our gorgeous little guy! Curt will be my first call when I’m ready to add another dachshund to our family!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Curt & Jolene. Great communication which made the whole process real easy. We absolutely love our new Shiba Inu puppy. He seems healthy, alert and happy. He has a sweet & gentle disposition and seems well cared for. Thank you again for the everything. We highly recommend them any day.

DO NOT PURCHASE A DOG FROM THESE PEOPLE. I purchased a great pyrenees from them for $995. He is extremely agressive even with small children. Extremely temperament issues to the point a vet had to put him down. Upon contacting the breeder he told me my only option was to buy another one. They did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. Avoid these glorified backyard breeders at all cost. I will be having to go to small claims court to get my money back.

This is an obvious mill, don’t believe me? It’s on the horrible 100 list of horrible unethical breeders. These dogs are used for one thing, and that’s to make puppies. These puppies are not the breeds they advertise, because they get cheap dogs at auction, with no health tests. Then they take those cheap unhealthy aggressive dogs and make them have babies, then you wonder why your “doodle” is so out of control. First of all, no one should be mixing breeds, there is no need and it causes unstable temperaments and unsound build with health issues. Jesus people, it’s 2022. Stop supporting puppy mills.

Me and my mom purchased 3 Toy Poodles from Curt and was Helpful and patient with our questions and in love with our toy dogs! Definitely Recommend!

Please, please stop supporting puppy mills like this! You condemn the parents of those cute little puppies to lives in cages, neglected and unloved! Bred over and over, not for the betterment of the breed, but for profit only!

Read The Humane Societys Horrible Hundred 2022 report - this breeder is a repeat offender with over 300 dogs and they have inadequate vet care. DO NOT BUY!

We were searching for specific breed of pup to add to our family and came across Summerset Farms information. I made initial contact expressing interest and receive a quick and cordial response.After further discussion with the owner we decided to make the drive from Pennsylvania to New York to check out the place and the pups. No decision was to be made until we met with the owner in person and were able to checkout and spend time with our potential pup.The owner and his family greeted us. They were kind and cordial. The farm (they also raise sheep and crops) is very well kept.The sale included an ACA registration and an already in place microchip. Also included was a document listing all the meds, etc that the put received from a veterinarian.The pups we visited with were very well socialized, clean and appeared to be well cared for.We spent some time there with the pups, the owner and his family.After we were satisfied with everything, it was time to pick a pup.It was a difficult choice, the two pups were so friendly and cute.So we bought both, and have since never regretted that. They are a handful, but a joyful handful.The two we got were males, brothers from the same batch. They are so amazingly bonded to one another. I got a chihuahua puppy that me and my mother payed for we named him Moose but when u guys had him u named him Chip which is the White/Blue coat the other dog u saw us have which was Maverick the Merle chihuahua in the pink dog backpack Maverick did help Moose become a puppy and to get used to the house but when he went to the vet he had a leg problem which he should grow into and he also had a fever which he is got medicine so he is getting alot better but I would like to get emailed about it

Dont trust these people, they would not let me see the parents of the pup, very rude , dog was not what they say it was to be , money is more important then their animals , took me for a ride

I realize this is a puppy mill because of its size etc. And the people seem to be amish. Well they are the nicest most agreeable people. and the dogs I saw were healthy and beautiful. I got a Pomeranian and could not be more pleased. The whole farm is a sight to behold, and so is the house! Sheep in the field kids and pups. Just beautiful. Even the cats were friendly!

This business has been flagged as unsafe for dogs health by report’s from the humane society. Recent inspections have shown multiple of their dogs have not received adequate vet care. Please if you care about dogs/ animals stop supporting businesses like these that just see dogs as a profit to be made. Do yourself a favor, save money, and get yourself a rescue dog.

I month ago I purchased a Cavachon from Curtis and I am very happy with her. She is a sweet healthy puppy, however she is very much afraid of males and I am not sure why because she lovedCurtiss sons.I have spent a lot of money trying to get her potty trained. She does not like to go outsidel.

Extremely happy with our puppy ! We got an absolutely smart healthy happy Great Pyrenees. Good experience and its a beautiful place where they keep the puppies that were playing with children when we arrived ! Definitely recommend

One of the best breeders out there in bought a bichon from him 2 years ago and I am a returning client once again. His dogs r awesome 😎 n once again I’m getting another bichon

This place was excellent. Great and prompt communication. Family owned and operated. We got a beautiful dog and my kids now have a friend for life.

I looked for pure breed Coton De Tulear pups. This breeder misleads people. The pups I got are nowhere near being a pure Coton. I ran DNA testing and they are less than a quarter Coton, a quarter Maltese, a quarter Bishon Frise and some Havanese, Lapso and some super mutt mix. They even have traces of Terrier!??? I feel so ripped off!!! I should sue them for false advertising!!!

I am from China and bought my lovely Archie at Summerset Farm. This has brought a lot of joy to my life in the United States. Archie is very healthy and looks much more handsome than in the photos when I see him. Don’t worry about buying a puppy at Summerset.
