The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I don’t have to worry about my dog when I board him there.

Well, at first everything was fine when we took our dog in for his “spa” (bath & nail trim). The last time we took him, all the kennels were full which wasn’t a problem until we got there to pick him up. He was in the back somewhere that took 10 minutes to retrieve him & bring him to my husband. He’s been TRAUMATIZED ever since! I don’t know what happened while he was there and we’ll never find out. We’re looking for a Better Groomer. NOT WRONG PLACE!! I SAID THIS IN AN UPDATE THAT NO LONGER EXISTS! INTERESTING 🤔

Julie is a very kind person who really cares about all the dogs. I’ve been going there several years and my dog is always happy to be there.

The staff, i.e... Julie is exceptional! She cares for each of our 4 dogs like they are her family. We KNOW our dogs are Safe and healthy when in her care.

Unfortunately.... there are really no regulations for kennels in NYS, and that’s unfortunate! You really don’t know how your pet is treated while your away... I do... I live right across the road. I see dogs that have gotten loose and running across route 31B... miraculously not getting killed. I’ve seen dogs being walked across the property who didn’t cooperate the way expected, being kicked.... last night it was only 12 degrees... I wouldn’t leave my dogs out all night.The worst of all are the dogs that howl or cry all night long.... they are cold and frightened... they don’t understand why they have been abandoned by their loving owners and stranded in this place.I have two dogs, and they will NEVER be left there.... sad. 😥

They gave excellent care to My Dogs and even accepted My pet Rabbits for a week.Used them many times and now I even got a part time Job there.So I now have the inside scoop and still highly recommend them!

The folks here are really sweet, provided a place for my Teddie to go when I was having to sleep with her in my car because the place I rented failed to mention no pets until after I gave them the last of my money. They spend time with her every day and even got her a new toy

My dogs are always very happy and clean when I pick them up. The facility always smells clean! They even wash the blankets for you!

Wish there groomer was in more often. Dan did a wonderful job giving my over grown cat a lion cut. Good job

They dont clean the kennels, and dont allow the dogs that live there to be walked.
