My experience with Dog Dayz Inn and owner Kim and her team was simply outstanding! Each time they provide exceptional care for my two young dogs, exceeding all expectations. From the moment I drop them off, I knew they are in good hands.Kim and her team demonstrated a genuine love for animals and a dedication to their well-being. They provided a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for my furry companions.I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and expertise of the staff at Dog Dayz Inn. Very friendly and kind. Very personable employees and owner. Treat my furbaby as their own. He loves going and seeing his friends and making new ones!!! Gets so much exercise he is tired right out. ♥️

This was our first time boarding our dogs and with 4 dogs which a couple dont get along they were extremely professional and listened to all of our concerns. They stayed for 5 days and they all came home happy and healthy so we couldnt have asked for a better experience!!! Thank you all for the great service!!

My dog got very sick after staying here, was underfed, smelled/stained, had a skin infection, new scars, and is now extremely anxious when placed in a crate. I’ve been too worried to speak up; I trusted my dog in their care and feel so guilty for unintentionally putting my dog through this. These people were supposed to take care of my baby and they didn’t. I just truly don’t want this to happen to anyone else. This place is clearly not a clean, healthy, or safe environment and I’ve heard this and worse things from a lot of people who brought their dogs here. It makes me so sick to my stomach knowing my dog and probably so many others were and are so badly mistreated.

Do yourself and your dog a favor. Avoid this place.Be assured that if there is an issue or problem that they will put the blame on you.

I was referred here by my mother and a friend confirmed how great Kim and her staff are. It still takes my GSD a moment to go in when we need to board him but the staff are patient and do their best to help him gain confidence. He always comes home happy and tired His socializing skills have improved since he goes there (not often) and he LOVES to play. The rates are competitive and I never hesitate to take my dog there.

Our dog loves it here! She has been going for day care and boarding since she was a puppy and gets so excited when we arrive. The staff is so friendly and always remember her. We couldn’t ask for a better place to take care of our girl

I brought my extremely excitable lab puppy here for a few hours as a trial run. The people who were working were super nice and friendly. She was fine with me leaving. When I picked her up she was happy to be there. We started our way to the car and she turned around and went back near the door. That’s a good sign to me. I love that she can play there and she’s in good hands. Thank you Kim.

Disappointed the last time our puppy stayed there. When we picked her up she was kind of slimy and smelled of stale pee after staying there for several nights. She was freshly bathed when we dropped her off and has not had an accident in a crate for some time. She was also super hyper and it took hours to get her to stop bouncing off the walls.Honestly, it seemed like she had been left in a crate and not given any time to play the entire time she was there. They were great on previous stays, so I was very disappointed. They go through a lot of staff and I didnt recognize anyone when we were there this time.

The owner/operator Kim is a shining star! My dog Layla and I are so glad we found Dog Dayz Inn :) In a crunch, I called Kim on a Sunday and she was able to fit Layla in the very next day! I am new to doggy daycare, so I had several questions. Kim was very thorough in answering them, and had a very positive energy over the phone. She definitely put my worries at ease!! On Layla’s first day, I was given a tour of the facility. It’s evident that Kim takes pride in her work. There were several other happy pups playing about and the facility was very clean! When I arrive to drop the pup off before work, Kim greets her with kisses, and even throws birthday paw-ty’s for her guests birthdays!!! At that moment, Layla and I knew we found our place :)

I’ve been bringing my dogs here for the past few years and they’re amazing! Always super friendly and recognize my dogs even though they aren’t there often at all!

Very disappointed in the services here...I dropped off my 8 month old german Shepherd puppy Lulu for a 3 day stay here based on the good reviews I saw online.Upon picking lulu up my boyfriend and I were shocked by our dogs sudden desire to want to leave a place packed with dogs and immediately get in our car. Lulu smelt like a dead animal and when we arrived to pick her up the man who was working that Sunday was confused who lulu even was.... it took him 10 minutes to even bring her out to us.When we were given back her toys and bed we provided for her crate, everything was soiled in urine and poop fell out of the crepes of her bedding. I’m appalled how a daycare/boarding business can even get by knowing that some of its employees forget to let some of the animals out. It’s clear that my puppy was forgotten about during her stay here.Please train all your employees to carefully document, and watch over not only daycare dogs, but also, the ones who are boarded. Especially a new puppy. We are grateful she was okay, and for the owner’s courtesy & professional attitude upon taking her in, however this review is something I had to write up in hopes that your staff will do better in the future. I’d recommend hiring a night crew as well to watch over the dogs who are boarded.

Kim and her staff are amazing. My dogs love coming here & are very well cared for. They love playing with the other dogs. Kim is very knowledgeable about dogs & helps train them too. She is the best.

Spoke to someone on the phone and they stressed how they make sure to give the dogs a lot of play time. I also confirmed their hours. When I went to go meet them and get a tour of the place, no one was there. The place was closed and you could hear the dogs barking in there. I called back the person I spoke to and was told they were on vacation (then why set up a tour with me???), and that someone would show up later in the day. This is a kennel, not a dog daycare. Would definitely not come again.

My dog loves Kim so much!!! She cared for like family. Kim know all the puppies by name. ALL OF THEM. She is super kind.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dog Dayz Inn has been great, their day care program is so good it made training my puppy a breeze. The whole team is really good at what they do. I travel quite a bit for work so I have piece of mind leaving my pup there, they also good at sending photo updates when boarding.

I have boarded my dog at Dog Dayz a number of times and Ive always been pleased. Kim does a great job keeping the place clean and my normally skittish dog actually enjoys it there.

Kim keeps the place so clean. She loves all the animals and keeps everything organized. My dog loved his time at Dig DayZ Inn! We will be back! :)

Very nice stuff! We brought our dog Cookie here for a week before Christmas. The owner is very warm-hearted. Cookie looked good when we picked him up.

Very friendly folks. They love the pups and are attentive to their needs. The owner is very responsive to texts about scheduling and their hours are very helpful if you dont have a 9-5 job. My little dog started going to Dog DayZ Inn a year ago and her ability to socialize with other dogs has markedly improved. I am comfortable taking her to dog parks now knowing she has the skills to play well with other dogs thanks to the folks at Dog DayZ Inn!

If you use to board your pet at vestal vet, try dog dayz inn. They are kitty corner from vestal vet, under oreck vacuum. Reasonable pricing and good hours too.

My babies go running in. They’re excited to be there and by the time they get home they’re tired. I’m excited they love it and are comfortable.

Rates are respectively affordable, and Kim who runs it is wonderful, loves her job, loves the dogs.

Kim and the staff at Dog Dayz Inn are remarkable. My Roscoe P LOVES it there and I wouldnt trust anyone else to meet his needs and my crazy schedule. Roscoe comes home, tuckered out from the play he gets during the day and when I have to board him, I know he is well taken care of. Spending time here is an important part of his routine. Thank you for ALL that you do.

I did a walk through here. It was decent for what’s offered in the area. It was clean and the dogs seemed happy. I wouldn’t go as far as giving many places locally 5 stars but that’s not to put them down. I live in a much bigger City but have to come here here and there and we have huge franchises so it’s hard to compete I get that. I’ll say this friendly owners nice staff and clean place. That is what is honestly the most important aspects not just amentities.

Kim is the most experienced loving for your furry baby...she was kind enough to pick up my dog when I had to go to hospital for his boarding....reasonable rate...perfect grooming....always know my dog is well cared for and loved at Kims dog days Inn...recommended to anyone who wants the best care for their dog...thank you Kim And staff.

We have had our dog boarded their twice. Both times have been a positive experience for our dog in making him a little less fearful of other dogs

The second time we took our 1 year-old puppy here they remembered her name. When we get there she cant wait to say hello to the wonderful humans! And when she comes home after playing with all the other dogs she is calm and content. And they dont charge an arm and a leg, either. Absolutely 6 stars 110% recommended!

Anyone whos knows us knows Lola is our BABY. She is our joy, and we love our dog very much. When we bought our house, I decided to look into doggy day care for her so she wouldnt be so bored and lonely during the day. Dog Dayz Inn is kiddie corner to my work, so I figured we would check them out. We did a walk through with the staff without Lola, then I brought Lola in to check it out, and she played outback for about 20 minutes while Kim and I talked through everything. Kim understood my concerns, and she put me right at ease. Lola loved playing with the other dogs, and Kim knew what dogs to have play with her. Today I picked Lola up from her first full day of doggy day care and she was so happy! She loved being there playing with all her new friends and she left there smiling and wagging her tail. Now she is sound asleep on the couch, snoring and dreaming. She will definitely be going back. Thank you Kim and staff, I was way more nervous about the whole thing than I should have been and you all made it so easy for us!

Took my sheltie puppy there. They were so wonderful with her. I was worried because she is so young and very little but it was a great choice to board her there while we were out of town now Im taking her to daycare there she had such a great time and there were so amazing with her

The employees show a sincere interest in dogs and are very friendly. I like the fact that they have a doggy daycare that allows the dogs to interact and be social.

Took my Shephard puppy (Maxx)to spend the day at the Inn. Staff is wonderful & professional, they even sent me an update on how he was doing. I would recommend this Doggy Spa.. The owner Kim even took me through the place which was very clean. Maxx will be back !
