Make Me Pretty Dog Grooming

I’ve been taking my Bentley boy here for years! First he saw Stephanie, now he sees Brittany and he loves her! My dog has a bit of anxiety and can be a bit temperamental (Yorkies lol) and Brittany always provides great feedback after his appt! Brittany is so sweet, kind and is an amazing groomer! I’m a happy customer with a happy dog after every appt.

I had a great experience with Kali at Make Me Pretty. She was kind and patient with my dog, and he looked amazing when he was finished! I would recommend her for your future grooming appointments, as your pet would be in great hands.

I dont even know where to start! Amazing staff! My yorkie pomeranian mix is 6 months and today he had his first spa day. Elivia was just completely AMAZING. They truly care about your pup! She said to me that they would just do a trim to get my pup used to the whole process but if she felt that he was comfortable she would do a full body cut. She didnt want my pup to be traumatized which is amazing to me. My pup and I were welcomed with smiles and kindness when we walked in that door. The bath, haircut, nail cut and blowdry was only 50 bucks. I will definitely be going back to her again! Worth every penny!

I have been taking my golden Tiffany, and shih tzu Lola here for over 2 years and they always do the best job on my girls. if you’re looking for a place that treats them like family, i highly recommend

My pomeranian dog named Gucci lives coming here. He got a Halloween makeover done as seen in the picture. He comes out smelling and looking fantastic.

My dog always had a great haircut and smells lovely when he is done. They are good about getting you a quick appt. Overall great place will keep coming back.

Just took my boy Ares here for the first time today and it was amazing. My boy has never looked so good and he was a happy boy when I picked him up. I have an Australian shepherd mix and he is a fluffy boy. I will be telling all our friend to come here

As a first time mom to a furbaby I didnt know what to expect. I have a 3-month old malshi (Maltese & shih tzu mix) and she has never left my side since I got her and I got her at 2 months. So I was a little skeptical about the whole drop off service with total strangers. But from the minute we walked into the door, I felt nothing but good energy! The staff there were so friendly and welcoming. They took my baby with open arms and snuggled her with hugs and kisses like I do at home and I think that made her feel even more comfortable. When they called, I didnt even realize two hours had passed and I was back to pick up my furbaby! As if that wasnt good enough, they did a PHENOMENAL job on her cut!

Didn’t really like the way my dog came out after grooming. I will say that I love the shampoo and conditioner they use kept my dogs hair smooth. Normally after his grooming appointments his hair is super straight but his came out straight and curly and with this place don’t expect a little trim around the face if you just ask for a wash and clip nails that’s all your getting. In Brooklyn where we use to live the service is different compare to here.

My dog Sally loves going here. They really know how to treat customers with kindness & respect. They value their customers. They really know what they are doing with the grooming. Ive tried other places. They are the best and at a great value. Ill be telling all of my friends about this place.

My husky, Blaze, came back so soft and fluffy! Best groomers in the area and for a great price. He came back looking 100 times better than when I brought him in. Ashley did such a great job and we will be back!

They were fantastic! Bruin is a very timid girl, so much that I had to carry her into the appointment. The girls there made her feel so comfortable, she had a huge smile on her face when I picked her up. Couldnt be happier with their service. Prompt and professional, we will definitely be bringing our girl back there.

I have been bringing my pup here for quite some time. The staff is very friendly and they are absolutely fantastic with the pups. I am always happy and so is my pup after she gets her groom.

Always kind and patient with my Harley who gets a bit nervous but they always give her the time she needs, good pricing and you can tell everyone loves and cares about what theyre doing.

I have been bringing my dog here for about a year. I havent had a problem except for the past two times that I took him. Both times, I have had to take him to a Banfield hospital for skin problems.About 5 months ago, the vet told me that he had gotten hot spots over his skin from fleas. My dog was not itching his skin before this. He began to aggressively bite and scratch all over right after his grooming appointment.Just today, I went to the vet to find out that my dog has gotten a bacterial skin infection from the products that the groomers had used. I had no idea about my dogs sensitive skin and I have no ill will against the groomers, Im sure they had no idea either.I just wish that they hadnt rushed to do my dogs hair and cut my dogs hair so short. I remember being called 40 minutes early before the groomer had even started trimming the fur. She began to hurry to cut my dogs hair to shorten the time that I would be waiting. The fur in the back of his body has still not grown back after 4 weeks. I unfortunately will not be coming back to these groomers, but I thank them for everything that they have done; and hope that this review will help future customers.

We have been bringing our Stanley A Portuguese Water Dog to this establishment for three years. One of the best in Orange County. Stanley loves Jordan and when he arrives at the shop he actually jumps out the car to get to her. She takes good care of Stanley and he loves and trust Jordan.Thank you for your Service . Called at 3:00 on monday after my dog sat in something she made outside ( leave it at that ). Spoke with Chris who told me to come right in. They verified rabies vaccine which makes me comfortable with their level of care for the safety of their guests , employees, and of course their furry clients! Chris did an excellent job with the bath and everyone was friendly. Would definitely recommend

So happy! Our shih tzu got snappy and asked not to return by a previous groomer...we thought he was doomed to have us cut his hair forever! He went to Make Me Pretty-not only does he look better than ever, he was happy, and the staff knew how to handle him with care. We couldnt be happier with their services!

This place actually cares about you animals and their needs. They are better then petsmart this is the way grooming needs to be for all. I will never go back to petsmart. Make me pretty has me as a customer for life. I tell all my friends even those who dont have animals, that when they get one this is the place. Everyone is kind respectful and helpful

Extremely fun & friendly atmosphere, followed them immediately on Facebook too for special offers & uodates. We love Make Me Pretty! Our super high maintenance Maltese gives them a run for their money but they are always so patient and loving with him and he comes back looking sharp!

They do a beautiful job on all my dogs. Very caring staff. After they moved it is quite a bit further for me but definitely worth the way they care for the dogs.

This place is always welcoming to us . We get nails and glands done for our dogs Finnegan and Autumn. They accept us as walk-ins every time. Our pups are only a year old and super squirmy when it comes to nails and the groomers are super loving and sweet with them. Love coming here!

This is the best grooming place in Orange County. The staff here is friendly. My dog sees Jade. Shes a sweet and caring groomer. Ive seen her working with other dogs, shes so patient and kind. I have peace of mind when I drop off. I know my dog is in good hands.

Professional and well as loving towards my dogs. During a recent trip 1 of my dogs had a small incident with gum and my grandchild. I was afraid to use a new groomer but was in a situation. They were wonderful with my babies. Beautiful fall bows too. Thanks a bunch

Horrible business where the customer is apparently NoT always right. We were screamed out of the building and had to leave with a half finished dog. I was a customer for 6 years. A simple $10 discount would have softened the issue and allowed us to return. We will be finding a new groomer.
