We LOVE going here, we take our 2 small dogs every 3 months and she always does a great job! The owner is incredibly sweet, handles our dogs very well, and always so responsive! We have a small Toy Poodle and Shipoo mix, and they have become very comfortable coming here! She shaves the dogs to our liking, trims the nails, and the scent she uses on them smell amazing!

I made the WORST mistake taking my baby to this lady. I have a poodle. She left my dog looking HORRIBLE. My poor baby has never looked so bad. Hair is uneven everywhere. She couldnt even do a puffy tail. She used to be puffy. And this lady shaved my baby off completely. Im heart broken.

Would not recommend this place for a dog hair cut unless they renovate and change groomers. Place is old looking and smells bad and groomer gives a very low uneven cut something I can do with a machine. Lady was nice and respectful and price was the cheapest I ever heard or paid so I guess I got what I paid for. Will rather spend double next time. Please hire professional groomers as per the groomer looks like an old Caucasian women in her 60s and she should hang up the towel now.

A true diamond in the rough. Miss Rita has a passion and love for animals and her job. It was the best groomer my dog had. I highly recommend and I will be back soon.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years. Glad I found this place. Will always be grateful when I got my rescue and she said yes to cutting off her tangled hair. No issues. She does the best with what you tell her to do. Tells it like it is. No nonsense. She’s been grooming for at least half my life. May seem rough around the edges but she’s really not.

She is the best. My dogs are little terrors. One absolutely hates bath time and wiggles something horrible and the other bites and hates most people but loves her. she does a fantastic job and they always look and smell so beautiful ☺️. I only trust them at Plain and Fancy. I would never, nor have I ever taken them anywhere else.

Omg. I took 3 of my dogs here for the first time and she totally destroyed the haircut. Think she totally went buzzer crazy. My dogs look so terrible with the buzz job she did. Thank god it grows back. That was my first and last time going there. I was so stupid not to realize why her store my empty on a Saturday. Now I know.

She was very rude and when I made an appointment the day before with a specific time, she said I had to wait 3 hours when I got there. I took my dog here twice, and she did not tell me about my dogs behavior that first day, but when I took my dog there the 2nd time, she was talking terribly about him, when she could have told me that the 1st time.

I was delighted to get a last minute appointment for my dog to get fully groomed and I must say Im very pleased with the job and excellent customer service...

My dog Ice went there today, 65.00 for a hacked up haircut. I could have done this poor of a job. People are lazy these days and need to get it together.

I called today to schedule a last minute appointment, upon arriving i wasnt greeted by no-one but a stink smell. Upon reaching the back i witnessed this blond haired wretch of a woman beating a hyper grey dog in a dirty sink for not sitting still. I promptly turned around and walked out after witnessing such disgusting behavior. Please dont bring your pet here, please go anywhere else.

Seemed nice at first but not really. Place has a horrible smell and is run down. She doesn’t seem to really like dogs, I’ve seen how aggressive she is with dogs. If u want cheap and don’t care about your dog, this is the place

Hacked my dogs hair. Said thats what I have to do. My dogs hair is not even . whens she said dog is done, I got him back with loose hair all over him. Never never again.
