First of all, let me start by saying that Erica is an amazing person, she’s very sweet welcomes you inside the van so you can see the environment. I love how she cuts my dog’s hair! Is definitely a vip service ☺️

Kenina was really professional and very kind towards my puppy during his first groom. They arrived on time for the appointment and after the appointment my pup seemed so happy, that I know he was handled well. I recommend them for any first time owners who may be a little anxious to leave their furry friend for a groom.

I decided to give Kenina’s van service a try and wow they did not disappoint. Erica was fantastic and so kind ! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it was spot on. Erica was also accommodating when I needed to push my appointment time back due to work. I have found Zoey’s groomer for life 💘

I’ve had such a hard time finding a groomer for my little guy. He is half shitzu and half pomerian…with mixed fur and does not like getting groomed. Unfortunately he has fallen victim to many of unfortunate haircuts. Kenina grooming has done 2 sessions with him and he’s never looked better. He was also much calmer this time around. I would recommend them to anyone!

Kenina Mobile grooming was great. It was easy to schedule an appt with Kenina, the grooming job was nice. My dog came home smelling really great and feeling so soft. The price was very reasonable.

I needed a new groomer since previous place has no parking available, very difficult to drop and pick up my dog. Driving around the block 6 times around Queens Blvd is not fun and just a waste of time and gas. The hunt began for new groomer...I decided to google local mobile pet grooming and found Kenina Pet Mobile Grooming. I texted the number, received quick response, then booked appointment. I was thrilled since I work from home on Fridays and she came to my house (love this), which is such a convenience, priceless!!!I found my new groomer for Tiki!Took only 2 hours whereas his last groomer took 3-4 hours!Erica knows her craft and took care of Tiki like he was her own. Where else can you find that? Erica is professional, friendly and I will definitely use her services for Tiki again.Tiki looks do handsome with his new haircut, smells fresh, new bandana and more importantly- he is calm & happy.Thank you so much, Erica. Kenina was phenomenal with my dog! He is a Shih Tzu and he had a lot of hair and needed a serious makeover. She drove to me and took amazing care of him. He came back looking like an entire new dog. First time client of kenina mobile pet grooming and I couldnt be happier. My husky came back to me well groomed and smelled spectacular. Were definitely going to have them groom him from here on out.

After extensive research for the perfect groomers, we finally found the one. Originally had a 4pm appointment but a 1pm spot opened which worked for us. They arrived at 1250, hand off was simple. Our 8 month old Mini Australian Shepherd was a little nervous but quickly warmed up to them. He was ready for pick up in about 2 hours in which he looked and smelled like perfection. Like a brand new baby puppy. Will recommend this groomer 10000%

Erica from Kenina’s Mobile Pet Grooming had my dog Sheba( who is 82lbs!) clean as a whistle and smelling like a rose! Sheba has anxiety issues and that was NO problem for these professionals. I highly recommend them.

Kenina did a great job with my Charlotte, who can be very fidgety. They took the time to really brush out her knots so they would not have to shave her down. Charlottes haircut is perfect, she smells great, and the bows on her ears are adorable. Kenina is my go-to groomer from now on.

No problems booking. They came on time. Van was clean. My dog had not been groomed in about 5 months and was one big tangled mess. He also required special shampoo etc. They did an excellent job.

They were very responsive -called back immediately, responded to texts immediately. They were flexible in their time and even came early. They took their time with my dog, and the results were great. We will definitely use them again!

I’m so confused at the five star rating because that is what made me book with this company lol My Shichon puppy is the cutest thing it’s really hard to not make him look cute his cut was a mess like super uneven it looked like there was no effort and then she was upset because my aunt was like where’s the truck and she just kept saying I can’t park here give me the dog she was just standing on the side never knocked on the door and introduced herself showed up 2 hours early and was rushing us! Never again I thought it would be easier but it wasn’t I’m sorry someone please refer a PROFESSIONAL SKILLED mobile groomer

Kenina cut my dogs hair perfectly. I have a dog that is advanced in years. She left her calm and not stressed. She works wonders with older pets. Since my pet no longer does well with car rides. Having her come to your door is magnificent. I highly recommend her.

Kenina Mobile Grooming was professional, arrived promptly, handled Benny with care, and seemed very gentle. He was cut evenly and apparently he behaved well which says a lot about the groomer. They showed up on time and very friendly. My dog hopped right in to get groomed. They sent me a picture of all the fur they got off of him before he got a bath. Sent me pictures when it was done. I definitely would want them to come back. My big boy looked and smelled so nice.

Amazing service, Ive been looking for a pet groomer around my neighborhood since almost all the pet groomers usually keep our pets in cages while they wait to be groomed. This is not the experience that I had in here. I love that she takes the time to groom one pet at the time. My dog came out smelling amazing and 1 day after he still smells like he just came out of the groomer.

I have a husky. The day of our appointment it was raining hard, and he was afraid to get into the van. We rescheduled for 2 weeks later and I heard nothing from them. Called and left messages and received no response. Terrible customer service. If bigger dogs are not what you can handle you should tell the customer. Disappointed and annoyed!!!
