I take all three of my pups here, they always get vip treatment. Im so iffy with my dogs, they have to get the best of everything and They absolutely love going to their spa day. I never have to worry or be anxious while theyre getting groomed. RK keeps my dogs happy, safely and make them look and smell so good! Melissa & Chris are the wonder team. I never take them elsewhere else! You wont find more caring groomers, they dont rough the dogs up like other places. My dogs NEVER come back scared or extremely exhausted like they used to, when i use to take them to petsmart grooming. They come back so happy and smelling and looking good 😍.******Ive read some of these comments about the hair cuts, i must say that as a dog owner we have an idea of how we WANT the dogs to look, however the dogs hair length and hair type depends on what you can and cannot do. Ive had times where i wanted a certain look for my pups but its just impossible but Melissa and chris tell me upfront and if i still want it, they do what they can to get it close to what i wanted (Doesnt mean it looks EXACTLY the way i wanted). You guys have to remember every dogs hair is different and doesnt look nice with certain styles.

Took my dog Milo for a haircut and he came back. Absolutely absolutely perfect. Look like a show dog. Thank you so much. You guys do a great job there. Milo loves coming there. He probably gets some extra treats from there. Every time Milo comes home. He has a different piece of clothing on today. He had a green tie. Unbelievable looks so good thanks again.

I own a shitzu that’s been a bit difficult For Many Groomers But Not R K Dog Grooming She Took Good Care Of My Dog Tia. Would Definitely Bring My Dog Back .

Wonderful job. I took my hairy husky Odin and got back a dog ready for best in show at Westminster. They were so kind and patient with him. Their prices are more than fair. This is truly a neighborhood family friendly business.

They always treat my dogs great been going for years

On the weekends, they keep your dog there for over 5 hours before they start to groom. My dog had an appointment at 1:30pm and I expected to have him back around 4:00pm or so. Ended up getting him close to 7:00pm without a haircut. It was just a simple wash and blow dry. I am never going back there again. Also, the customer service was terrible. The owner gave me a lot of attitude just because I was concerned about the wait time for my dog.

I came early to pick him up on my last vist and my baby was whimpering. When I got home his paw was bleeding. I never went back. Took over 5 hours everytime. I excused it because he has a lot of hair but the groomer I take him to now never takes more then 2 hours.

The people seem friendly but the service is bad, the lady working there cut my dogs nails too short. It wasn’t just 1 it was 3 nails. This is beyond ridiculous and seeing the blood on her nails made me so sad. I never plan on coming back to this place. I do not care how close it is to home. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, our dogs are too precious to not be properly taken cared of. And I am not the first to warn people of their unprofessional nail cutting.

The owner’s son wants to call himself a dog groomer when he horribly mistreated dogs. It’s a good thing I was there listening because I heard my dog scream out multiple times while being groomed and he’s used to being groomed as I’ve been taking him since he was 8 weeks old. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE, they cut nails way too short.

Sorry to say nice people yet my poor baby paid the price they cut his nails way to short! The hair cut was uneven and it wasn’t even what I requested. We will not be going back am sorry my love mommy was trying to go somewhere close to home never again!

.My Zoey was heavy matted and in need of grooming. When I call R &K groomer on Tuesday. And they able to see Zoey next day. That was when all Zoey care started.From moment Zoey and I enter the shop. The owner greeting and professionalism. As she took Zoey from me and address my worries. I left my Zoey in good hands. When I return to pick her up. Wow, she ran to me looking and feeling like a new pup. I was informed that Zoey was not a problem during grooming session, but had fleas. And what solution to take for her, and our home. The necessary follow up for her grooming care. Before we left the shop ,Zoey spotted a dog in corner. As she began to bark at it. I realize it was fake dog. As I laugh the owner say all the dogs do that. I will return again. And highly recommend this grooming service.Thank you Kim & Zoey

Stumble on this place when I lost my dog. I took my dog here to get grooming done. They did a fabulous job. I love the way the way they groomed him. Definitely recommend this place.

They took 5 hours to groom my dog, literally from 1 to 5 and some change. I received attitude like i was being annoying because i was concerned about when my dog was gonna be ready to go. Took off my dogs name collar and called her the brown one which u also did not like. When i asked how long she was gonna take towards the end they didn’t want to give me a time they said they were almost done and when i told her to ask the man that was grooming my baby he said he couldn’t give her a time but that they were almost done. very unprofessional. Didn’t notice that my dog had a bald spot left by them on her eye and they hurt her eye because it won’t stop tearing up until after i left and got home. They treated her so bad in there that when she came out she was acting different , kind of sad or scared and they also asked me how much i wanted cut off from her fur and i said half not bald and they shaved her down which is not what i wanted at all. I gave them my baby’s records from previous vaccines and she said she would make a copy and when i came to pick her up i was not given any of my files back. They also wet her ears which as professionals i thought they would know that, that gives her a ear infection which is very serious because then she starts to hurt her ears by scratching it. I will not be going back over there , very pricey for a horrible job. The only good part that deserved the 1 star is that she smells good.

I’ve been taking my dog here for years and had no issues or problems. This past experience was horrible. My dog had a huge/ deep cut on his abdomen . No one said anything to my husband when he was picked up and unfortunately we didn’t notice until later that night. We called and have yet to receive an explanation for the cut . I understand that accidents happen but communication would be the professional thing to do . I won’t be taking my dog back .
